About Jane

Jane is a practice management solution that helps health and wellness clinics streamline operations related to appointment booking, billing, charting and more. It allows patients to view and choose services, treatments and practitioners as per specific requirements. Jane enables clients and healthcare professionals to automatically receive notifications for bookings, confirmations and appointment reminders. It lets users create a database of patient charts and add photos or videos to track progress on a centralized platform. Clients can utilize the platform to quickly process payments by storing credit card details and receiving electronic invoices. Additionally, clinics can set up daily classes or group bookings for a predefined number of participants. Jane lets administrators set up permissions, restricting users from viewing, editing or deleting information. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone, documentation, email and other online measures.

Jane got me through April 2020

My business was ordered to stop conducting in-clinic operations due to the COVID-19 crisis. The Jane Team launched the online video conferencing feature that they were planning to launch at the end of 2020. It allowed me to continue conducting business and adhere to the government's mandate to maintain physical distancing.
Not only that they offered two weeks of webinar style training sessions that they were planning to offer using an on-site conference setting.
It has been Jane and I running the business all of April 2020 and I could not have done it without "her"!

Pros

Online billing, online booking , reporting of Key Performance Indicators, scheduling, and electronic medical records all in one affordable package.
Great customer service.

Cons

There has not been a downside. It is very easy to learn and it has all the features that I need.

Customer Support is AMAZING

Management of scheduling and electronic medical records are integrated for a seamless experience.

Pros

It is all inclusive, continuously making improvements and the Jane Staff are so kind, helpful and cheerful.

Cons

It was a steep learning curve to learn JaneApp and implement the software, but the videos, tech support and online forums were helpful.

good but lacking

Pros

I really dislike that I have to add a minimum number of digits in this field

Cons

not having the ability for online patients to add a unique discount code is disappointing and sad that they cannot be bothered to add this for a 5 year customer along with many others who have asked for it

Love Jane!

Amazing customer service and easy to use. Wouldn't try anything else even though it's an expense every month.

Pros

Easy to use, all of my records, Billing, scheduling in one spot. Many patients tell me that using Jane on their end is very convenient and helpful as well.

Cons

Takes a little to get used to ...and I'm not thrilled that I'll have to pay more for another practitioner to use it when I expand my practice.
