CallHippo is a cloud-based call center solution that helps mid to large size businesses with workflow automation and virtual telephony. The platform enables users to give detailed analysis to customers through call recordings. CallHippo offers Activity Feed that lets users access caller name, call status, total call duration, department and more. Primary features of CallHippo include productivity tracker, sales script designing, call recording samples and call analysis. Additionally, the platform lets users filter call logs by applying filters such as call type, specific time period, incoming calls or outgoing calls. CallHippo integrates with Zapier, Zoho, Zendesk, Slack, HubSpot, Intercom, Groove, Freshdesk and Pipedrive. Pricing of the product is based on per month, per user basis and support is extended via email, phone, live chat and documentation.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was helping me today and he ROCKS! Any time I have needed questions answered, the support team has been extremely helpful.

Pros

Once you learn to use it, it is very easy and robust. It does more than what we need it to do, and the price is great.

Cons

Our agency sets up many accounts for our clients. Sometimes the anti-fraud department flags our new accounts. Our clients pay their CallHippo bill directly so we have many accounts rather than just one.

Regardless, the new account openings are resolved quickly.

Good network and service

Overall it is good experience to use call hippo for calling international numbers with cost-effective.

A SCAM! They promised refund and gone

Pros

Becarful! Looks nice at the beginning, and then you can find many misleadings and when it comes for refund, they told me to cancel a PayPal dispute for get my refund, I canceled and then they gone without to refund me.

An Exceptional Choice for VOIP Services

Great experience. I would find it hard to move to another VOIP provider.

Pros

CallHippo is very easy to use, the support staff and management are excellent and there have been very few hiccups during our time with CallHippo

Cons

It could do with a search function for searching numbers dialed in lieu of having to download an Excel file

Calling Supported in Almost All the countries

Pros

We use the software to call our customers in different countries. As different numbers are available, our company can maintain a better image among customers who can trust when the call is coming from their own country's number

Cons

The pricing of the software is a bit on the higher side
