Parity Review
We are solving all of our inventory problems with Parity and it has been very nice to be able to help others because I can understand how to use it to help them.
Pros
It is very user friendly and very understandable for almost anyone.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about this software. It is very helpful for our business.

Areas for improvement
Pros
Traceability features - being able to run traceability suite and see everything from that specific lot ID is helpful. However, analysis is still required due to "issuing" product and repacking it into different forms/products (thus product codes so our LotID's are not inclusive). At the same time, when viewing the tracing suite information, it doesn't break down product into invidual boxes either, which can be helpful for random weight product.
Cons
It is incredibly slow. It has ran slowly for us ever since implementation. Initially, we were told it was our internet. However, our IT staff were able to demonstrate it was not. After Parity was notified over a year ago, it seems to have been lost as a continual issue, since it was brought back up again without any conclusions as to why.
I would also recommend, when sending out new hardware (such as new scanners), that they be entirely updated with the current software version. This has delayed our ability to use hardware and observe the same quality as when we tested it.
I also don't like how, to find specific information, I have to run through potentially three or four different specific areas to find it. For instance, yesterday I was researching product that was packed, but not loaded onto a shipment. It took three screens to find the parent tracking number, in order to add it to the shipment. Whereas, if "Parent Tracking ID" had been a field on the intial tracking number screen, it would have saved more time.
