Full Fledged CRM for Every Business

My overall experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud has been exceptional. It's easy to implement, maintain and teach others to use it. The functions and flows are intuitive and easy to navigate once we get some experience. I highly recommend Salesforce Sales Cloud to every business as it can be used by businesses of any size.

Pros

While there is a bit of a learning curve - Salesforce has exceptionally good and intuitive flows we get used to it. Another thing I like very much about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its scalability. Any business size can use it and scale it as the business grows which is rare in other CRMs as most are dedicated to certain business sizes. It is also flexible and customizable. I have set it up for a few clients of mine with little deviation in usage requirements and it worked perfectly with all of them. There is also a lot of automation that we can directly use - also we can take benefits of easy integrations available with other service providers. Also, it generally has more functions than we need so we don't need to worry much if the software is enough for a company. Maintaining it is also easy as every cloud service. Also, as with every cloud service - we can access it from different kinds of devices which is a added bonus.

Cons

I don't think there is much to dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud - I think the pricing for small businesses can be better. Also, there is a bit of a learning curve but that's okay as of all CRM I have used to date - Salesforce was relatively easier to learn.

User friendly Salesforce

Salesforce has been really beneficial in documenting, reaching out to the client, answering client queries, Client database and so on. Hence, it has been a great experience so far.

Pros

The best thing about Salesforce is it collates all the data and make a system-wide central repository which really helps in saving time, energy and productivity. Also, it has certain additional features to prioritize some important client support queries by integrating the mails with Salesforce which brings the attention to some important critical points.

Cons

The integration of the salesforce with internal tools could be done in a more user friendly and an efficient way. That's the only scope of improvement which could be done as I can think of.

Greats software for CRM but expensive and hard to impliment

My overall experience was frustrating and the lack of support only clouded the quality of the product. When we ask for support we were told we had to go to a third party to get any help on our implementation. This was not clearly communicated when we were sold the software.

Pros

Saleforce is the standard for the industry and has a price tag to match. When we implements Sales force we had 2 sales people and 6 PM’s that used it. The customization and automation where fantastic features and of great benefit. The sales to customer success migration was also a valuable feature for us.

Cons

The software was expensive and the sales person made licensing sales complicated and confusing. Once we were sold on the software our sales person disappeared and we had another rep who basically said deal with what you have. We wanted to change our model around but at the time Salesforce did not let us do this. We let the license expire and moved to another product

"A Comprehensive CRM Solution for Your Business's Sales Needs"

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. It provides a comprehensive suite of tools and features to help manage customer relationships and sales processes. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, and the customer support is top-notch when I needed help. The pricing can be a bit steep for smaller businesses, but for larger businesses, the cost is well worth the investment.

Pros

I liked how user-friendly the Salesforce Sales Cloud is. The dashboard is very intuitive and provides an easy way to access and manage customer data. It also provides a wide variety of tools and features that can be customized to fit the needs of any business, such as sales automation, lead management, and reporting capabilities. The customer support is also top-notch, providing helpful and knowledgeable guidance whenever I needed it.

Cons

I found that the pricing can be a bit steep for smaller businesses, especially if they don’t need all of the features the platform provides. Additionally, I found the learning curve to be a bit steep at first, as there are many features that can be overwhelming to understand. However, once I got the hang of it, I found it to be a great tool for managing my business's sales needs.

Salesforce Sales Cloud - CRM at its best

Pros

In my opinion, Salesforce has always been the best CRM application. I started off with a team of 3 employees including myself and Salesforce has been with us since Day 1.

Cons

The one thing that I found with Salesforce Sales Cloud services is that Saving new and updated data is not an automatic process. This is a more manually done directive in CRM and may cause loss of leads to which I recomend to ensure your users update their data prior to posting on Salesforce Cloud.
