GoToConnect (formerly Jive) delivers a cloud-based unified communication solution to organizations of all sizes across the U.S. GoToConnect includes integrated products for business VoIP, video conferencing and contact center which are all cloud-based that can be accessed using web browsers on the internet enabled device or by installing a desktop application on Mac and Windows devices. Within their integrated suite, GoToConnect offers a PBX call routing system, automatic call distribution, broadband internet, call recording, conference calling, internet fax, mobility, and softphone. Jive Video provides cloud-based video conferencing capabilities allowing users to connect with their clients and co-workers face to face. Contact Center is a reporting and analytics solution which helps to track agents productivity, generate real-time business reports and track call summary, among others. Users can also connect with their clients on the go by downloading and installing Jive Mobile app available for Android and iOS smartphones.

Best change from Landline to VOIP ever!

I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't moved over. The cost isn't high and very affordable compared to our old system. Just need to ensure proper internet service.

Pros

We changed over from our previous PBX landline system to a PBX IP VoIP system and have never been happier. Easy way to setup everything from call centre, confrence, transfers, PA system and so much more with the system in place

Cons

The only negative is that the system has gone done a few times over 2 years. Maybe 3-4 times and had some issues with the fax machine. The customer is good but sometimes can take longer than required especially if a business runs on telephone lines.

Perfect Product for All-in-out

It's one of the least buggy software out there when it comes to video and audio conferencing.

It's the perfect approach in combing everything starting from video calling, to audio conference and remote desktop control.

The thing I dislike about the software is the lack of support. There is very limited documentation on how much you can push the product to get the most out of it. More there is a limit on how much you can

Quality and time-saving. Definitely helps us!

Pros

Our call center uses GoTo Connect for best service. We rely on the efficiency of the product to help our patients and providers. Seamlessly scheduling patients without being in clinic is very difficult but GoTo Connect helps bridge that gap.

Cons

As a company we would like to be able to tell when patients lines have fallen silent, either from call center rep fault or glitch in computer telephony. These calls do not always drop. It would be a nice feature to alert the crew or have our call board notify us.

The Best Service For Remote Call Centers

This product has allowed us to easily grow our company and expand our customer service coverage. The set up was easy, the training was very comprehensive and getting the system built was handled very well. During the initial set-up GoToConnect provides a personalized account person that guides you through the entire set-up from beginning to end.

Pros

We use GoToConnect to manage remote agents and it is the best phone system we have ever had. Reporting is easy to gather. The ability to make administrative changes to the call system is the best in the industry. Hands down this is the best service we have ever used in 20+ years.

Cons

This software had no weaknesses at all. It is robust and provides every feature you could dream of.
