THE At-Home Doc!
I’ve used the Teledoc app for minor sickness issues that can be easily addressed over the phone or by video. Once setup, it’s easy to initiate a call with a doctor and they’ve always been kind and understanding...and fairly quick to call too!
Pros
Well the first thing I love is that it is now free with out insurance plan. That’s awesome and amazing! I also like that they have a quick response time. The app allows you to add photos if needed and you can even do a video chat with the doctor.
Cons
It takes a little effort to setup your account. My biggest irritation is when receiving calls from the doctor, it will come from an unlisted number. If your iPhone security is set to ignore calls from unlisted numbers it can seriously delay your call until you fix your settings. Otherwise, the app works really well!

works pretty well
convenient for a quick easy script like im sure would be great for pink eye or a rash or decongestant or something small.
Pros
not too hard to set up and use, if you have insurance the copay can be less than your standard office visit.
Cons
no way of getting tests. the care is a bit limited. if you need a test, then I bet you have to pay twice

This place is a scam
Pros
I love that Teladoc has an attractive website that makes you feel like they will be able to help.
Cons
This place is a scam; I've had a few appointments where I'm trying to get very low-level medications, this time for high blood pressure. I have multiple devices to measure my blood pressure, and I have the data on my phone going back 8 years. The doctor said she couldn't prescribe a medication for the first time over Teladoc. The conversation was less than 2 minutes, and they refused to refund me "because the policy says there is no guarantee of getting medications."

Drs good; system BAD
GITCHES IN SYSTEM INFURIATE, CONSISTENTLY & CONSTANTLY.
Pros
The providers, if you can get to one, have been good, so far (medical & mental health)
Cons
The Teladoc system &customer service are terrible. They always blame internal glitches on provider. It's a runaround

Helpful Healthcare
Pros
When I initially went to schedule an appoint they said they could see me as soon as 6 minutes; I was impressed because if I would have walked into an urgent care this moment it would have taken me atleast 30 mins to be seen; thats not county the amount of time it takes to actually drive there.
Cons
For some reason my insurance provider was constantly being assigned and redirected from a whole other state. I have Ambetter Heath of Tennessee - Not Nebraska, or Arkansas.
