Finally, a fully customizable and easy-to-use LMS
Docebo is a great platform for learning and has amazing employees making sure you are fully utilizing the product, reaching out if you need help, and always ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
Pros
It's a very user-friendly LMS that focuses on customizability and design. Unlike other learning management systems, Docebo gives you the tools to design pages, courses, and learning plans with the user in mind, allowing you to make engaging learning experiences rather than signing in to check off training in a 'system'.
Cons
The notification system, while very flexible and customizable, is a little hard to use when you get more than a few notifications. Keeping track of each one becomes a little difficult.

Excellent scalable and customizable learning management system
I have the best sales and knowledge reps ever. They are always ready to answer my craziest questions and weirdest ideas that I have to use on the platform. The help desk is super quick and helpful assisting in issues that arise. The overall experience has been outstanding. Docebo offers a robust and user-friendly platform that streamlines the process of creating, managing, and delivering training content.
Pros
Docebo has been very helpful in standardizing our training for both our employees and customers, and making it possible to conduct a lot of training asynchronously, drastically increasing our reach and reducing the amount of time and travel spent by instructors.
Cons
Reporting, My Team features, gamification & eCommerce integrations

Customer support is essentially non-existent below Enterprise level
Our biggest mistake was not doing a better job of gauging the level of customer support we would receive as a "basic" user. At our level, Docebo offers no implementation support and very little admin training before you go live. It is essentially an unsupported product. Our sole recourse for help became tech support tickets, and for much of the time we were customers, the Docebo team was facing a massive backlog of these tickets. It wasn't uncommon to wait two weeks for a response to a simple technical issue.
What really caused massive frustration internally was Docebo's insistence that we either upgrade to the Enterprise service level or continue to experience similar failures. Time and time we tried to work with them to find ways to stabilize our situation, and we were willing to pay more for additional services. Docebo would not even begin to negotiate with us. I personally felt they took zero accountability for our team's success with their platform, and as paying customer of any level, that is unacceptable and insulting.
Unless you have a crack team of LMS admin experts and instructional designers who can pick up Docebo's slack, I recommend you stay far, far away from this company.
Pros
Docebo is forward-thinking and definitely has some good ideas in theory. It initially attracted our company based on its clean user interface and entry-level price point.
Cons
Their webinar integration functions caused massive headaches for our staff and users. Integrations would fail without warning, and Docebo support was never willing or able to help us find a permanent solution. Webinar failures caused a great deal of frustration among our users and discouraged repeated use.
Additionally, there are quite a few bugs in their user management and notification management admin features. Our staff spent a massive amount of time opening tech support tickets for these issues and trying to get them "elevated" in order that they may actually be addressed. While most issues were relatively small, added together they played a large role in killing our team's momentum.
Finally, the general intuitiveness of the admin menu and setup is below par. Numerous important functions are buried in sub-menus or require strange, unexplained box-checking. It doesn't help that their Knowledge Base only provides superficial introductions to these processes.

Global Learning Management Strategy: Scalable and Customizable through Docebo
Overall, from customer support to providing comprehensive customer education, Docebo has surpassed my expecation. In addition, their pipeline of new features and such is quite good. They keep a close ear to what the market needs.
Pros
The system itself matches almost all of my company's various L&D requirements. Both internally and externally. To top things off, the support from the account manager and their customer education team is superb.
Cons
Overall, the system is able to meet our requirements. That said, it would be nice if I can setup admin accounts that come with hands on support coming from the system. A full tutorial experience for other admins so that will handhold them while they're still new. This would lock or consistently/persistently produce pop ups while a main admin feels that the sub admin is still inexperienced.
Docebo was comprehensive in training me, but it seems that too many people do not know how to search for documentation on their own. Forcing such individuals to experience a super spoon-fed experience may be what's needed for some individuals.
Reasons for Choosing Docebo
One system, I can't enter the name because the pop up isn't allowing it. This system was built in Japan and it was essentially a glorified SharePoint. The system listed in this review was chosen by our Japanese counterparts. They are now evaluating shifting from that system to Docebo.Reasons for Switching to Docebo

Customizable, professional, easy to use
Overall the product has helped us spend a lot less time with the logistics of learning, and lets learners work asynchronously in a lot of cases to get the information they need in a self-serve mode, making it much faster to onboard and educate employees and customers.
Pros
I like how we are able to create a professional learning environment and brand it to match with our corporate look. We are able to manage a lot of content and categorize it so that each different type of learner can find what they need
Cons
Some operations are repetitive and require a lot of clicks because certain areas of the site are aging compared to others and haven't been streamlined as much.

How Docebo Unified Our LMS Content
The establishment and migration process was a breeze compared to other migrations. Customer service and technical support is fantastic.
Pros
Our company needed to combine both external and internal training content from several LMS and merge into one central LMS. The ability to set up branches has allowed us to do that while still allowing customization and controlling the type of access needed for each departmental usage.
Cons
Reporting feature (as with all LMS I've come across) is still not robust enough in it's customization features. We still have to export raw data into another application to get the reports we need.

Great Learning Tool for Workflows
My experience with Docebo has been excellent. When I needed to train a new batch, all I had to do was assign the lessons to the agents. They went through the material, and I provided some additional explanations. The flip option in this tool is particularly helpful for clearly explaining important points. My favourite feature is the assessment at the end of each lesson, after that everyone is on the same page about workflows in our large organisation.
Pros
What I like most about Docebo is that, after completing a lesson, you get to take an assessment that checks your understanding of what you’ve learned.
Cons
The user interface can be improved a bit more during the lesson, and the load time for scores can be better.

Solid and can be even better
It makes things easier for our team. The automation features save us so much time, and I love that everything is in one place. It’s also been great to see how the platform adapts to different learning needs, making it super flexible for different teams and roles.
Pros
The platform allows for flexibility in how we deliver the learning experience, it performs rather well without frequent bugs or crashes - stability is really important for us in the organization.
Cons
The cost could be lower, you need to invent workarounds for things that should be easily accessible, for some useful features you need to use the clunky API (downloading content off LMS)

Docebo - a solid learning partner
Docebo has been a solid product to use. It allows us to deliver training and professional development content to multiple audiences - internal employees, contractors, system integrators and customers. While there are still come improvements to the base product to be made (some legacy pages still exist, making admin tedious), overall it is very easy to use.
Pros
Options for customization, add on features such as Coach and Share, versatility for use cases, continuing to innovate new solutions for users
Cons
Legacy pages are very clunky and make the admin job tedious.

Personalization and Welcoming
We just launched last week but overall it has been a lovely eye opening experience and the staff has been helpful beyond measure
Pros
The personalization to the platform for my company, from simple how to, to compliance training
Cons

Powerful Technology that Requires Lengthy Implementation
Everyone at Docebo is extremely helpful and kind. Our implementation specialist was very transparent with us. When she couldn't answer a question we had for her, she made sure to follow up once she found the answer. Our CSM has also been great! Always very responsive.
Docebo has allowed us to tackle so many new projects and provide our learners with a ton of new on demand resources and training. We are so excited to see what is down the road for Docebo!
Pros
Customization - The ability to customize homepages, additional fields, notifications, etc. has been extremely useful.
Usability - Our users find it very easy to use on their end. It is very user friendly
Overall Training - We have been able to accomplish a ton of training since we went live a few months ago. We have been able to create training in house and assign it to our sales teams in Docebo and upload content from an outside provider. This has given our learners a ton of opportunity to learn when they want and where they want.
The People - Everyone we have worked with at Docebo have been very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Cons
Would love move functionality when it comes to reporting, surveys, and rating/commenting on courses. We'd like more customizable and powerful reporting. We need the ability to send pre and post course surveys for many courses (same survey, but need to know which course it is filled out for). We also need the ability to see the number of ratings on courses and be notified when our users comment on a course.
A couple other things....
Response time can be frustrating. Our platform can be slow sometimes .
There are a few other "wants" as far as functionality goes, but it is overall very powerful.

Great UI and easy to use
I have had a very positive experience with Docebo through product selection, implementation and ongoing management. Our CSM, [sensitive content hidden], is fantastic to work with and always brings lots of great ideas and provides us with knowledge and support where needed.
Pros
Docebo is extremely easy to use in the back and front end. Our main driver in product selection was for a platform that was easy to use and customisable, Docebo ticked both of these boxes. We leverage the custom pages extensively to highlight our different training programmes. The administration is easy and clean to use with enough options for flexibility but no too many so that it becomes overly complicated.
Cons
There are some areas of the platform which are clearly older such as the user personal summary and the activities area. These areas lack some of the great features which are in other areas of the system, such as filtering and a clean user interface.

Docebo Review
Docebo is flexible whether it is on the learning or admin side of the platform. Docebo is innovative and always working towards integrating new and fresh opportunities for ease of engagement and integrations with their customers.
Pros
Ease of use for the learners and ease for admins. Loading content for course creation allows for many opportunities as well as structuring and assigning learning plans. We utilize implementation strategies for merging Workday, Teams, and SSO which makes life easier as we move to integrate our entire company enhancing employee development.
Cons
As a customer, understand you are creating your own platform (with guidance). If you are not tech savvy prepare to contract assistance from someone who does know the technical language. Docebo has an incredible team and they know what they are doing but they also need to know their audience and who needs extra hand-holding in the process.

Effective Platform for LMS!
Pros
Overall love using Docebo! It is easily branded to your organization, has lots of availability with reporting, Docebo team members are extremely pleasant to work with, and the platform is generally pretty intuitive. We get lots of compliments on the look of the LMS. We appreciate the release item changes and the desire to remain competitive in the market with the features available.
Cons
The capabilities within content creation in courses and notifications. The basic HTML page is very challenging to work with and you don't receive the same modern/ aesthetically pleasing viewing experience that you do when using other 3rd party tools. The notification experience is very basic and doesn't allow for much customization or the ability to preview and play around with the notifications.

Docebo is great!
We have been able to decrease our time to onboard and increase customer health scores and usage for trained accounts. We have also been able to deploy a Certified Professional Program.
Pros
The ease of being able to track program success and metrics. We also love the integration with SalesForce , which manages our account provisioning and catalog access based on contacts and purchased products.
Cons
Not being able to re-enroll (and get a fresh enrollment and new certificate of completion) in previously completed courses.

Docebo provided the foundation to an exponential growth.
It has been great! We do due diligence a keep an eye for what is in the marketplace, Docebo keeps surprising us with upgrades, they really listen to their users needs, and because of that they keep meeting our needs, even the one we did not knew we had :)
Pros
Ease of use, learn as you go, support is there when you need it. We chose it because it reporting tool and continuous enhancements.
Cons
As a tool it is great no biggies. One of my pet peeves is that when exporting users profiles, the default is: do not include headers. Allowing power users managing channels to delete comment from their channels. At this time only SuperAdmins can delete a comment. More out of the box integrations with HRIS system. Many clients want to manage their training from their system, and need two way communication between systems. Without to having to get programmers into the mix.

Super Admin Review of Docebo as an LMS
My experience with the support chat feature has been pretty amazing. We did not have the ability to contact the platform of our former LMS so even just being able to validate that there isn't a better way (when developing a workaround for a feature not yet available) is very helpful.
Pros
It's lightyears ahead of our former LMS, but as we grow into using more aspect of the platform, the pain points are more prominent.
Cons
lack of intuitive reporting (see above, cobble together various reports) and soft deadlines for LPs (IE we can't use days of validity on LPs for this reason). These are my two biggest pain points at the moment.

Great platform and service
In terms of the platform's core functionality and user experience, everything meets our expectations quite well. However, we've identified activation and marketing automation as the most significant challenges. Streamlining these aspects would greatly enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our engagement with the platform.
Pros
We experienced a seamless integration process with our existing systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), which was a major advantage. The platform's user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) are exceptional, offering intuitive navigation and a user-friendly design. The support from the Docebo team during the kick-off phase was commendable; their technological expertise is clearly mirrored in their customer service and technical support. This combination of advanced technology and skilled personnel greatly enhanced our overall experience with the Docebo platform.
Cons
One area for improvement in the Docebo platform is the webinar registration process. It's not as straightforward as simply clicking a link, as you might with Teams or Zoom, which can be a bit cumbersome. Additionally, the platform could enhance its capabilities in tracking offline training and capturing offline data.

Terrific Corporate LMS
I've found Docebo great to work with. The help desk is responsive, and their team is eager to help you implement exactly what you want for your users. Docebo is my go-to LMS recommendation.
Pros
Docebo is a very flexible platform, and we've been able to achieve just about everything we've wanted to do with it. It's highly customizable. The multiple-language support is great for our international audience, as well as the ability to alter terms across the platform with the click of a button (ex. change Learning Plans to Learning Paths everywhere it appears). Our End Users find it intuitive. I love that the team is always working on improvements.
Cons
Because of the aggressive roadmap, there are occasionally bugs with new releases. Some of the back end administrative tasks can also be a little bit cumbersome (too many clicks) but they aren't hard to do.

Great for user segmentation and personalized experiences
Pros
- Ability to personalize each audience's experience.
- Ability to customize pages through HTML and CSS.
- User-friendly admin interface.
- Option to set up and customize power user visibility in great detail.
- Robust documentation and very well-prepared support team.
- APIs and bulk action options which make administrative tasks far less time-consuming.
- Great integration options.
Cons
The ILT setup could still use some improvement. For instance, while we can build several sessions within the same ILT course, we cannot assign different training materials - all cohorts get to see the same e-learning modules, which is not ideal if access should not be allowed pre/post-event.

Docebo - in the top 10 worldwide for a reason
Fantastic team of people to work with, and they output regular updates that don't break the system each time they roll out. The code base seems very stable.
Pros
I literally saved a part-time equivalent position when I switched LMSs to Docebo because the admin side is so easy to use. It has excellent APIs that are very capable of automation like user data feeds. The system is easy for first-time users to figure out and our admin team to set up and manage coursework.
Cons
It does a terrible job of archiving old content.

Nice LMS
Docebo was a nice platform and really impressive. If I were to join a training department that already had it in place I think I would be satisfied working within it. That being said, implementation, overall ease of use, and cost prevented us from choosing this as our LMS.
Pros
We were extremely impressed with our initial demonstration of the platform, our sales rep did a great job. It was beautiful, looked like "us" and seemed to do anything we might want. Working within the free trial of the platform it was quite nice!
Cons
It's complicated and expensive. I'd read about how the software was difficult to launch and upon logging in I could see why. We did self-implementation with a different LMS and I'm fairly confident that would not have been possible with Docebo. The cost was an almost immediate turn off for leadership as they were on the high end (we were considering options with native content, so our pricing included courses).

Great Software With Amazing Customer Service
After analysis of solutions for our LMS initiative, we selected Docebo. The tipping point in their favor was the clean look, the flexible integration, and the rich feature set. What we did not expect was the quality of the service we would get. We went with the enterprise license (still extremely cost effective), since we needed the Coach and Share, White Labeling, and other advanced features. We had a one-time reasonable fee for implementation which included our own implementation manager. What an awesome experience that was for us. The implementation manager became an essential part of our team enabling us to learn as well as help us to avoid pitfalls as we worked through the different options for our use cases. We give props to Docebo service for making it possible for us to go live with our first customer in only three months. Great solution with a great price point.
Pros
Service! We also liked the flexibility of the platform and how easy it was to create our own solution quickly.
Cons
The only thing that was difficult for us was the timing of our implementation with the timing of the new 7.0 release. It was not that big of an issue, but it was another detail we needed to consider. For example, do we change this feature or wait for 7.0?

Very flexibe platform with places to improve
Pros
The possibilities to customize and automatize some processes make our daily operations so much easier. The central repository and user management are very simple and powerful tools.
Cons
Surveys and reports can be improved to ensure all data is translated into valuable information to make data-driven decisions. "My Activity" is not very useful for our use-case and it would be great to customize that board in a modular way like the menus and pages.

Great E-Learning Platform
It was different from your average e-learning platform. It had very visual aspects and was more attractive than a power point presentation, for example. Read all its aspects and see if it is right for your company. It has excellent e-learning tools and new approaches on how information can be transmitted.
Pros
It was a good platform for our online learning; however, we never integrate with any other application that we currently use, which has prevented us from using it so frequently. It has great potential but it lacked the commitment we needed.
Cons
We never completely committed to the product, we used it, but it was just another program that we needed to use. If it were integrated with another program, maybe we could have used it more.
