ZooM is a mobile sales force automation platform that helps retail, distribution, manufacturing, wellness and other businesses manage on-site agents, invoices, orders, deals or promotions and more. The sale route management module enables managers to create journey plans and pre-scheduled tour plans and view the geo-location of customer addresses. ZooM allows professionals to create survey forms in the multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) format, collect customer feedback and analyze market trends. It offers a host of features including competitive analysis, reporting, employee tracking, configurable workflows, activity dashboard and more. Additionally, managers can utilize the attendance tracking and leave management system to track employees’ attendance and export reports into Excel sheets in real-time. ZooM facilitates integration with various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions such as Tally, SAP, Navision, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and more via APIs. Pricing is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, live chat and other online measures.

"Best platform for all buisnesses"

Pros

Best tool for tracking. It has no complicated process easy to use. This tool help to connect with my clients. So many things can be done with this tool when compare to others.

Cons

Excellent automation platform for small to large businesses

Pros

ZooM is one of the best software to automate our daily sales business.
ZooM software helps retailers , distributors, manufacturers to manage their on site customers, account details , orders.
This software also help to plan future activities and goals to grow our business by creating reports and surveys and analysis, tracking system.

Cons

ZooM is not that much compatible for iOS or Mac.
Although, I am still using this software so I like this software, at start this software's dashboard is bit confusing but after understanding all the features now I can use this software confidently.

Very young CRM/POS software

We only ran ZooM through a POC for less than a year for a customer. In the end it wasn't something we could recommend to our customers.

Pros

It's very simple and basic interface doesn't take much time to learn.

Cons

ZooM is not iOS or Mac compatible. This means if you buy ZooM you do not have the option run it on iOS in the near future. I'm not sure if this is on their roadmap.
