100Hires is an applicant tracking system (ATS) designed to help businesses track and hire job applicants for various roles. It allows HR professionals to store candidates’ resumes in an integrated database, draft emails using custom templates and schedule interviews in real-time. Recruitment managers can collect and import candidates’ contact information from multiple channels including LinkedIn, AngelList, Dribble, Github, Facebook, Gmail, Stack Overflow, Medium, Twitter, Meetup, Upwork, Xing and Indeed. Additionally, HR executives can use the application to add custom tags, sources, jobs and notes to candidates’ profiles. 100Hires facilitates integration with the productivity and collaboration platform, Google Suite via application programming interfaces (APIs). Best platform in the market

Great ATS!

I have no complaints - this ATS covers all the bases and eases the whole process with excellent, thought-out automations.

Pros

I love the ease of use of this product! Everything you will need to communicate with your internal team and candidates is here, and it will make your life easier with every step of the process with drag-and-drop features and every step available at your finger tips.

Cons

Nothing so far! I think this is a great ATS for all levels of companies.

Suggestions on 100hires ATS

It is good. The working is not at that bad if I compare with start up company's ATS.

Pros

The extension that linked with hiring platform. The integration system must be stronger.

Cons

There some gaps in this that should be improved like customized filters, tags. For pre screening, you should add some questionnaires.

Cons

I would add more sections such as - salary expectation, spoken languages, location etc. to create more information about candidates
