About KYRO

KYRO is a construction management software that helps field crew members record daily updates using voice notes in multiple languages and send them directly to managers. The application lets stakeholders include annotated photos, upload documents, such as the AIA-G702, and create project schedules. Key features include optical character recognition, daily field reporting, and document management. KYRO enables team members to log in and out daily or via an automatic timer. The kiosk mode allows managers to track time for external resources, including subcontractors. KYRO lets operators generate reports on payroll and invoices using a unified interface. Additionally, supervisors can integrate the system with existing invoicing applications to access accounts receivables and payables in a centralized dashboard.

Great Product for Contractors and Subcontractors

KYRO has been a strong ally in the field. Its centralized management system and real-time insights have notably improved how we run our projects. The real-time collaboration capabilities have transformed how our team communicates. We can share updates and documents instantly, which is critical for the fast-paced nature of our projects.

Pros

KYRO stands out for its unified approach to construction management, bringing together all necessary functionalities under one roof with its all-encompassing platform. The AI-powered efficiency tools and integrated invoicing system are commendable features that facilitate a streamlined, efficient workflow, significantly aiding in project management and financial tracking.

Cons

While functional, the mobile version of KYRO could be more robust, providing the same level of detail and functionality we enjoy on desktops. Greater integration with other industry-standard software would be beneficial, reducing the need to manage multiple systems and allowing for a more seamless data flow
