Best Platform For Asynchronous Podcast
Its a best platform for us. Its game changing. It helped us to connect more people in different time zones easily.
Pros
1. Asynchronous podcast, what they say is revolutionary. We are using it for interview and the interviewer and author no need to be online at the same time.
2. Easy to set up.
3. sending a link to people for collecting interviews
Cons
1. drag and drop of audio file is not that smooth.
2. white label is not there.

My Clients Love it!
It's been a blast using Rumble studio.
Pros
I've been using Rumble studio to conduct interviews for professional and business profiles. It's very easy for the client to jump right into. Even my least tech-savvy client loved it. He thought I was so cool for having a tool like this :)
Cons
I love the software, but one thing I would like to have that it doesn't is the ability to ask the questions in audio format. I'm only able to present the questions in text, but I think it would flow for the interviewee even better if they were to hear me ask the question from an audio recording. So, perhaps a choice of using either text or voice or both for interviews.

Good Tool to collection Audio Interview remote
With Rumble Studio, I have been able to collect a lot of feedback on a planned action in a short period of time. Especially the simplicity of collecting an interview via audio has a lot of potential. But there are still points missing that the tool needs
Pros
With the editor you can very quickly and easily create a good interview and share it via QR code. Very efficient and also easy to use for the interview partner
Cons
I miss support for German, both for the interface and for the automatic audio text generation.
Also missing is an audio/trim function.
For EU customers a privacy & cookie police

Huge Time Saver!
I have saved about 10 hours off my first project by sending the audio survey/podcast link to 5 people (it would have taken me 2 hrs of setup, scheduling, and recording per person).
Pros
I'm not a big tech person, but when I learned about Rumble Studio I was intrigued. The software is super simple to use and really effective. You can use it to record podcasts or survey people's opinions on something. I found it really easy to use and it worked great for some startup projects.
Cons
At first, the domains were limited to one per account. However, they are constantly improving and updated it to multiple domains. I love that they listen to suggestions, so there is no downside when you have a product that does what it says and moves to improve.

So far so Great!
Overall I set up a new podcast super fast and easy and had it live same day. The interview process is quick and fun - and I am excited to build a brand using this.
Pros
I like the asynchronous style and how easy it is to embed a branded podcast to your website.
Cons
I am not sure yet, still discovering the software.

Perfect way to conduct interviews
For what it does, it does it very simple and well. I tried comparing it to form builders I had, but they don't really compare and don't do the same thing.
Pros
Simple and easy to jump straight into. I created a basic test interview in a matter of minutes.
Cons
No video recording direct as a response. I've been told that this is coming. It's a much needed piece for an app like this.
Alternatives Considered
QwaryReasons for Switching to Rumble Studio
Questionscout is great as a form builder, but doesn't have the interactive responses and the ability to collect media in an interview format like Rumble Studio. Qwary comes close, but is limited in a certain way including it's video recording, which only saves at 360p.- Industry: E-Learning

A handy solution to collect audio responses
So far I am happy with Rumble Studio. It is a very creative solution and I can use not only for podcast but anything relating to audio (for example, conduct interviews with employees etc.).
Pros
I found Rumble Studio an extremely easy-to-use platform to collect any kind of feedbacks, from audios, text to videos. Yet Rumble Studio has an excellent workflow to collect audio responses, from which I can easily produce podcasts or audio products.
The process of collecting audios is very well-designed: I can create a landing page with questions / requirements to collect responses / feedbacks from interviewees. The responses can be in any form, audio, multiple choice, text, video, you name it.
More conveniently, the template to collect responses contains excellent sample sentences for both host and participants to easily question and answer.
Cons
Maybe it would be more helpful if Rumble Studio can have more guidance on how to fully utilize the platform. The onboarding process is good, but can be better if there would be some forms of step by step guidance of what to do. Yet the UI is very intuitive, and a novice like me can find way to navigate and use in very short time.

Take interviews, record podcasts or get inputs conveniently
Overall, Rumble Studio provides ease of use, flexibility and a great solution to the challenges of matching calendars and getting into a live conversation. Once you set it up, it runs on auto pilot and gets you the responses or the interviews that you need to complete!
Pros
1. It is extremely easy to set up and has a very intuitive interface
2. You can set up an interview in a few minutes; clients can instantly respond without needing any special setup
3. It gives you the flexibility to seek inputs, interview answers, or opinion on anything without having to worry about matching calendars.
Cons
1. A bit more ability to customize the look and feel to showcase your brand would be tremendous
2. Currently you can upload video responses; however with the ability to directly record video responses, Rumble Studio will provide so much value!
3. Ability to host and run a podcast channel will be good

A new dimension in podcast creation
It keeps me from wasting time talking to everyone, I recorded a few questions and the podcast creates itself.
Pros
What I like most about the main feature is the asynchronous podcasts. I run a paid community and I wouldn't be able to talk to all users at once in the standard way, I already can :)
Cons
In the beginning that the guest had to create an account, already the developers have corrected this and I have no reservations

Essential Application for Podcast Creation
My overall experience with Rumble Studio has been completely positive. I can now interview a guest from the other side of the world, with neither of us leaving our home or office. I can then "mix" my podcast visually by dragging and dropping elements.
Pros
I love everything about this software. It allows me to plan out a podcast interview, ask questions of the interviewee, obtain audio and/or video responses, and request the upload of documents, photos, etc. (such as the interviewee's resume and photo, release forms, documents referred to in the interview, and so on). The wonderful and unique benefit of Rumble Studio is that podcast interviews can be conducted asynchronously - the interview link can shared by email, twitter, QR Code, embedded in a web page, etc. The interviewee can then be "interviewed" at their convenience wherever or whenever suits them. Eliminated is the need to be "live" with the interviewee, let alone in the same room/studio at the same time. This solves the common problem of calendar conflicts, time zone differences, and so on. The software then allows you to make a "mix" of the podcast, dragging and dropping interview answers, jingles, etc. The mix can then be exported as a finished podcast, ready for publishing to your host or for further editing with a DAW.
Cons
I can't think of anything I disliked about the software. (I did have some minor issues testing the interview process with my iPhone 12 Pro Max; however, it worked flawlessly with my iPad, so I suspect that the problem was with the settings on my phone, not with Rumble Studio). I'm certainly not complaining - Rumble Studio does exactly what it is created to do - but, in a perfect world, the Rumble Studio might offer podcast hosting, full-featured audio editing in-app, and other "wish list" items. Apparently, some of these features are planned or in-progress, according to Rumble Studio's Roadmap.

A must app if you are a podcaster - Amateur or a Pro
I just got my Rumble Studio tier 2. I am excited to be part of this app, and I am confident it will help me in all ways to do my pet and travel niche podcasting. I always wondered how to set up interviews and get the interviewees to participate in the guest interviews. The Rumble Studio has answered my need, and with all the features, it will be a boon for my podcasting. Some of the features I liked most are the ability to create my newsletter and podcast based on storytelling. I will surely learn a lot from Rumble through webinars and workshops. My special commendation to [sensitive content hidden] for doing a one-on-one session. Happy Rumbling. Don't miss and get this app if you are getting into podcasting.
Pros
Ability to do remote interviews asynchronously. Not limited to one or two guest interviews. No waiting game to get the interviewees to join the interview.
Cons
As I am a new user, I will hold off on any negatives for now and find more positives than any cons.

Async interviews are such a time saver!
Pros
As a Researcher and Software Engineer who loves vulgarizing tech and science I'm usually involved in webinar and other content creation side projects at work. It is quite time consuming to get your guests to agree on a date for a live session and for a prep session, and to write several emails to ask for info to make everything clear for everybody (lots of energy spent before even starting a webinar). Rumble Studio appears to me as a great tool to save time and effort for everybody without losing quality of the interaction. Some parts of my projects will still be live sessions, but async is here to stay. It is also great to be able to edit what you say on "off", guests (and myself) are not always trained for the oral speaking exercise and async is just more suitable, less stressing, more agenda friendly and it's not one shot so you can actually go further on the answers.
CNAME feature is just perfect!
Recording is so easy 🤩
Support is great and reactive and the roadmap is exciting and moving fast !!!
Cons
I would improve some UX stuff on mobile but I imagine it's on the roadmap already and I'm quite a minimalist guru anyway :)

An asset in the podcast realm
Conducting interviews either meant that I was in the same location as a person or had to risk audio inconsistencies with web conferencing software. I learned of Rumble Studio by way of App Sumo and the positive reviews there influenced giving it a try. I don't foresee myself using anything else for incorporating guests on my podcast for quality contributions. The prompting of questions and ease of recording makes it a great thing to recommend to my peers. I especially like that I can download the audio for further editing easily as either an individual file or zip file.
Pros
What's most pleasing about this software is its navigability. The software provides you with steps and details on how to navigate the various features within the recording/scripting interface.
Cons
Though the software doesn't need a lot of "bells and whistles" it would be nice to see its Help section within the dashboard, versus as a redirect link. This is a very small criticism, however, as the Help section opens in a separate tab and that is appealing for ease of use-while-learning for many people.

A game-changing platform for content creation...
Rumble Studio is a major time-saver. Also, in addition to improving efficiency, it also makes it easier to land interviews with busy experts as they don't have to commit to a traditional interview. Interviewees can go through the questions at their own pace and even re-record replies if they desire.
Pros
Rumble Studio is a very user-friendly platform, even for non-technical persons. Asynchronous interviewing is absolutely game-changing and the potential for content creation is limitless. There are tons of potential applications for this platform, including review collection, job interviews, interviewing industry experts, etc. Rumble is an ideal solution if you spend time interviewing high-level experts who are short on time and have extremely busy schedules. Lastly, Rumble is being actively developed by a friendly team.
Cons
While the main focus of Rumble is audio, it would be fantastic to see more video integration offered. It would also be cool if a waveform generator was added along with the ability to add a custom background image, and then allow users to export the audio recordings in video format.

It Changes Everything For My Podcast
I'm able to get guests on my podcast that quite frankly I would have had no chance in the past at getting. By not having to do my interviews in realtime, my podcast is 10x more productive.
Pros
Rumble Studio has changed the entire tone of my podcast. Whereas I had to coordinate my guests with our mutual availability, now I can reach out to almost everyone I could ever want. It is a no-brainer.
Cons
The interface is a bit challenging at first, but they are really good at helping noobs like me and it made all the difference as I was getting started. I'd also like to see a video feature.

Remote Recording studio in a box
This has enabled us to engage the community over the website and direct emails - to contribute to the conversation. For a community broadcaster, this is community engagement at it's best, and we couldn't do it without Rumble Studio
Pros
We run a radio station. We use Rumble Studio for podcasts and also many of the presenters use it for their weekly shows. Our news department uses it to get multiple voice perspectives on news items. It is super easy for the end user making it an ideal solution for producers like me to use when working with novice audio people. The ability to crowdsource audio, station id's, community announcements - you name it, we can engage individuals across the sectors to easily contribute to on-air storytelling. The system also walks you through the process of bringing your episodes together.
Cons
It would be great to have a teleprompter system built in

Changed the way I Do Podcasts - Reinvigorated Me!
Fantastic experience, user friendly, and the team behind it is great from everything to adding features, enriching their roadmap, to customer support.
Pros
My podcast has recently...well, sat on the shelf for a few months. Finding time with guests, guests not showing up, etc, etc...all the excuses you can use. But Rumble takes all of that away! Not only am I reinvigorated to get my podcast going again, I'm looking to start another one. This has changed the way I view podcasting, and has made me rethink my current podcasting strategy.
Cons
Nothing against this software, but I would love an all-in-one podcasting studio, however, this isn't what the software initially promised, but it is something they are working on.

Rumble Studio is unique software that compliments your current processes and/or podcasts
Rumble Studio has helped me to produce podcast episodes faster, and with a better guest list then would have been possible with alternative solutions.
Pros
Rumble Studio brings something different to the table - Asynchronous Podcasting. While it's doesn't "flow" as much as recording a podcast with guests in person, it has a specific place to compliment these podcasts. I have used Rumble Studio a couple of times so far to get experts on a show that I produce for a client which would have been difficult to feature otherwise due to time zone issues and availability. It allowed the experts to share their views at a time which is convenient to them.
I can also see a place for Rumble Studio to help with non podcast requirements in the future, such as helping to onboard clients (they can reply as certain requirements are completed, or request more information).
Rumble Studio shouldn't be used to replace an original podcast, but used effectively it can help deliver a much more professional end result.
Cons
It is hard to compare Rumble Studio to anything else as I couldn't find similar products. I didn't have any major issues and it worked as expected, so currently I can't recommend any changes.

Needs a new way of thinking but once you get it...
Good to deal with. Pleasant staff, friendly, helpful.
Pros
At first I thought ... why?! It seems a strange product. One where you record interviews without directly talking to people?.. But once you get it, the possibilities are mind-blowing. Imagine writing some questions (or better yet recording them) and then sending them out to a mailing list of customers or listeners etc. Each time you get one back, that's fresh content you can package into a podcast or website. And there are lots of other uses too like job interviews, feedback, etc etc
Cons
The lack of video but I believe they are working on that. That will make it much better. So many podcasts have video as well as audio these days so that'll be a great addition. The user interface needs some work to make it look nicer (that doesn't massively impact usability but it does to point).

Great product for podcasters
I am very happy with how Rumble Studio allows me to record audio material for my podcast. It's easy to create excellent sound at scale with a scalable audio production solution. Scheduling appointments based on calendar availability has been a breeze. A user-friendly UI allows for easy setup and navigation of the solution. Podcast guests and clients love it because of its simplicity. Having the option to conduct an asynchronous interview is a unique feature. Moreover, the audio mixer adds a lot of value.
Coming to the further enhancement, I feel the white labeling feature requires work, and I believe the team has already begun. Moreover, while the UI is simple and easy to use, the team should try to modernize it while maintaining its simplicity and ease of use.
Pros
Ease of use, simple UI, asynchronous interviewing, Audio mixing and editing
Cons
Team should work on the white labeling feature, UI can be modernize a bit since it gives an old feeling as of now.

A Time Saver, Solution for Various Time Zones & Better Recordings
Honestly, as a busy person, anything that saves me time and makes my life easier is worth it's weight in gold for me. So I'm really happy with this software.
Pros
As I'm based in Australia and many of the people I wish to interview are around the world, one of the hardest things is finding suitable times. This product solves this perfectly. Also I have wanted a solution to my guests to have better recording quality, because they can listen and rerecord my quality of recording level has increased. I love it! Solves multiple things for me and also saves time!
Cons
There have been a few minor UX things, like the logo selection for the branding not being that intuitive, but support addressed this promptly and it will be added to the roadmap for improvements.

Meh. I'm still trying to figure out how this will make my podcasting life easier.
Pros
I like the ability to send interview questions without having the person in the studio, but do I really need a software to handle this? I was hoping for an all-in-one platform where I can record audio with my guests, and edit the podcast and post immediately to social media, but I'm not sure yet if I can do this with Rumble.
Cons
I do not like that you cannot delete files. This should be the first thing the developers fix. It was also hard to drag and drop files during the mix. This seems to be a software for mixing the podcast after the fact. Why do I need to purchase software for this when I can use Audacity or a free audio recording software?
