Great tool, great people!
The benefit of using ovos play for us:

There are several features you can use in terms of building a user friendly web-application and creating a great playful-learning-user-experience. ovos play is easy to use and supports our company in making the first and next steps in digitizing our business. The integration with our existing business worked very well. The support of the ovos team within this process was and is incredible. ovos play is a great partner for companies in terms of creating a playful learning experience and building awareness for certain topics within the workplace or elsewhere.
Cons
I do like all of it. There is always room for developing new features, which the ovos play team is doing on a daily base anyway. They are open to feedback and they take things into considerations for further developments. For what we need right now, its the perfekt fit. A little bit more design-customizing would have been great in our case but honestly, that's not a Con, it's more a preference.

Wir haben mit Ovos Play eine Lösung, die sich innerhalb von 2 Monaten etabliert hat und sich nach knapp 6 Monaten gerechnet hat. Und wir binden immer mehr User in die Entwicklung von Lerninhalten ein.
Pros
Ovos Play ist zwar eine Lernapp bietet aber mit etwas Kreativität viele Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Zum Beispiel im Recruiting, Onboarding, Unterstützung von Change Prozessen.
Ein grosse Vorteil ist die Einfache Administration. Wir haben uns für Ovos Play entschieden, weil wir mit anderen Systemen aufgrund der aufwändigen Administration und des notwendigen Spezialknowhows eine einfachere Lösung mit einem höheren ROI gesucht haben. Die Quizfunktion ist nicht nur eine Lernkontrolle, sondern fördert den Teamgeist und die Lernmotivation.
Cons
Zuerst haben wir uns etwas eingeschränkt gefühlt, das Ovos Play als Standardprodukt eine gewisse Bandbreite an Funktionen besitzt. Jetzt hat sich das aber als Vorteil heraus gestellt, da wir viel effizienter und schneller in der Umsetzung von neuen Lernprogrammen sind

Wir nutzen Ovosplay vorrangig zum Preboarding und Onboarding und aktuell immer intensiver zur Schulung unserer bestehenden Mitarbeiter als interaktive Lernplattform. Hierfür bietet Ovosplay umfangreiche Funktionen in Form von Text, Bilder, Audiodateien und Videodateien. Die Oberfläche ist optisch modern und sehr ansprechend sowie intuitiv leicht verständlich.
Pros
Die Erstellung von Decks, die News Feed Funktion und die Darstellung der Quizz Auswertungen/Ranglisten. Die moderne grafische Umsetzung, die zudem qualitativ hochwertig und ohne jegliche Verzerrung, Verpixelung und dergleichen umgesetzt wird.
Cons
Die Auswertungen, Reports sind ausbaufähig, wurde bereits im heutigen Gespräch erwähnt. Mehr Einfluss auf das Layout auch ohne Grafik-Vorkenntnisse nach einfachem Baukasten-Prinzip wäre wünschenswert, um mehr Einfluss auf die optische Darstellung zu haben, wie z.B. Textgröße bei Überschriften, Rahmengröße von Textrahmen, Textfarbe, Reihenfolge der Platzierung von Text und Bild/Audio/Video.
