AGR Dynamics is a supply chain management solution, which assists small to large retailers and wholesalers with financial planning, demand forecasting, ordering and reporting on a centralized platform. Features include location clustering, inventory optimization, sales and operation process management and constraint-based purchase order creation. The application enables retailers to handle cash flows, perform multi-channel merchandise planning and estimate space usage for product display. Managers can also create custom assortments as per sales trend and set up commodities based on range width plans. Using the option planning feature, owners can determine the type, color and size of products to be displayed or removed from the store. Wholesalers can also manage individual or groups of customers and utilize planning templates to allocate the stock.
