All u need for a high level Contact Center

Very easy to use, deploy and manage, inexpensive if u compare with other vendors

Pros

Wolkvox have all modules u can need in a high level contact center operation

Cons

Its not a worlwide company, but ther are in the correct road

Pros

Solution in the cloud, easy to use and quick to implement.Integration vía API.

Cons

Windows App Client is not efficient.API response capacity is very limited.
