Trello, a number one choice for work management.
We are using Trello at our workspace to organize our work and we are seeing great results from this. It helps us to plan our work systematically and also to bring everything abd everyone together so as we can have a collaborative approach on what we are doing. This allows us to manage our work more effectively and achieve excellent results from it. Moreso, Trello allows us to be on the lookout on the progress of our work which helps us finish our projects in the planned time.
Pros
A fantastic thing that i have come to love about Trello is how it makes it easy and possible for us to bring all our resources together including the manpower when planing and executing our projects. This allows us to be on the same page when working and to have easy access the resources needed to make our work more productive. It has very useful work planning tools like boards which also makes it easy to track the progress of the projects and keep everyone updated on what is to be done and when.
Cons
Trello at all times has been so committed to offering its best performance levels and personally, i have nothing against it.

Team trello
I am able to organise personal and business lists, tasks and projects more easily. So far, so good with trello
Pros
Trello boards helps me go paperless while managing a client workflow. Trello makes use of kanban system that makes it easy to create tasks for projects and breaks them down into smaller tasks
Cons
The only disadvantage that I have seen with trello, it doesn't allow editing. So sometimes I use email if I need editing with my project plan

From Chaos to Clarity: How Trello Transformed My Team's Workflows
We were at our wits' end, in complete darkness and ready to jump on anything that looked like it could move us at least one step forward. That was our story before we started using Trello. Chaos and a sense of looming defeat. We had looked at several other options but, the moment we embraced the task-organization abilities of Trello, our darkness-heavy chaos surrendered to a seamless order in managing your projects. We are able to collaborate seamlessly and in real-time and do more. For me personally as the project leader, I have experienced an evolving sense of pride and enthusiasm among my team members. We all act like a team on a winning streak. My team's workdays are filled with clarity, purpose and accomplishments.
Pros
The email-to-board feature is one of the most impactful for us, making it convenient for team members to add tasks to their boards via email, even when not directly accessing the platform. The other impactful feature is the activity log which keeps a record of all changes and actions taken on the boards. This helps provide transparency and accountability as users can review the card history to see the progression of a task over time.Lastly, for us the card voting and polling features facilitate decision-making and prioritization, enabling a collaborative and democratic project management process.Almost forgot to mention the Power-Ups.
Cons
Trello doesn't offer built-in features like Gantt-chart views or timeline management. These are features that are valuable valuable for visualizing project schedules, critical paths, and resource allocation. It also lacks comprehensive resource management features like workload allocation, capacity planning, and resource leveling. It would be lekker (wonderful in Afrikaans) if Trello could integrate with finance and budgeting platforms like QuickBooks for managing project budgets and tracking expenses directly from inside the app.

Easy, no-nonsense, visual task management
Started using Trello over 10 years ago as a tool used on the job when I worked as an online marketeer. Loved it so much I kept using it after quitting that job. I use it to organise to do's, keep e-mail templates, and to organise my Youtube channel workflow.
Pros
I love that Trello is super simpel to use and beautifully visual. Love the customisation and overall view one gets.
Cons
Can get overwhelming if you make too many boards or cards. Keep it simple.
