Cutting Edge TMS with Industry-Leading Customer Service

Our overall experience with TrueView TMS has been phenomenal! The Transfix team has reacted quickly to all of our team's feedback and requests incredibly fast in order to drive more value for our business. I'm excited to see what they will do in the future to make TrueView an even better product to be utilized within our business.

Pros

One of the most impactful features for our shipping process is the API integration to our existing systems. This integration has allowed our shipping coordinators to create and tender shipments in just a few clicks. while ensuring 100% accuracy. Along with the API integration, the ability to track shipments through tender, confirmation, and shipment progress status has greatly reduced missed shipments and allowed us to react quickly to delayed shipments to avoid late deliveries to our customers. Other key features that have helped to improve different aspects of our business are; auction tendering, performance KPIs, instant shipment quotes, routing guide, document storage for invoices and PODs, as well as the ability to use TrueView anywhere through my phone which can be incredibly handy as an on-the-go manager of multiple locations.

Cons

As can be expected with a newer system undergoing many enhancements, there are a few minor bugs that appear after initial release of a new feature, however, the TrueView team is always incredibly responsive in getting the bugs fixed and moving on to the next improvements. Every single feature and bug fix is effectively communicated to their customer base as well, which is very helpful and sometimes goes overlooked in software.

Our decision to move forward with TrueView over alternative products was driven partly by the excellent customer service and collaboration with the technical team at Transfix. The consistent interactions with their team has been far and away better than any other software solutions company we have dealt with.

Floyd Inc Review

Pros

The software is very user-friendly and the team at Transfix goes above and beyond making it as personal as possible to Floyd as a company. Cant say enough about how important that is for us.

Cons

I don't have many complaints but the biggest would be just making sure dates stay correct in the portal for PU and delivery and OTD and OTP are tracked correctly.
