Love the mobile application along with the desktop application
My overall experience has been amazing. You get a professional quality phone system with the same exact pricing as our previous analog phone system.
Pros
With the mobile phone application, it is extremely easy to disguise my personal cell phone number with our company phone number. The mobile application also has a built-in text message feature with unlimited ability to send and receive messages.
As to the desktop application, the ability to place and receive phone calls, text messages, and send faxes really makes the Ooma platform ideal for small businesses such as ours.
Cons
The only thing that I do not like about the software is some of the features with respect to the tutorials that Ooma has available to ensure the staff becomes familiar and comfortable with the use of the program. There are several features such as Call Park, Call Flip, and a few others.
While these features are amazing in theory they are somewhat difficult to learn how to use them.

Easy Setup, Inexpensive
Pros
The initial setup was easy. The cost for the system was inexpesive, and the monthly service fee is low.
Cons
Nothing. Everything went smoothly and as expected.

Glad we switched, but minor issues
Their sales team was very persistent and informative. Set up was simple once we got around to doing it. However, we have had to contact customer support, several times due to device issues. Good news is that their customer support is very responsive. But there are still a few minor issues have not been resolved.
Pros
It’s about half price of our prior provider. And, it is very intuitive to set up those who know how to operate technology.
Cons
For some reason, we don’t get an alert notification on the phone itself when there’s A voicemail.
We’ve had several glitches with the phones eg. Call Park that we had to contact customer support for. Customer support was very helpful. Most of the issues have been resolved. They required a firmware update. Hopefully we can get the rest of the minor issues resolved soon.

On the fence
Still on the fence. Unless they can give me reliable phone service I may be looking for alternatives.
Pros
The price is great and you can customize the features you need.
Cons
The service was lacking. Our phone has been losing internet connection repeatedly and even though our internet speed/latency is beyond what Ooma requires, they still tried to blame the issues on my internet connection (and even told my staff that a jitter time of 1ms should be 5ms, even though the fact is a lower jitter number is desirable not higher).

Simple to use, simple to set up and great voice value.
Ooma is a great solution, and budget friendly. You can emulate most features that other UCaaS providers provide. If you need contact center functionality, this would be their enterprise product depending on what you need to do with it. Multi - Site set ups are also a breeze.
Pros
We had a property where the phone system has failed completed. Spun up OOMA office with phone numbers and set up Remote Call Forward on the lines coming. Property back in business within 45 minutes which included any tweaks. We ordered phones after we got it all set up.
Cons
If using the wifi on the phones, it is best to have a network jack that has access to the internet to get started with firmware downloads, etc. We have some challenges getting that part set up and had to get on the phone with support and they were helpful for us.
