Usage & quality
It's a very informative software to understand the flow in a call, much more than just a recording software and can be a great use for anyone whos looking to understand their performance over calls and conversation with a client.
Pros
The software is very intelligent and needs minimal human efforts. Joins the calls automatically and hassle-free recordings without being worried about missing any recordings for future references.
The other best part is that the recordings can be heard from the audio or viewed as a chat which makes it easier for any future references.
Cons
The only thing so far is that if you schedule a call for a certain time but start prior to 15-20 mins - wingman sometimes doesn't record it.

Amazing tool for coaching, training, and project management!
My experience from the sales process to onboarding to fully using the platform has been world-class and would highly recommend anyone bring on Wingman to their sales org
Pros
Where do I begin? Wingman has made my life as Head of Sales Enablement so much easier and more effective. My favorite feature is having the ability to create game tapes and snipping them directly from the transcript instead of previously using screen recording tech to replay and capture that moment again. Another one of my favorite features is having the ability to create a snippet and/or add a comment and send that particular part directly to a channel or person in Slack. This has helped our org out tremendously when it comes to managing projects. Last thing that I think goes un-noticed is when you download the desktop app you can actually bookmark parts of a live call you are in and then easily go back to that moment. That might be the biggest feature you cant live without if you are always on Zoom Calls and want to remember a particular part in the call
Cons
from what I've experienced so far there hasn't been something that has popped up yet that I think they need to add. Wingman has been a terrific product
Reasons for Choosing Wingman
Mainly bcuz of the ability to create a game tape simply by highlighting the transcript and sending comments within a call directly through SlackSwitched From

Best tool to analyze our meetings
Wingman Notetaker is very helpful in automatically recording the calls and giving insights such as longest monologue, talk/listen ratio, etc. This really helps us to analyze our calls and improve the way we talk to people.
Pros
There are so many things that I like about Wingman. I am going to drill down to each feature that I like.Dashboard - Gives us an idea of how many calls were made and we can filter them as per the duration. We can sort them as per the talk/listen ratio and the longest monologue in a call. This gives us insights into what can be improved in further calls.Game Tapes - I use this a lot to help the new joiners understand how to handle objections by looking at the previous calls, how to pitch our product to the customers, how to position ourselves etc.Battlecards - I like how the battle cards pop up when we mention a competitor.Overall, Wingman is very easy to set up and you can almost see the results instantly on how it's going to help you analyze the calls and give you insights.
Cons
Sometimes, the dialects get mismatched and we can see that clearly when we go back and look at our call recordings. Although this rarely happens, there is still room for improvement to perfect this.

Insanely great sales coaching tool - I can "attend" every meeting without attending.
GREAT! I love it, it's a game changer for coaching.
Pros
Love being able to watch meetings on fast speed, comment for coaching, and move on. It's so much better than other ways we were coaching before, with manual zoom recordings.
Cons
The ONLY feature missing is the ability to view meetings live as they happen, via Wingman. Gong has that, but there is a 45 second delay which makes it effectively useless.
