QBO Payroll is the easiest way to manage your small business payroll

If you are already a QBO user and have a small to medium work force this is the your best bet. It works within your existing QBO file, so no need for double entry and tax filing is an easy to follow step-by-step process.

Pros

No more double entry when you run payroll through your existing QBO file!

Cons

This might not be the right solution for larger companies who have greater HR needs then just cutting a paycheck each pay period, though it is not difficult to set up employee deductions for things like health care, retirement plans, etc.

Quickbooks Payroll

The ease-of-use, as far as processing payroll AND commissions due, was really great - it's user friendly,m easy to navigate, transparent.

Pros

I liked the interface when running payroll - the way the program is setup when you are running payroll (and commissions), it allows you to pick and choose what is being paid. For example, if you pay Health Insurance stipend only once/month, you have the option to just "check the box" to add that to your paychecks that week.

Cons

The way it was integrated into our main Quickbooks software, I was unable to use this on my MAC - I am only a MAC user and had to get a PC to use our main QB software, which included the payroll features as well. Not many other complaints though!

Pros

Quick books has been doing this a long time and I trust them with my employees direct deposit. I’ve never had any issues or problems.

Cons

I do wish it were a little less expensive but I use quick books for my accounting as well and I want to keep it more convenient for me

Quickbook payroll popular app

Overall experience is average and not enough good

Pros

Quick book payroll a simple to use app, this app is basically designed for everything from taxation to paybill management. It also works as book maintenance, asset management and payments solutions. So i liked very much. They offers different unique services and features.

Cons

It is user friendly app, but slightly some expensive compared to other market competitors. Their customer care service is also not up to the mark. I have also some points not really works

QuickBooks Payroll review

Saves so much time each month/quarter having QuickBooks handle filing all tax documents and paying them.

Pros

Keeps track of all payroll taxes and QuickBooks handles filing all federal forms and state unemployment forms.

Cons

A bit of a learning curve but once you master it, it's great
