Finally, a fully customizable and easy-to-use LMS
Docebo is a great platform for learning and has amazing employees making sure you are fully utilizing the product, reaching out if you need help, and always ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
Pros
It's a very user-friendly LMS that focuses on customizability and design. Unlike other learning management systems, Docebo gives you the tools to design pages, courses, and learning plans with the user in mind, allowing you to make engaging learning experiences rather than signing in to check off training in a 'system'.
Cons
The notification system, while very flexible and customizable, is a little hard to use when you get more than a few notifications. Keeping track of each one becomes a little difficult.

Customer support is essentially non-existent below Enterprise level
Our biggest mistake was not doing a better job of gauging the level of customer support we would receive as a "basic" user. At our level, Docebo offers no implementation support and very little admin training before you go live. It is essentially an unsupported product. Our sole recourse for help became tech support tickets, and for much of the time we were customers, the Docebo team was facing a massive backlog of these tickets. It wasn't uncommon to wait two weeks for a response to a simple technical issue.
What really caused massive frustration internally was Docebo's insistence that we either upgrade to the Enterprise service level or continue to experience similar failures. Time and time we tried to work with them to find ways to stabilize our situation, and we were willing to pay more for additional services. Docebo would not even begin to negotiate with us. I personally felt they took zero accountability for our team's success with their platform, and as paying customer of any level, that is unacceptable and insulting.
Unless you have a crack team of LMS admin experts and instructional designers who can pick up Docebo's slack, I recommend you stay far, far away from this company.
Pros
Docebo is forward-thinking and definitely has some good ideas in theory. It initially attracted our company based on its clean user interface and entry-level price point.
Cons
Their webinar integration functions caused massive headaches for our staff and users. Integrations would fail without warning, and Docebo support was never willing or able to help us find a permanent solution. Webinar failures caused a great deal of frustration among our users and discouraged repeated use.
Additionally, there are quite a few bugs in their user management and notification management admin features. Our staff spent a massive amount of time opening tech support tickets for these issues and trying to get them "elevated" in order that they may actually be addressed. While most issues were relatively small, added together they played a large role in killing our team's momentum.
Finally, the general intuitiveness of the admin menu and setup is below par. Numerous important functions are buried in sub-menus or require strange, unexplained box-checking. It doesn't help that their Knowledge Base only provides superficial introductions to these processes.

Global Learning Management Strategy: Scalable and Customizable through Docebo
Overall, from customer support to providing comprehensive customer education, Docebo has surpassed my expecation. In addition, their pipeline of new features and such is quite good. They keep a close ear to what the market needs.
Pros
The system itself matches almost all of my company's various L&D requirements. Both internally and externally. To top things off, the support from the account manager and their customer education team is superb.
Cons
Overall, the system is able to meet our requirements. That said, it would be nice if I can setup admin accounts that come with hands on support coming from the system. A full tutorial experience for other admins so that will handhold them while they're still new. This would lock or consistently/persistently produce pop ups while a main admin feels that the sub admin is still inexperienced.
Docebo was comprehensive in training me, but it seems that too many people do not know how to search for documentation on their own. Forcing such individuals to experience a super spoon-fed experience may be what's needed for some individuals.
Reasons for Choosing Docebo
One system, I can't enter the name because the pop up isn't allowing it. This system was built in Japan and it was essentially a glorified SharePoint. The system listed in this review was chosen by our Japanese counterparts. They are now evaluating shifting from that system to Docebo.Reasons for Switching to Docebo

Excellent scalable and customizable learning management system
I have the best sales and knowledge reps ever. They are always ready to answer my craziest questions and weirdest ideas that I have to use on the platform. The help desk is super quick and helpful assisting in issues that arise. The overall experience has been outstanding. Docebo offers a robust and user-friendly platform that streamlines the process of creating, managing, and delivering training content.
Pros
Docebo has been very helpful in standardizing our training for both our employees and customers, and making it possible to conduct a lot of training asynchronously, drastically increasing our reach and reducing the amount of time and travel spent by instructors.
