Google Workspace - More like Workhorse
I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Google Workspace and I will continue using it and recommending it for the foreseeable future. It makes my life and work so much easier. So, so much easier. I wanted to list more things that I use it for but it would only let me add a certain amount of tags. I wanted to click them all.
Pros
I use Google Workspace every day and I have for years and years. It is constantly being expanded and updated. It is a one stop shop for me. From emails to photo cloud storage. Task lists, integrations with other programs, custom emails, and the new AI features. I don't have the time or energy to list everything I do in Google Workspace and all the features it has. I will sum it up in two ways:1) When I see a person using MS for business I only think, "why would you pay for that when Google Workspace does the same thing only better and free?" It honestly baffles me.2) I run a freelance insurance agency, an ecommerce business, and a wedding officiant business and instead of paying for a "professional" email address I use Gmail because it is so feature rich and free. And honestly, no one looks down on that decision because they know how awesome Gmail is too.
Cons
I'm sure I have a dislike but I can't think of one right now.

Google Workspace Revew
My experience using Google Workspace has been positive. It's a versatile and powerful productivity suite that's easy to use and affordable. I enjoy the collaboration features, which make it simple to share documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with team members and work on them together in real-time. Additionally, because Google Workspace is cloud-based, I can access my files and apps from anywhere as long as I have an internet connection. This is particularly convenient when I'm traveling or working from home.
Pros
End-users can quickly adopt and deploy it, as it is similar to the free Gmail service.
Cons
The dependency on an internet connection. The lack of desktop tools.he limited features in some apps.

It just workls
I've used Google Workspace for years, I don't really think too much about it, it just works
Pros
Google Workspace is easy to setup, has all the features that any company (big or small) will need. It can be integrated with other software (Salesforce, Project Management). It's pretty easy to use and it's rarely / never offline
Cons
It's not as slick as some applications, but the positive trade offs make it a win

Google Workspace makes my job so much easier!
Using Google Workspace has been a terrific. I really appreciate the ability to collaborate with others in real time and edit working documents even after they've been shared. It would be hard to use anything else in the future!
Pros
As an HR professional who works regularly in documents, Google Workspace has made my job so much easier. I was coming from a Microsoft environment and had never used Google for my work before. My kids use it for school but it was completely unfamiliar to me. When I joined my current company, I quickly saw the merit of Google Workplace for collaboration and document efficiency. I absolutely love how multiple users can collaborate in real time in the same document and that I can make quick corrections and edits to a document after sharing it with others rather than having to email them a revised document or new version with my corrections. So much more efficient and it has also saved me from sharing incorrect data or typos to others - a real bonus!! Organizing various drives and folders for our teams is very simple and clean and the document access options for sharing at different levels (editor, viewer, commenter, etc.) are excellent.I also find Google Sheets, Forms and Slides very easy to use. It didn't take me long to pick up the functionality and I often use Google Forms for various company surveys and ways to capture required data from others. If you are new to Google Workspace, it's very easy to pick up and there are tons of videos and posts online if you have a question on how to do something. I have officially be converted and it would be hard to go back to using anything else now!
Cons
So far I have not come across anything to note that I don't like about Google Workspace. If I had to pick one thing, maybe the inability to embed images directly into calendar invites (like for social events) but this is such a small issue in the day to day work.

A must have for any business
Pros
My company uses Google Workspace (and has been using it for the past 10+ years) for everything, including document management, emailing, online meetings, team communication, calendar setup, scheduling, form automation... It is a must-have and we'd not be able to live without it, it has made our work so much easier and also allowed us to move from being a local company to an international one with many people working remotely.I could not recommend it enough.
Cons
The only issue of depending so much on one software that is interconnected is that if the software has any issue you are left incapacitated, however, I can say that in the 10 years I've been using it I can count on one hand the times that we've had any such problems, and they have always been sorted very promptly.

The workspace that works
At first I honestly didn't know if I was going to like Google workspace but after having given it the Free trial I was definitely hooked and I've had Google workspace for almost 5 years now.
Pros
It's got everything I need and then some extras. I like that I can monitor all my devices across one platform at no extra cost
Cons

Google Workspace is the best online software product ever! I love Google! It WORKS!
Over the Moon! Google is hands down the best company, with the best products, with the most ease and is a no nonsense product that works with all programs & software. So user friendly and everybody friendly!

Effective & Excellent Company management Tool
Pros
Google Workspace's domain email authentication is efficient and unlike any other, as it prevents emails from our domains from going to our users' and clients' spam boxes. This is a huge feature and advantage for us. We've used Webmail for many years, and one of our clients' and customers' major concerns is that our emails always appear in their spam folders and are always flagged. This was an issue for us as it prevented users from trusting us.Email marketing was the worst as we got no feedback as our emails are always flagged as spam, but ever since we switched to Google Workspace, the result has been awesome and very much appreciated.Secondly, I and my entire team loved the user and team management features, the Docs sheet integration, and the ability to collaborate, which was also excellent. Finally, the ability to integrate emails from other providers, add them to your workspace, and send them from your one account is also great, and the ability to create simple email aliases is awesome.
Cons
Some of the implementation and integration are technical, one will need to be technical and understand certain maneuvers to be able to integrate some features, such as integrating your domain to Google Workspace with DKIM and SPIF Setup. This can be simplified, and I don't ever see a rival to Google Workspace.
Reasons for Choosing Google Workspace
Google Workspace seems to have everything I need in one place without getting additional products to compensate for the lack of features I need.Reasons for Switching to Google Workspace

"Worth the Price", I keep reminding myself...
My relationship with Google Workspace could definitely be described as "conflicted". I love many of the features, but other aspects, such as trying to understand their instructions and the added fees to add extra domain names, frustrates me.
Pros
What makes me stay with Workspace is the extreme capacity for file storage (you get much higher limits with a paid Workspace account, vs their free Google Drive accounts), and easy management of sending/receiving emails with one of my domain names. I appreciate how easy it is to send and receive email through my primary domain, and I like the ability to share a folder between my multiple Google email addresses. I am a "solo-preneur," but since I have many projects, I have multiple emails, and it's nice to be able to access the folder from basically every email address I've shared it with.
Cons
I really want to give Workspace higher reviews. What stops me? A few issues: 1. The fact that to add each additional domain name is an extra $12/month. 2. They say alias domains are free; they essentially redirect to a primary domain, or any other domain you've set up in your organization. But thus far, I have set up several and cannot get a single one of them to actually work. I keep getting "undeliverable" notices. 3. Their instructions are absolutely NOT "user-friendly". I dread looking up instructions on how to implement anything in Google Workspace, because their dry instructions were apparently written with the assumption that everyone reading them is on the same level of knowledge that the coders were.

Good Business Collaboration Platform
Good collaboration suite, we were able to get it online quickly. Most features we needed were available out of the box with minimal setup time. Since most of all users had used gmail before it took minimal training/hand holding to get things going.
Pros
Google has built a powerful and easy to use business collaboration platform. Almost everybody has used gmail at some point so it’s easy to get used up and running quickly. Platform handles most of our collaboration needs out of the box with minimal setup time.
Cons
Email and file management are its strong points. Real time chat and messaging feels like more of any afterthought. They’ve got a long way to go to catch up with teams or slack on that front.

Super easy to use and very much fill our needs as a company with team members all over. It is especially good now with WFH protocals.
Pros
It has so many different tools that are included in the suite, it is a real value and it makes collaboration and sharing so simple. With everything in the cloud and on the computer it makes me wonder why it took us so long to switch. It just keeps getting better.

Good collaboration solution
If you don't need integration with MS Office or other Microsoft tools it is a very good choice.
The price is very affordable.
Pros
The Google email management is one of my favourites mail solutions ever. It was made since the beggining to be 100% cloud and this is noticeable.
The search engine is brutal, they used the Google experience to create a very good search engine. You can find any mail in miliseconds.

The integration with Office was not really good.

LOVE, but its taken time to get our office to use it well.
Overall, we have loved Google Workspace. The main leadership team that has implemented it uses it for EVERYTHING and we are burning the rest of the organization along little by little.
Pros
We love that it is universal and integrates into all kinds of software. It was fairly easy to set up and we love having full admin control over all our user accounts. Becuase we are a small non-profit, many of our employees use their own computers. By having everyone start to keep documents and SOPs saved on DRIVE, we are able to keep much better track of our documentation and projects and when someone leaves we don't loose important files in the process.
DRIVE Is probably the most used part of Google Workspace for our group. Centralizing everything has been key and we are working on implementing more collaboration on projects, documents and file Maintinance...we have already seen an increase in productivity and hope to see more in the years to come.
Cons
Our team is not very "tech savvy" so getting everyone own board and trained has taken some time. Some of our team can't see the value in moving online and don't want to learn new software, especially sheets and docs. This isn't a fault of the software, but just the reality getting our team onboard with new software and project solutions.

Google integrates the easiest with everything.

The hidden face of G Suite
Overall we are saving such much time with all the collaboration options that we use it for all of our companies. On top of having the peace of mind that everything is secured and always running.
Pros
Yes, I love having all the required basic tools to run my business like emails, calendar, drive storage, docs and everything else. I could talk about all the obvious features everyone knows about G Suite but for me the value of G Suite for business goes beyond that.
Considering that running a business in 2019 almost always guaranteed that you will need to have an online presence of some sort, being on G Suite simplify a lot of the processes and required tools access needed to run your business online. Let me explain.
When running or starting a business, you need Google My Business Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Google Ads, YouTube, Google Trends and on and on. Being on G Suite allows you to centralize all of those assets and access under your company to avoid having personal emails owning your assets which can bring issues when trying to linked them all. It also simplify how you manage your employees access to all those assets and platforms.
I could even add that there are so many platforms outside of Google cco-system uses Google Single Sign-in option that being on G Suite again simplify the account sign process.
Finally the ability to control and protect your company data using G Suite management platform is just awesome, sometime a bit of advanced knowledge is required but nothing that can't be understood in Google's the support section.
Cons
Not that much, it's easy to setup , however, it can get a bit complicated for new users to setup advanced features. But again the support section is very detailed.

Can’t imagine a without using Google Workspace
The efficiency of Google is truly remarkable, as it encompasses a significant portion of my digital life. I've retained my original Google Workspace account's domain precisely because of the seamless integration it offers with various aspects of my online presence.Hindsight being 20/20, I realize that creating a personalized domain would have been a wise move given the substantial impact Google Workspace has had on my life. It's worth noting that my experience is not unique—many individuals share this sentiment. From a business standpoint, Google Workspace serves as the foundational cornerstone for every enterprise. It's the starting point for numerous business activities, spanning from the inception of a new company to the complex task of employee management, including hiring and even terminations. The all-encompassing nature of Google Workspace is undeniably evident, solidifying its role as an integral tool in the business landscape.
Pros
I have been a user of Google Workspace for over a year, consistently witnessing the introduction of new and enhanced features. Throughout this time, I haven't come across any aspects of Google Workspace that I didn't appreciate. I do believe that increasing the email storage space would be a valuable addition. Additionally, I'm eagerly anticipating further enhancements in Google Calendar, as it seems to have been lacking significant updates compared to other components of the suite.
Cons
Simplifying the process of switching from my current account to another would greatly enhance user experience. Although there have been attempts to address this issue, my earlier accounts were established using my current email address, making it quite challenging to transition seamlessly between different accounts.

The new gold standard
G Suite is a must for the modern business. It's completely backward compatible and platform agnostic, meaning you can give your clients exactly what they need no matter how old their tech is.
Pros
G Suite is comprehensive. It includes Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and more. They are constantly up-to-date and their web apps are practically bulletproof.
Docs, Sheets - The features keep rolling out to make this a Microsoft Office killer. Instantly sharable files and amazing versioning keep the world smooth. I'm constantly using Sheets' API integrations to organize and sort data in real time and present to clients. And I love the Docs outline view.
Drive - The semi-recent interface update has made Drive so much more usable. Extremely flexible and intuitive.
Cons
My biggest complaint about Docs and Sheets is how long they take to start up and load a document. Because there's no native desktop app, these startup times really add up when working with multiple documents. Besides that, I wish Docs had more formatting flexibility so I could create my own heading styles, paragraph styles, etc.
I have two Google accounts - one personal and one for work. Google can't ever seem to open documents or files with the right account, even if I have explicit ownership on one. As far as I can tell there's no way to open a folder or file with a specific account either, so I can't bookmark a google drive folder with a certain account to always open with that account.
Google admin tools are another pain point. G Admin is leagues better than traditional admin tools, but they are still very slow and get this - the search isn't comprehensive. If you search for @company.com, hoping to find all the email addresses and groups you own for that company, you are out of luck. You will get 0 results. Managing group members is also clunky and slow. It uses a very dated layout and doesn't reliably update its display. I often have to refresh the page to actually see the members I've just added.

Helpful software to collaborate with teammates on a variety of documents
As a research driven individual, i have looked for a variety of resources that allow me to collaborate with my teammates on research articles that have a very tight deadline. I came across Google Software that is a highly sophisticated website with a variety of online features to accommodate any research needs from editing and formatting documents to creating folders for organization purposes and other features. I highly recommend this software to any organization that needs collaboration tools.
Pros
Google workspace is a highly sophisticated software that allows you to collaborate and share documents with other individuals that have been granted access via Gmail or any other chat platforms. I use this software on a daily basis to edit and format the research articles that my teammates and I are planning to publish in the future and I have found the tools provided by Google workspace to be extremely functional. One of my favorite features of the software is receiving the notifications over Gmail specifically when a certain section of the document has been assign to you or when you assign it to a team member. Also, this software makes notes of the changes made by a team member and allows to make comments on an specific section and this is extremely helpful when collaborating with others. The software works great on any browser and I recently find out that it can also be access through the phone as well which makes its functionality and versatility even better than I expected. This software is immensely functional and serves a variety of purposes for corporate or any organization, therefore, it is a highly multifaceted tool to collaborate with others on any document and it includes the online version of Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint and many others
Cons
The software works great on any browser and it is highly functional and sophisticated. So far, I have not found any issues pertaining to its functionality, however, definitely one feature that could be added in the future is the offline access. This will be a great addition since it will allow you to work offline, on the road or when the internet malfunctions.

all in one program
My overall impression is I enjoy Google Workspace and for the project I use and my collaborating team have no problems with communication and we enjoy the vault where we all can gain access and work at our own pace.Mostly I love being able to incorporate my childs school into my calendar and I can receive updates and work that needs more attention,so no part of my life suffers. It depends on the tools and the designing techniques you require. It has everything you need for work and home life.
Pros
With Google Workspace you are getting quality and quantity. You get Gmail, chat, meet,Calendar,Drive (for storage )Docs,Sheets,Slides,Forms and there is a site to do collaberations with other members of your group as well as a vault to use between your collaberators. Its fully facilitated so you can take it where ever you go and use it in real time and send Emails to anyone anywhere in the world. You can get unlimited data,as well as data storage.I love that it has security features and workspace integrations. It can be used by anyone for any reason. It is a great source for teachers and students to keep in touch,as well as parents who's child is sick and needs to keep up with his or her school work it's a graet feature to have set up with a teacher,it makes a big difference in your childs grades because what they are suppose to know, you know as well.I keep track of everything in my calendar and have alerts sent to me,so I do not miss any deadlines.I am very empressed with how well this works for me and I am able to incorporate my childs school life into my own,so I dont miss out.It is very user friendly and easy to share files.
Cons
To be able to use the collaboration tools each recipient must be a google account holder, which is not hard to do,but it depends on the recipients abilities and what system they embrace. As for your childs school work, there is no desktop for productivity and there are less document task features. This workspace is just serving the basic functions, they do not have advanced features like you would find on microsoft 360 ,So if you work on design projects the upgrades can get expensive.I find it is not suited for a large buisness,so another program is needed.

Best Cloud Eco-System Available
Pros
Unless you're an Apple user (which, as a recovering Apple fan, puts a lot of roadblocks in the way of your computing experience), you have two choices for an integrated cloud suite - Google or Microsoft. While the latter caters to larger businesses, and has a comprehensive if dizzying collection of tools available, my experience on that platform was terrible from a small business owner's perspective. My brief experience with Office 365 convinced me to return to G-Suite (formerly Google Apps), which I recommend wholeheartedly.
It is an easy, very fast, totally extensible system with good (not always the clearest) support. And everyone plugs into it. Gmail vs. Outlook: I was an Outlook holdout for many years, but then realized that a little bit of training and time acclimated me to Gmail's interface. I continue to use Office programs, but occasionally use the Google Docs, Sheets etc. - which are handy for collaboration. I started using Google Apps in 2011 as a sync backup solution when I lost data in a HD crash. Since then, I put all my docs into the G-Drive folder on my laptop, and have never lost a document since. I upgraded to 1 TB of storage, so absolutely everything is in the cloud, and syncs to my system.
Cons
As mentioned above, their support and documentation can be a bit opaque, but they are available on the phone if you really need to talk to someone. Microsoft's cloud initiative has been good because it has forced Google to be more responsive to customers. Otherwise, I have no complaints. One piece of advice: make sure to use the two-step authentication on all of your Google accounts (-Gsuite, Play, Wallet etc.) to avoid getting hacked. Google won't hesitate to blame you and charge you for anything on your account, even if you can prove that it wasn't your charge.

Great suite of apps for creatives and any company looking to create documents collaboratively
Pros
gMail is a great lightweight e-mail app, that goes without saying. As a content writer, I also love the ability to share Docs, Sheets, and Slides with customers, and have the ability to work on them at the same time through the Chrome browser. I use Google Drive extensively, and the storage space they offer for my subscription price is great value. So much so that I don't even know how much I have, because I never worry about running out of storage.
I've only had to connect with the G Suite support team a couple of times, and they were quite knowledgeable and efficient as far as follow up. The G Suite Marketplace is also great, offering several free add-ons or affordable plug-ins to apps for CRM, word counters, WordPress, and other productivity apps. I've used G Suite and Office 365 simultaneously, and both suites offer great value for desktop or browser-based productivity. I will be continuing to use G Suite for the foreseeable future. I would recommend other small businesses, creatives or even large businesses do so that prefer browser-based applications on Chrome, Firefox or other popular browsers. If your companies run multiple iOS, Android, Windows, and Linux devices, it seems the ideal solution for communication, document creation, and file management.
Cons
As a writer, I use Grammarly quite a bit. Unfortunately, G Suite and Grammarly aren't currently compatible. Apparently, that is in the Grammarly roadmap, but it's uncertain when it will be available. I can't really think of any other cons, other than Google Sites is a little clunky, but since I'm not really a web designer and I use WordPress, I don't really worry about it. It would be great to have the option to host a WordPress site instead of using the Google Sites "CMS" I suppose.

G Suite Review
Overall, I highly recommend G Suite for any small business (or any sized business really). The only caution I would have is be sure to map out how G Suite use will impact users' Android systems and use of Google Apps on Android. I've encountered difficulties accessing some features on this platform after switching from a general user account to a paid G Suite account.
Pros
G Suite has been a tremendous help to my small business. It's integration of professional email, storage, and productivity tools has been a money and time saver, allowing me to quickly create an online presence. The rates for services are a great value, and include a wide array of versatile and useful applications for both technology products and publication/content management products.
Cons
The main issue I have with G Suite is more my lack of immediate skill in G Suite administration. This has not impacted many things negatively, but only produced some small annoyances. As a small business owner, I'm both user and administrator. Some settings on the administration side have proven difficult to figure out, even with Google's forums and instructions. This has slightly impacted the ease of use of Google products that I did not previously have any issues with, such as Google Maps. For example, using my professional account purchase through G Suite I've been unable to activate some features of Navigation on my Andriod phone, effectively turning off the ability to save addresses. Every time I've thought I addressed the issue, it reverts to the previous state. Not having customer support to contact has left me a bit frustrated with the professional version vs. the features I'm able to make use of as a private user. However, this is also a bit of a side-effect of me being my own administrator - user error or user inability is almost always the fault of the user - I can own that.
