facilitates work processes
All the necessary CRM tools are gathered to give you better management and order of daily work tasks.
Pros
At first I started using the free version where I was able to adapt to the platform knowing its functions, then I started the paid plan because I liked its functions and it was what I was looking for to have a job that was easier to manage, I have been able to follow up on sales , to the tasks assigned to each user and have much more successful and easy to implement email campaign management
Cons
My experience has been satisfied in all aspects, both in operation and in customer service, who are very friendly.

Definitely better options out there
Meh, definitely better options out there. Seems like its a work in progress.
Pros
Some things work like they should. I haven't really found anything that others don't better but maybe the price is competitive.
Cons
Discovered bugs with integrations. Lack of useful features other CRMs have.
Doesn't have plugins for emails so have to send emails through Brevo not your own emails and you can't import emails you receive into the platform.
You can't put buffer time in your availability like calendly does so people can book you back to back.

A solid all-in-one marketing platform with only minor compromises
Overall it's been good, support is quick to reply and the platform isn't missing anything I can't live without.
Pros
The all-in-one nature and ease of use. Automations are super easy to set up which I love, and it's really nice being able to look at a contact and see the whole history of interactions across different channels in one place.
Cons
The CRM party (Brevo Deals) unfortunately doesn't have multi-currency support, and when managing client accounts as a web agency I need to pay for and upgrade my email marketing plan if I want my team to have access to a client's email marketing which makes no sense to me.
Reasons for Switching to Brevo
Larger product-range, ease of use, and very reasonable pricing for the most part.- Industry: Retail

Easy to use, helpful, and affordable service.
Very positive - I've been using Brevo for years for my small retail business.
Pros
Affordable: Brevo is a very reasonably priced solution that offers a lot of useful marketing features. Super intuitive and easy-to-use interface. A lot of features. Helpful statistics.
Cons
I would like to see more customisable plans - the possibility of adding one feature for a small fee rather than having to upgrade to the next plan, when all I need is one feature out of many.
