Perfectly Crafted Strategy for succesful Customers relationship
Customers are usually the central aspect of every business. Thanks to Hubspot CRM for improving our relationship with customers by being able to manage their requests on a timely manner. They are more satisfied courtesy of Hubspot CRM
Pros
Hubspot CRM is what every business need for departmental and entire enterprise needs. It is pocket friendly and has and easy to use UI and all It's features. I find it very crucial especially in organization of customers data. From contact management that help us collect and use prospects and customer data in a productive way. It is also soo great in insightful analytics and reporting which help in decision making to improve the business. The ticketing system ensures better v
customer services by attending to each customers enquiry and request. Lastly it scales with the business needs and allow for integrations with other workspace tools for better customers management
Cons
Honestly there is literally nothing I hate about Hubspot CRM. It deals with the most important aspect of any business

Great for midmarket without too much complexity
Overall I'm a big fan. I'm a SF admin and unless you need something overly complex, hubspot is the best CRM Ive used
Pros
Hubspot is great at quickly setting up quotes and pipelines. All of this is reportable and reasonably easy to set up without a dedicated admin. Sequences and campaigns are also very intuative
Cons
Some features are not available that feel like they should be standard. For example, lead roundrobins cannot be automatically adjusted by placing a rep on leave or vacation, this means you have to adjust the entire workflow or reassign deals as they land

Multifunctional product for smart people.
Overall HubSpot CRM makes it's job normally. It handles many problems.
Pros
HubSpot is multifunctional software. It simplifies communications with sales team. I can make notes, tag anyone within the organization to inform about news.
Cons
I think HubSpot isn't quite easy to use. Perhaps HubSpot CRM requires powerful features of computer. It was hard for my pc to open HubSpot links.

A complete marketing and sales solution
Overall experience has been positive for us, we were in the process of setting up our sales and marketing vertical and this tool helped us sort three mail pain points 1) sales pipeline management - we were able to set up our entire sales workflow with this tool 2) Communication and Engagement - Maintain effective and continuous communication with existing customers and leads 3) Increase conversion - few automation processes did help us increase conversions rate by a bit
Pros
1) We initially went ahead with free plan of HubSpot CRM, before going forward with paid one to ensure that the tools fits our use case. The free version includes all core functionalities and can be a good option for startups and small businesses with small budgets 2) UI and UX of the tool is very intuitive, we were able the team was able to onboard onto the tool very easily, with some training3) The tool helps us to create workflows and automate Automation lot of redundant tasks, this saves lot of time. We have also lately integrated a HubSpot based chatbot on our website for direct lead generation
Cons
1) Not all features are available in free plan, for e.g. there is an automation limit on free plan, we tried setting up automation of workflows on free plan initially but were not able to set up automated emails. Also, there is no chat or phone support for free plan2) Marketing hub, sales hub or servicing hub, each one comes with its own cost, that is over and above its subscription cost 3) It takes users some time to get accustomed to advanced features, basic ones are easy to get used to
Reasons for Switching to HubSpot CRM
Free plan and reasonable pricing was the main reason, it helped us test the key features of the tool before going ahead and buying the paid version- Industry: Financial Services

Best CRM for Marketing Operations
Pros
Its simply the best CRM for Marketing. You can do everything with it with ease and can connect all integrations available. If they don't exist, just create them by yourself using webhooks and api's.
Cons
It's always updating the filters and can be a bit overwhelming for the team to keep up with the constant new updates
