Nextiva sold us phones and supplies a quality service with customer support that is always...

Pros

VOIP phone system was the best idea we had for phones. Nextiva has made it easy to remain a long term customer. Our office is phone dependent and if a client cannot reach us they let us hear about it. Nextiva has handled problem we have experienced with the urgency that I would expect from a professional service company. Most questions are answered before we get off the phone. The recommendations for phones was spot on. The service is reliable and the quality of sound it clear. My client never ask about the kind of phone we are using. They can't tell the difference. The billing is always correct and predictable. Never had a billing problem.

Cons

The app is a bit uncomfortable to use. In order to answer the phone I have to press a couple of keys and often the phone rings 3 -5 times before I answer. I prefer our calls answered in 2-3 rings. Now this is only a problem when out of the office and the phones are forwarded.

Phone system for my business

If you spend some time with support and cofiguring then it's a great product. It does require some time to get it fully configured how you want it to work.

Pros

Pricing and features was the first thing I looked at. I like how it's been able to integrate with my CRM. Their customer support has been great as well.

Cons

Took a bit of work to get it up and running from the beginning.

Reasons for Switching to Nextiva

Pricing and the extra toll-free minutes that was offered.

Exceptionally terrible support

Pros

Nothing. Average service you can get from a voip provider.

Cons

If something is broken - you're screwed. Had two wait 2 days to get a reply from support and instead of answering my question they requested my name (which they knew from the email) and the pin code that was also provided.

Response from Nextiva

Hello, Oleg. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. Your feedback has been shared with our team and one of our support managers will be in touch shortly to assist with your original request. Thank you!

It works okay and the price is reasonable

Pros

The team who helped us set up the product was quite supportive. However, when we needed additional support post-implementation we had to pay for it.

Cons

There were infinity doom loops in our system where customers would get stuck on hold forever. We didn't understand the system well enough to solve these for ourselves. I wish the Nextiva team would have been more helpful in diagnosing this problem.
