Straightforward Platform that require No savvy tech
I have had an experience full of absolute happiness. With ClickUp Iam able to manage all my design batch allocated to me at the office and also do those of my personal clients. With it's intuitive easy to use features I have found it extremely useful and convenient for creation of new tasks, update my colleagues and manage my workstreams whenever, wherever
Pros
ClickUp is one of the most facile platform there is in the market. It's intuitive UI requires no prior knowledge to be able to operate it effectively because it is easy to use and setting it up is in seconds. It's price is also soo effective for any business. On the other hand ClickUp is an all in one productivity tool whose features I have found soo crucial in my workspace. With ClickUp I have multiple views I can choose from on my tasks which range from lookup for designs from website such as freepik, actual design of graphics, printing and packaging for collection by client. This gives me quality overview on all my work across the workspace where I can sort, group or filter. I am also able to plan using timelines. Allowance for customization is a plus for me. That I can adjust my it to get fit my own needs and likings from the widgets dashboard to task status. Also the templates saves you alot of adjustment time since they are inbuilt Time tracking capabilities helps me focus on work and give me the control over my time. Not to mention real time reporting from where I can create and visualize reports on progress of each task. Collaboration friction is not a thing anymore because ClickUp enhances team communication through realtime chat, white board where we can brainstorm on creative ideas , share documents and also identify who is working on which batch of printouts. Availability of ClickUp in a mobile app allow me to catch on anything about work anywhere
Cons
To be honest ClickUp has made remote working and collaboration across the graphic team enjoyable for me. I can only give it a thumbs up for that rather than complaining because everything about it is plus

Manage Your Tasks and Plan Your Projects with Simplicity and Ease
Despite trying many other task management tools, Clickup is one I keep coming back to. The constant adding and updating of features and a fun little community, are nice little benefits.
Pros
The ease of use and the ability to go as simple or as complicated with tasks, lists and projects as needed is what keeps it in the top 3, and one I use most frequently. The mobile app is an added bonus and actually includes widgets, so it is an added plus.
Cons
It was a little intimidating to see Clickup had a whole "University" of Tutorials. Wasn't sure how steep the learning curve would be. Can be difficult to find help on a specific task without skimming through a lot of tutorials.

One size fits all until it doesn't
Pros
I really wanted to like and use clickup. I was looking for a system which would combine our CRM, our customer service and project management into one system. Click up does this kinda. It's pretty slick looking and has lots of integrations.
Cons
Well Click up kind of works ok but it's not as good as a custom built tool which is made to do one thing. Thing of it like eating your steam dinner with a swiss army knife. yse you can use the small knife and fork but it's to use one of those fancy French steak knives with a bone handle.

Clickup Helps me manage my weekly tasks
Our organization could not have automated task management or cross-functional project management without Clickup's assistance. Organization-wide capacity planning has also benefited from this.
Pros
ClickUp has been an invaluable tool in assisting me to manage my time effectively and remain on top of my many responsibilities at work, in school, and in my personal life. You can add tasks without switching windows thanks to a handy Google Chrome widget.
Cons
The controls on the dashboard are finicky and will require some practice. All the teams have problems with this particular area of integration and application. I wish I could sync the calendar with my calendar on Google more easily. It seems that just the distinction between tasks and subtasks is communicated.

The use of ClickUp is making the team more productive
Having the opportunity to upgrade to a plan with collaborative features is great news for me. Although there is a project management tool called Jira at work, I find that it is so bureaucratic that it is a welcome relief to use ClickUp to track my actual work hours. Also, I can't believe I forgot to mention how helpful the timer is.
Pros
Through the use of gantt charts and the distribution of team members' schedules, clickup facilitates work allocation, collaboration, and the timely completion of projects. When used with Google Docs, this technology makes process monitoring a breeze.
Cons
I found that ClickUp lacked a feature that allowed me to effortlessly hyperlink to individual documents, unlike competing apps like Notion.

Love love love ClickUp for all our projects all in one place
We are loving it. We've used Asana in the past and whilst it was functional, ClickUp is so much better. The dashboard is clean and crisp, adding new projects is easy, and seeing them all at a glance is great. Love being able to create subtasks and different spaces. Because of the ease of use and the look/feel of ClickUp we have been using it daily to keep projects moving along and due dates right in front of us.
Pros
We love being able to have the project maps (the mind maps) so we can see the workflow and everything we have going on within each project and segment. It's brilliant. And the flexibility between boards, lists, and the mind map makes seeing things at a glance wonderful.
Cons
Setting due dates on tasks could be easier. A bit wonky with having to click off rather than simply tab over to the calendar to add the dates. And we haven't found the easiest way to mark tasks/subtasks as complete without selecting each individually and choosing the change status from along the top.

Simple experience for product managment
Pros
We been using ClickUp for almost one year to manage tasks and projects across the organization. The simplicity of use and the numerous features enabled us to replace multiple tools, enabling us to bring the entire team on one centralized platform to do anything from task management to using the whiteboard
Cons
Overall we always had a great experience. But would be awesome if ClickUp could add support to Notion as an integration

We love using ClickUp for ALL of our company tasks
Pros
I like that it's generally easy for everyone in our organization to use and know the status of all of their tasks.
Cons
I hate that the mobile app doesn't mimic exactly the user experience of the website/web app. It's annoying to use the mobile app, but I guess I'm glad there is a mobile app.

All in one project management for SMEs done well!
We're a growth stage startup and use clickup for tasks, all project management, meeting agendas and sprint planning. With a remote global team, keeping everything in one place has been very effective. ClickUp is the only tool that we've found that allows you to do everything, and they're very receptive to feedback. Being able to run effective engineering sprints without the needs for additional tools is great too.
Pros
Packed full of features, like personalised and collaborative dashboards (really useful for tracking projects across the team), sprint boards for engineering teams, project management note taking tools and tasks. You can install the Clickup add-on for your web browser and can easily add tasks or create screenshots of the current page you're on which can be very helpful! Customer service is super responsive.
Cons
All features individually work quite well, but when trying to piece them together into a cohesive view of the total business this takes a lot of manual work, and feedback from customer service is that they're doing a lot to improve this.

One of the best and most affordable project management tool
I had a great experience using ClickUp for project management. It is a very user-friendly tool that has helped me to keep track of my projects and tasks. I have found it to be very helpful in organizing my work and keeping me on track. It has also been a great help in collaborating with other team members. Overall, I have found ClickUp to be a very valuable tool for managing my work.
Pros
I love ClickUp as a project management tool for our team. I like how it's user-friendly and how it allows me to easily keep track of my projects. The best feature that we use is the custom properties. I can make notes about my tasks and then I can pull them up in the future to see how long I worked on that task and other details about that project. It's helpful for us to stay on top of our projects and we can easily create and manage them all in one place. I would definitely recommend ClickUp to any team.
Cons
For someone who isn't familiar with technology, it can be daunting to see all the features available in ClickUp. However, I didn't find any major issues with the product.

Clickup makes Project management a joyful experience.
In overall clickup is a very powerful software capable of making the task of managing complex projects an enjoyable experience. Clickup can be used both in business and personal life. When there is a marketing campaign to be run it can be distilled down to number of tasks that run both sequentially and parallel to meet the end goal of successful campaign. The content making for a blog and youtube channel can be broken in to several tasks that can be assigned to team members to accomplish and finally put together a high quality content that generates a lot of business leads. The different views makes it more meaningful to work with and view the whole process.
Pros
The first and foremost thing that I like about the clickup is the customizability of the whole platform. It does not have guide on how to tailor your project so you can track it on clickup, what they give is a guide on how to customize the Clickup to track and manage your project whatever that might be. The complexity in anything comes with a price. You do need to know what you’re doing and only use what you need without making it over-complex. Hence you can look at it a blessing as well as a difficulty. Therefore the beginning inevitably comes with a steep learning curve on how to use this powerful tool.
Clickup is not only for the businesses and organizations. It’s versatile and broad enough to be used for one’s personal life management. Since we all know failing to plan is planning to fail, it makes no difference when it comes to one’s personal life. The functions in it can be easily adopted to make personal routine t to run according to a timetable of your own. Personally I prefer to spend more time on clickup than on social media since it’s much more realistic to see how one’s own life unfolds than anyone else’s. The advantage of using clickup for personal day to day management is that it’s free for such purposes for life. It offers 5 workspaces on the free package and it’s more than enough to track day today personal plan. If the payed version is needed this is not costly as well.
Cons
The first thing I dislike is that the software comes with a lot of notifications enabled by default and no intuitive description where it can be configured to understand what it will do if I enable them. When you have an extensive number of tasks and projects defined the notifications can fill up your phone’s notification bar, email inbox and desktop if you haven’t decided on what to disable. This can be made easy if the notification configuration is made more intuitive and also making the content of the notification with more content that can be expanded if necessary.
Another modification that could be done to the way it defines the time and date for a task. Currently the time is selected with a long drop down menu which makes it very difficult to select the time when there are lot of tasks to define. It quickly becomes whole lot of repetitive scrolling to get to the time slot. This can be simplified by inserting a configurable clock face instead of the drop down list. The arms of this interactive clock face can be made to select the hour numbers and then minutes. Just with two clicks the time is defined.

Best Product in the World to Manage Tasks
If you're looking for a project management solution for your team, ClickUp is a great choice. This proprietary tool has a user-friendly interface, many integrations, and a powerful free version. While free versions of software often lack features, ClickUp supports most of the features found in paid versions, including task dependencies, file attachments, and email notifications. This makes it a versatile tool for teams of all sizes.
The software allows you to set priorities and assign tasks to team members. You can create custom statuses for projects so that team members can see which tasks are higher priority. You can even set your own timeframe for reviewing work and assigning tasks. A common approval process can improve communication, clear roadblocks, and improve responsiveness. It also allows you to assign tasks directly from comments, thereby reducing miscommunication.
Pros
The ClickUp interface is divided into three main sections: Project Management, Task Management, and Time Tracking. Each of these sections allows users to manage projects by adding start and end dates, individual tasks, and subtasks. Once an individual adds a task, they can assign it to team members. In addition to assigning tasks, users can also add clients or partners for each project. Once a project has been assigned, the users can estimate its time-to-complete.
The integration between ClickUp and Giphy is a powerful and intuitive feature. The two apps are easy to use and can help streamline complicated workspaces and busy schedules. Google Calendar and ClickUp can be easily synchronized with one another. Users no longer have to manually schedule meetings and can block time for more important work. The ClickUp Chrome extension makes it easier to complete tasks without logging in to separate programs. This allows for better teamwork and increased productivity.
Cons
Besides having a robust notification system, ClickUp has some limitations. Though the app has a wide range of features, some of them are not available. The company's ethos is to increase by 1% every single day, and that extends to the product itself. For this reason, it adds new features and improvements right away, even if they aren't perfect. This mantra is also reflected in ClickUp's notification system.

Amazing Software
I love it.
Pros
I love ClickUp! It's a great project management tool because it's so versatile. I can use it for managing my work projects, my personal projects, and even my to-do list. It's really easy to use, and the interface is really clean and organized. The best part is that it's totally free!
Cons
Not that I don't like, but ClickUp can be a little slow to load at times. Second, I would really like to see more customization options, such as font type and color, available. Finally, I would love to see a better way to filter tasks and projects. Right now it's a little clunky and not very user-friendly.

Clickup is packed with features, but it needs some polishing
Clickups main strength is to give the user full control over how they want to manage their tasks and checklists, while also give the option to viw them the way they prefer it. There is a bit of a learning curve with clickup, but one you get the hang of it, clickup has the possibility of saving a lot of time (for example with recurring tasks for us).
For the productivity freaks like me, clickup is an uncut diamond that need a lot of polishing (mainly better styling in terms of visibility of featues - especially for people with bad eyesight like my girlfriend - but also in terms of using the screen space as optimally as possible). I hope that with time the styling gets updated such that new users can get the same enjoyment out of this system as we have when we applied our own styling to clickup.
Pros
I like that there is so many ways you can customize and view you tasks, which was vital for my girlfriend and i who uses clickup for managing our daily lifes together and for our jobs. The primary reason we switched to clickup was the ability to make recurring tasks, such that we could keep track of maintenace tasks in our home that doesn't have to be done every week.
Before i managed this manually for us, but now we have automated this with clickup. In combination with this we wanted to have one system to manage all over our tasks, reminders and notes, which clickup can do for us. We also wanted to be able to switch views, bacause my girldfriend wants to see tasks in a list view, where i prefer a board view, which was what the main thing that convinced my girlfriend to switch over from trello, which doesnt have this feature.
Cons
The main problem we have with clickup is the overall styling and layout of clickup. Mainly many of the colors in the app is too neutral and often just different shades of grey, which makes it hard to distinguish one thing from another.
Also the acitivity overview in each task is WAY to big, and it would be cool if this was made an optional thing to view, which was hidden at default or could be set to hidden in the settings because we rarely use it.
Lastly the individual elements on the views and for each task has way to much padding around them, which makes it such that you almost cant see any of the important (in my opinion) things on each task, whick is the checklists and the subtasks, which gets pushed out of view when you are rolled to the top of the task, especially when viewing things on a laptop. This also applies to list view, where the tags (which is also hard to read for my girlfriend with bad eyesight) could be moved out to the right instead of being underneath the task name to fill less on the screen so more can be viewed.
To try and make up for these problems, i have actually made my own styling to clickup (i am a system developer myself in my daily job) to solve many of the isues we have with it. When these things are solved, clickup becomes much more intuitive and user friendly to us.
We hope that with time the styling will improve such that we dont have to make out own styling, but in the meantime we get around these issues by this method.

It's never Monday with ClickUp - It always feels like a fantastic Friday!
Again, I can't tell you enough how pleased I am with ClickUp! As mentioned in my cons (which really weren't cons), I mention thoughtfully setting up your CU instance. Well... I didn't take my advice and thoroughly messed up my account. I contacted the CU service chat option and was helped by a literal expert CU employee. Not only did he unravel my stuff, he gave me some great tips and found out that he's one of the "teachers" on the CU YouTube videos that I love so much. This was great news because like most, I've has less than stellar support via chat. Not with ClickUp - everything they do is top notch.
I love using ClickUp for work, so I thought I'd create a space for my side-hustles and even another space for my household calendar and projects. Three months later and I've kept up with those spaces and even added my husband as a user! While he doesn't use all of the options, I have connected his Google calendar to our household projects and it's made so much difference! We even have our bills and budget stuff in CU. I'm sold on CU professionally and personally, so much so that you'd think I worked for ClickUp in sales. :)
This is a solid system - don't wait, dump your other PM applications and sign up with ClickUp!
Pros
I've been a user of almost every project mgmt system available. While all have their benefits, I found myself using at least three platforms for PM. They were, Monday.com, Trello, ZenDesk and we'd pepper in communication with Slack. Monday.com was our primary system and it lacked so much in the way of customizing my boards, columns and data associated. Additionally, I never felt like I had a place where all of my project items lived. With ClickUp, I have it all - including adding goals and associating tasks to them. On a regular basis the CU team releases new and exciting features. The cost is so minimal. I am in love with ClickUp!
Cons
I really don't have any cons to list. The only thing I can mention is that you USE the help documentation and even better are the YouTube videos on the CU channel. Because the application is SO ROBUST, it can take some focused time when setting up your instance of CU. The key is to understanding the hierarchy of teams, spaces, projects, lists/task, etc. Once you have that down, you can really dig in with custom fields, colors, goals and more. I recommend that you spend the first week setting up CU in small "time chunks", also, start with a pre-made template, play around, see the output and then work backwards to customize for your company. Also, you've got to indoctrinate your users with training and the benefits (time saving, $ producing, better systems, etc), or like any system, it will just be an expense and yet one more application that isn't being optimized. Have at least one CU champion on your team so that they can be a resource for the others.

Unlock productivity with a powerful and super easy to use tool
I can describe my experience with ClickUp as superb and worthwhile since it has helped me tons on matters, managing my rotations. This has had a profound impact on my productivity and overall quality of services I deliver to my clients as a vet.
Pros
I have greatly benefitted from the impeccable technical support I get from it's team and the available tutorials that has helped me cruise through ClickUp and maximize on it's use. Rather than that it is an use tool that has helped us manage our rotations, projects and other tasks from planning stages, initialization to completions and every infor on tasks and projects is consolidated on a single dashboard for easy visualization. On a personal level Iam able to break my rotations into small customized task and lay down strategy to help me attend to all farmers under me. This has so far helped me meet my targets and reduced on cost of travelling back and forth. It is open for customization where we add visual widgets for team members, role sprints, time tracks, work status, docs and many more which helps in tracking our progress. Collaborating with team work is of utmost importance since most of our work is in the field, miles away from the office and away from other vets and ClickUp has been a saver on this one. We are able to chat asap, comment and all the notification are in a single whiteboard that we never have to miss any bit of our work. I swear remote working has never been this easy as it is since the adoption of ClickUp in Vetcare Africa. The gantt chart is another feature that I have found useful in my day to day life. It helps me monitor progress of my scheduled rotations as well as report with clarity to my seniors on all the rotation undertaken and resources used
Cons
To be honest there is not even a single I dislike about ClickUp. It has been my all in one tool to manage my tasks and work well with my teammates.

Great tool for my company.
ClickUp is a powerful cloud-based tool for communication and project management. It can seem intimidating at first, but once you get accustomed to the user interface (especially on the free version), it will become second nature. ClickUp is an excellent choice for businesses and projects of all sizes, in all industries.
Pros
One thing I love about Clickup is the ability to make tasks dependent on others. That way, instead of having to move cards and manually check them off (which can get very time-consuming), you can just mark a task complete and the Clickup system will automatically notify the next person in line to do their part. It's honestly why our team uses Clickup because we have multiple big projects that are often too large for just one person.
Cons
As with any new software, you'll need a bit of time to get used to the interface and start learning all of its features. But don't worry, what you invest in learning now will save you a ton of time in the future. There are still some features that need to be worked on, but the developers are focused and quick with new releases.

An excellent workflow/project management tool.
ClickUp addressed our project management issues, assisted our teams in staying on top of projects, assisted our managers in staying on top of individuals and their duties, and provided everyone on our team with visibility into what was going on, who was accountable for what, and how far we had to go to attain the end objective. We replaced the excel file with ClickUp to handle our yearly financial report process; our configuration in ClickUp is comparable to other workflow tools in that we can appoint a preparer, reviewer, and so on using the custom fields. When the status of a task changes, for example, from preparation to review, the automations transfer it to whoever is the reviewer on that job.
Pros
It is an effective project management tool; with the proper setup and structure, it will enable your team to remain on top of all pending tasks and hold each other accountable for all areas of the job. Our team has gained more visibility into our operations and projects thanks to the platform's customizability and automations to promote efficiency. We reduced the need to communicate outside of ClikcUp (for example, via email), which boosted visibility into the status of multiple activities while lowering the need to hunt for communications pertinent to a certain work.
Cons

Powerful organizational features that enable your team to manage workflow efficiently
With ClickUp, scheduling tasks for a specific period has become very easy, and sharing updates and asking for help is done quickly. Add to that the organizational features that we had, especially concerning saving and sharing files and documents, as well as preparing reports and dashboards.
Pros
I like ClickUp's notification system, as it keeps us in constant contact with all updates and requests, and it's great that notifications arrive in real-time via the mobile application. It's also great that I can always notify colleagues in the same way when new tasks, documents, or any updates are added. I also like the way the tasks entered into the lists are grouped by all members, and it's great how ClickUp provides a simple way to customize the lists as needed and provides many ways to display them, as well as the Gantt chart to display an integrated workflow diagram, so that we can clarify the relationships between the tasks. The tasks are visualized to make it easier for all members to follow up and make updates. Scheduling and automation are very efficient and enable us to find the effect of progress on closing dates. I also like that ClickUp provides a lot of functionality in one place, provides powerful communication tools, and allows us to share files and collaborate on the completion of reports and dashboards. It's also great that ClickUp integrates strongly with most of our applications, where we can import data and set up amazing dashboards.
Cons
The negatives are not many, especially with the new upgrades, and it is great how much ClickUp always interacts with users and constantly provides them with the latest updates accompanied by distinctive instructional videos.

Have an overview of all work engagements plus curb collaboration friction
ClickUp stands out from the crowd because it is affordable while offering a range of benefits that together enhances personal and teams Productivity
Pros
ClickUp is a tool of it's kind. It has a splendidly designed UI that makes it soo easy to set up and utilize each and every feature. I have used ClickUp over the years and have found all it's features soo indispensable. From being able to have a bird's eye view on all my To- dos with multiple views which include overdue timelines makes it easy to sort, group and filter tasks. When working on projects/ campaigns, my team and I are able to divide the complex projects into smaller tasks which are then delegated to each one of us. From the dashboard we can then get to see who is working on what soo there is no the issue of double delegation of one tasks. Also Clickup put an ultimate end to the collaboration friction,we are now able to communicate through direct emails, realtime chats, white board, documents sharing and notifications and mentions on action items which makes working together on projects soo hassle free. Realtime reportings is a plus for me as the team manager, Iam able to create reports and see where we are soo far on each particular project and what resource have been used for reporting to my seniors and even sponsors of our NGO
Cons
With the 24/7 support I get from the technical team and loads of information available online on ClickUp, there is no chance left for drawbacks
