About Trello

Trello is a visual collaboration tool for planning tasks and projects. While commonly used by agile software development teams, the solution is also used in other departments such as marketing, sales, support and HR. The web-based solution provides tools to define projects, their requirements and the workflow to ensure projects are completed in a planned sequential manner. Trello offers a digital board to create, organize and prioritize actions. Administrators or managers can even define workflows, assign tasks to individuals or teams, set deadlines and monitor progress. Trello cards allow users to collaborate with each other. Users can add comments, add members, and attach documents to the tasks assigned to them. Trello offers a professional package that includes the privacy and administrative settings required by large enterprises. Trello integrates with a number of online applications including JIRA Cloud, Bitbucket Cloud, Google Drive, GitHub and Slack.

simply manage a business

It's a lot of fun using the Trillo every day.I work in remote technical assistance, and I suggest using Trello to coordinate activities with development teams.

Pros

Trello is attractive and simple to use. Everything is in place in terms of operational integration, and it is highly effective and nimble when working with other team members. Trello is always the first thing I open, followed by Outlook. It is highly beneficial to see every activity that you and your team must do or fail to complete; prior knowledge of tax calculations or probability of profit or loss is not necessary.

Cons

Really, it's a great program, however there are a few things to keep in mind, like: When a task cannot be archived after completion, file sharing services are not convenient.

Benefits and struggles of Trello

Pros

Trello allows you to see all of your tasks and projects visually, helping you organize ideas and take decisions easily

Cons

Trello doesn't have enough functionalities compared to the rest of the softwares in the industry. It is only useful if you're looking to track the progress of linear tasks

Your automatic agenda

Pros

We use it to keep track of the tasks with the different work teams and also to check if the Marketing department's dissemination strategies are functional. It is very easy to create/delete tasks or move them to different boards, which helps us to keep our pending tasks in order.A point in favor of Trello is that it allows you to easily add collaborators to any board and you can also convert these boards into private ones.

Cons

The free plan only allows you to have up to 10 dashboards per workspace and you need global labels. It is not possible to create custom fields as well as to have a timeline view of treas or projects. We could not integrate Trello with Google to use the spreadsheets.

Alternatives Considered

Zenkit and Workzone

Reasons for Choosing Trello

For the cost of Bitrix 24 in comparison to the competition.

Reasons for Switching to Trello

We decided to use Trello because of its ease of use and similarity to Bitrix24's board creation as well as its low cost per user.
