One of the biggest advantages of this software is the user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate. This has been a huge time-saver for my team, as we don't have to spend hours trying to figure out how to use the software. Another great feature of QuickBooks Online Advanced is the automatic data backups. Not only that, but also the advanced reporting and inventory management features have also been a great asset to our business, allowing us to track our inventory in real-time and generate detailed reports on our financial performance.
Cons
One of the downsides of QuickBooks Online Advanced is the limited customization options for invoices and purchase orders.

QBO is a must for small businesses!
Very user friendly software, and has been easy to implement and build with as our business has grown. I don't have an accounting background but have been able to navigate it without too much difficultly. Their support team is also very helpful.
Pros
Ease of use, especially being able to access remotely. Also easy to pull reports for grants, donors, board, staff, etc.
Cons
There are several mobile apps for QB, but I haven't found them to be as useful as I would hope.

Not a Quickbooks Online Fan:(
We use Quickbooks to maintain our general ledger and run financial statements and pay bills. We have a separate software system to manage patient accounts and patient billing.
Pros
It's internet based. Saving reports in Excel is much faster.
Cons
Quickbooks Desktop was much more logical and easier to use. Quickbooks Online looks and functions much differently from the Desktop version. They changed everything....mostly for the worse. All the screens are different; the menus are all different; the reports are all different. Whoever designed this software knew little of accounting and how accountants work. Everything takes longer in Quickbooks Online than it did in Desktop....except saving reports to Excel.

Cons
Even though I haven’t customized all features available on QuickBooks Online Advanced - I do not experience any issue on features that I am using.
