Cost-Efficient
Squaretalk made it easier to forward calls to other team members and escalate customer problems, which improved our resolution rates. It also reduces our operational costs and ultimately improves our bottom line.
Pros
I like best that the product is constantly evolving. They’ve recently added more self-service options to the portal, which speeds up admin work, and let managers customize their dashboards and reports more.

I haven't had a serious issue yet to write about

Amazing Support, Amazing People, Amazing Services and their VOIP doesn't drop
it's the best, we used twilio, we used a lot of other systems but we are not changing this one
Pros
I really enjoy the system interface it's simple straight to the point and their support wow they are supporting us any time we had a question or an issue they were there and resolved it.
Cons
i have 0 complaints so far, the only con is the don't support on Sundays. besides that. no complaints.

The best call center I've worked with
The preformances of their call center. It's friendly to use, there are a lot of features that provide you ways to customize your use. Their staff provides all the support & service our company need. From my experience working with other call centers, Squaretalk is the best call center I've worked with.

Horrible, not working, and not even refunding or replying to refund requests
Pros
The way its being massively oversold by a highly qualified sales person. It's a cool dude, but once the sale is made and nothing is working, it's not possible to contact this guy.
Cons
It never worked. The guys couldn't like this [SENSITIVE CONTENT] to our internet or something. Support was worthless, again not helping at all. After 2 weeks of wasting a lot of time on this, I decided to just give up an not waste energy on this bs anymore. Again, the team was very very unprofessional, not refunding the pilot money, though I've never been able to use it. Wasted my time, my resources, and this is the type of service you can expect from these fellows.

Great for scaling up sales
We use Squaretalk for both inbound and outbound calls, so customers can call our business for sales inquiries and facilitate our cold calling efforts. The plateform syncs with our CRM database, giving us a comprehensive view of all relevant interactions. Overall, Squaretalk has been a indispensable tool for our sales team.
Pros
Squaretalk has significantly boosted our sales operations. Their autodialer has tripled our calling capacity and allowed us to reach more leads in less time. The reporting and analytics features privide valuable insights into call performance and help us to optimize our strategies. The customer support is top-notch, they are always quick to respond and resolve any issues we have.
Cons
The only downsite we're encountered is the occasional lag in the reporting dashboard. It would also be great to have more real-time updates.
