Veeqo has changed our business & allowed us to understand it so much better:
Veeqo helps us control stock, process orders and gives us a general overlook of our business.
I can say that Veeqo saves us at least 2 hours daily and its many features help us know when we are to place an order, what products are doing well/badly etc.
It saves us making errors processing orders and our packers now have an organised list, order labels are in the order they prefer - all these little preferences add up ... to hundreds of hours a month.
Pros
Having used several other software Veeqo is by far the most User-Friendly.
Veeqo has so many features - I am impressed every day when I find another one.
Veeqo is made to feel personal for you. Every request or need you have they work on and the turnaround is amazing. I find their customer service AMAZING. The onboarding process is made very easy and they help set up most of the backend stuff.
Overall Veeqo has changed order management for us and offers so much more than other platforms as is user friendly - something difficult to say about other platforms.
Cons
I can honestly say there are ZERO cons.
I have used other platforms and this list will be very long for other platforms.

Shipping made easy!
Using Veeqo has enabled us to develop and deploy a unique purchasing and despatch process for the NHS in the UK. By integrating Veeqo with third-party services we have eliminated the risk of data entry errors, particularly with shipping addresses which has resulted in a near-perfect first time delivery success rate. The huge number of articles in the Help Center, supported by a fantastic technical support team, means that we are always able to resolve any niggles incredibly quickly. The support is by far the best I've experienced.
Pros
Veeqo comes with a whole host of features but the pre-built Shipping and eCommerce integrations are up there among the best. Linking to Shopify - easy. Linking to couriers - easy. Each integration took less than a minute to set up and they have all worked faultlessly!
Cons
It's very difficult to find any downside to Veeqo but the one thing that I would really like to see some focus on is the API and provision of webhooks. For orders which don't come via a built-in integration it's difficult to get a notification when an order changes status.

Frustrating and missing some key functionality to run an normal eCommerce store, very much...
We do keep getting told a lot of this is in the pipeline mmmm..... We've also been given a months free usage because of the inconvenience caused and not doing quite what we we're sold it could do!
Works well for 3rd party channels, certainly not great if your business is more through your own website!!
Pros
User-friendly interface with OK top-level reporting
Works well with 3rd parties channels, I think this is where the initial design and build has gone into!
Customer service seems like good guys but seems under a hell of a lot of pressure.
Integrates with carriers well.
Cons
Where do I start, been with these guys for 2 months now and each day another drama unfolds. We used to run everything on Sage line50 which is at heart an accountancy package with a clunky warehouse/inventory management system. Honest opinion key areas we have taken a big step back.
Simple day to day procedures that have become a total nightmare, I really can't understand how this is supposedly been built from an e-commerce background. I would say at the moment it's taking the warehouse 3-4 hours a day longer to operate!
You can't partially refund a customer, so a customer buy's two pairs of pants returns one, no way of partial refunding, we've been told work in progress! Also simple things like refunding a customer postage, can't do!
When you part ship an order there's no way of tracking this, so you need to go into all your shipped orders one by one checking which one's are part shipped or allocated.
You can't do shortfall on your orders to see which order you need to order stock for so you need to go into each and every order new and old to see what needs to be ordered, we've sort of coping on a day to day basis using tags but not ideal at all and extremely time-consuming.
It doesn't automatically allocate purchase orders
Reorder levels don't work so very hard to understand when reordering, it also doesn't recognise zero's which is a massive problem.
You've got to manually link your products with supplier codes which is a massive problem when you have over 7,000's sku's.
A lot of duplicate data handling is required to keep Veeqo and your inventory on your own store updated, it does;t pass inventory updates from Woo back across, which is a bit of a pain.

An Impressive Software with Room to Grow!
Pros
Veeqo is an great software that streamlines your inventory management, order processing, and shipping tasks. It offers a user-friendly interface and empowers you to efficiently handle your e-commerce operations. And it is completely FREE.
Cons
There are some important automation features missing that prevent me from moving from another software, which if added would make life so much easier and faster when it comes to fulfulling orders. I list some here:1. Automatically assigning orders to custom packaging groups so the correct order size and weight is calculated with the product and packaging together. E.g. a tempered screen protector weighing 80g with 11 x 21 x 1 (w x h x d) dimensions will go into a bubble envelope weighing 10g with 12 x 21 x2.5 (w x h x d) dimensions. So that would be a total weight of 90g. If the order has two screen protectors, they would automatically still be assigned to the same envelope as its dimensions allow for two screen protectors. If there are 3 protectors, then the next packaging size up would be used, etc… Veeqo does not have any options to define custom packaging. 2. Automatically merging orders placed by the same customer at different times, so only one order is shown in the list with the correct packaging assigned and calculated weight, and one shipping label is printed.3. The automatic assigning of IOSS to orders that require it. 4. The automatic printing of cn22 labels for orders that require it. Cn22 should print immediately after the shipping label so we know they are together.5. Add the option to add customer name in the pick list template so those who pick and pack simultaneously can do so easily instead of printing multiple pack lists.

Very Pleased with this Service and Look Forward to Improvements
Overall, I am pleased with this service and hope that future updates will make it even easier to use.
Pros
My favorite thing is the ease of merging listings when the same product is sold but uses different SKUs across selling platforms.
Cons
I don't like that if 1 SKU is ordered, but that SKU is a bundle that requires multiple boxes to be shipped, you have to manually add additional boxes as "products" to the order instead of being able to just customize the number of boxes, dimensions, etc like you can with other shipping programs. I wish we could print product pictures on the 4x6 packing slip with the shipping label. I wish we could connect our shipping accounts to see our companies rates and still have Veeqo's rates connected as well to compare them all.

Easy and cheap Shipping solution
We love that we implemented Veeqo in our system, we do 20-40 orders a day and Veeqo makes it easy to implement and use. Any team member can learn the software in less than 10 minutes and we can all utilize the tool
Pros
Veeqo provides user friendly, inexpensive solution for business to have fast shipping option. They have better label rates than usual Endicia or UPS user and we appreciate that without additional hustle or work we can get better rates
Cons
Inventory soliton is still clumsy. We have several locations and the Shopify Veeqo inventory is being updated incorectlyBilling could be more detailsReporting is very basic and close to noe

What works, what doesn't!
Iam fairly happy with the current experience and would like to continue to support this as long as i see veqoo making constant improvements and adding functionality incrementally. If i did not have some past experience with enterprise scale platforms, i may not have understood some of veeqo's offerings/ features.
Pros
Quick and frugal interface. Easy to get things done quickly once you get a hang of it. Does 75% of what we need out of the box. Constant improvements going on in the background. Comparable to other inventory management platforms for smaller businesses.
Cons
Poor onboarding/startup experience with inadequate or outdated help guides. Since i have past experience in ecommerce and software packages in general, i was able to figure out some of the functions but there was no way to be a 100% sure of how things were interconnected without trying in live setup. There are some pain points here and there all along the way but fortunately nothing that stops things totally.

Inflexible pricing structures and feature sets
Frustrating and expensive.
Pros
Nice interface to look at and looks slick on the front end.
Cons
The inflexibility of the features that you need and the related charging mechanisms is hugely frustrating.
Their inability to listen to customer feedback and deal with very simple requests is quite something.
The experience and flexibility that was sold to us wasn't real unless you went to Enterprise.
If you're a high volume and low margin retailer their pricing structure is crippling.
We needed to do a custom integration with a certain shipping provider as we have a good rate, we were happy to do it and told it was possible pre-sales. When we came to do it, it turned out that we needed access to their Shipping API and they'd only do this on Enterprise despite us not requiring any of the Enterprise level features.
As you can imagine, the 'not advertised' pricing structure for Enterprise means one thing, it's very expensive. It was going to more than nearly quadruple our cost per month to simply get API access.
Speaking to our customer success manager was like banging my head against a brick wall... I explained several times what I needed and asked for pricing, he took a few days to finally give us some very vague pricing. I asked for more details, he didn't supply them.
Meanwhile, we'd spent another month's subscription with them due to the delays in getting answers.
We then go to cancel, oh, the cancel any time thing... Yeh, actually it's 30 days so you'll get charged again, you agreed in the T&C. Hardly a friendly approach to servicing clients.

Very Poor Customer Support After Subscribing to service
On the free trial they were very polite. They offered me subscription, which was very cheap compare to the one on the website. so I was thinking, that 60$ is ok price for functionality they have. I have subscribed, but then, it turned out, that those 60$ is just for 50orders. And for my needs I need to pay over 200$.
For startup is not really suitable price, besides functionally is not perfect. so the same hour I have subscribed, I asked politely to help me to cancel the subscription.
Well, they just said they will cancel, but money will not be returned.
I can't use it, so those money is just in garbage. well, is just show, that they prefer to keep 60$ over good customer service and good face. Not really nice way.
Pros
Can pull inventory from Amazon and Shopify with images.
Cons
1. First of all I had to manually enter all barcodes, the system didn't do it. For over 500 SKU it was very annoying.
2. When I was confirming orders in Veeqo, they were not confirmed in Shopify
3. When I gave access to workers and limited their permissions, they could see all information about our suppliers and prices. this is very uncomfortable.
4 and the worst is customer support. They are not helpful at all.

The Good and the Bad
It was stressful, however that is normal with any software change that could make a mistake with inventory levels etc. I like the features and the fact that Veeqo is working to add more features. No doubt Veeqo will dominate this space of connecting inventory between multiple eCommerce stores.
Pros
The best thing is that it is free and allows us to access cheaper shipping for amazon store sales.
Cons
The option to send products as USPS media mail or bound printed matter for shopify stores.

On balanvce we had good exsperience as soon we reconize some of the current limitation.
Pros
Picking list is great but we need to have the option if only one person does the picking. We nee to do the picking in one report only.
Cons
Postage calculation. If the client select exspedited shipping (and pay for it) the sofwere still uses First class free option.

Best software I've ever used. Saves so much time.
Speed & efficency
It has even saved us accountancy fees and our accountant also has a login for Veeqo and downloads our sales straight into his accounting software.
Pros
We switched to Veeqo in May 2017 and before Veeqo integration we were processing upwards of 20 orders a day manually. This software has saved us over 2 hours a day and that time has been used to grow the business. We have additionally set up a online business account with Royal Mail that we also manage through Veeqo having us additional time and money on sending customer orders.

great service the setup is still on going but very help full
user friendly and eliminate user errors
Pros
the software is very user friendly but the main thing we looked at was the inventory side of the software and the bonus is the listing stock to amazon and other platforms
Cons
at the moment we have not finished all the setup and used to its full potential but it is all looking good for us and things we come up against veeqo has found a good workaround till they fully update there systems so the system is looking good compared to others we have tried

Great, easy to use and essential for our business
After trying to navigate so many different confusing inventory softwares, we finally found Veeqo - which is the perfect mix of power, efficiency and simplicity - and have stuck with it ever since. Veeqo was really easy to set up and simple to use, which was a breath of fresh air. We use it for processing our orders, managing and syncing our orders and inventories across our sales channels, and for printing our shipping labels in bulk (which is a huge time-saver!). It takes away all the worry and risk of error from the order process. Love the app, love the customer service, no complaints here :)
Pros
Really easy to set up and use with a friendly and knowledgable customer support team who are always on hand to help us out. Integrates with all our online sales channels and even our accounting software.
Cons
Like I said, can't find fault with it!

Integrates with all of our accounts and ecommerce systems - smooth process from start to...
Pros
Biggest pro for us was the integration with our existing systems - Xero, DPD local and Woocommerce. It enabled us to have a smooth order process from start to finish. User interface is simple and didn't take long to learn how to use the system.
Cons
Purchase order integration isn't great as it is really counter intuitive and doesn't feed into Xero well. Some weird UX glitches that remain broken.

A must for ecommerce retailers
We signed up for Veeqo a couple of weeks ago and we're already seeing the benefits of using a system like this to manage or stock across our webstores. Before we started using Veeqo we spent about an hour every day writing out our shipping labels - now it takes less than 5 minutes. Setup wasn't too difficult because Veeqo's customer support team talked us through it and helping us where needed. This kind of support is really important to us which is one of the reasons we rate it so highly - the team are quick to respond to all our queries and very friendly. Aside from customer service, the app is easy to use (which says a lot coming from someone who struggles with computers). All round great app, saves us loads of time, wouldn't do without it!

Love it!
I've been using Veeqo for a few months now and it's great. Managed to get it set up relatively quickly and found my feet quickly because its so easy to use. I sell clothing on Amazon & eBay plus my own online store and Veeqo does a great job of syncing my inventory, I can just leave it to take care of updating stock automatically so I don't oversell my items. The iPhone app works great and is handy for when I'm away from my desk, lets me update stock on the move and scan product barcodes. Also love that new features are constantly being developed!
