Excellent ATS
Amazing, just amazing. The cost per seat and features, compared to other platforms, is top-notch.
Pros
TalentHire has excellent customer support, great on-line help modules, and is incredibly easy to use.
If you have a question, comment, or concern, the Ceipal TalentHire team is amazingly responsive.
TalentHire already performs 85-90% of what other ATS do, for 10-15% the cost - AND they are just getting started.
Cons
I wouldn't put anything in the "least" category, because Ceipal is a growing company. As they mature, their integrations will increase and improve

Best ATS Available in the Market
Over all, I would say, a good ATS with bunch of features but improvement is always exists, need to improve the processing speed and sometimes we send only one email to candidate from Ceipal but he/she gets it multiple times.
Pros
Ceipal has an number of features like, mass mailing (You can mail consultant and vendors with a good number strength in one attempt), can send text and do call just to integrate your voip in Ceipal, multiple job portals like Dice, monster available at one place with same efficiency as individual portals, reporting feature with small and BI technology, you can easily create a candidate profile and job requirement easily, easy to integrate with other software like Outlook and you can easily control the access of features as per designation.
Cons
Slow processing but I think just because of multiple integration with third party software like Dice and Monster. Social profile feature is very good but it source only location and name, not resume but you can search this name and these are good profile as per requirement and string and send them connection request.

Ceipal Using benefits
My overall experience with Ceipal ATS has been positive. The software is easy to use and has a lot of features that make it a great choice for managing job applications and tracking candidates. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful, which is a big plus. I'm also impressed with the integrations that Ceipal ATS provides with other applications, allowing us to streamline our recruiting process even further.
Pros
I liked the fact that Ceipal was easy to use and had a modern, intuitive user interface. The software was well organized and had many useful features such as a comprehensive task management system, comprehensive analytics, powerful data security, and the ability to integrate with a variety of other applications. Additionally, the customer support was helpful and responsive.
Cons
The least liked thing about Ceipal is the lack of customization options. There is a specific set of features that you can use, but if you want something outside of that, you may be out of luck. Additionally, the user interface can be clunky and difficult to navigate at times.

Ceipal - User Friendly
The most useful and inevitable tool for Recruiting.
Pros
Completely User friendly.Ceipal is most convenient tool and usesful to track both the candidate recruitment cycle and also as an adminstrator it most useful to track Recruiter performance too.
Cons
Like macro option in Job posting tab, also need macro option in Placement creation too.If there is macro option in Placement Creation means , it will be more useful to maintain clean data in ceipal.

Review for CEIPAL ATS
I am able to keep track of all the candidates I've ever interacted with. With this ATS, it's also easy to keep your entire team in the loop and work more efficiently. Overall, CEIPAL has helped me produce significantly better results.
Pros
CEIPAL has many promising features but the best one according to me is the feature of adding the notes and tracking all the submissions under the job. Notes really helped my teammates coordinate and understand the needs of a candidate before and after reaching them.
Cons
CEIPAL can do better to improve its employee management database. Sometimes it takes time to load and sometimes it shows some error.

User Friendly
User-friendly is what I would like to quote for Ceipal.
Each and every product that we use in our day to day life has it's pros and cons, whenever a product is made we do confront any such product in our daily work routine that has the acquired perfectness.
Ceipal is one of the nearly perfect software/product that I have used in my career.
Lastly - I have used many such portals but Ceipal is the made up of the extraction of all those with some intelligence involved.
Pros
Ceipal is all about ease of searching or restricting the number of views of paid portals, it all seems to be in perfect sync with great features. Addition of vendor list and using them for mass mailing was never that easy. You don't even need to undergo a training programme to use it thoroughly. With such great UI features, anyone can easily understand every detailing of Ceipal.
Cons
The only restriction or difficulty I found out was when I tried to use e-mail merge.
Let me elaborate this - Whenever I am trying to use this feature it only includes the profiles who are already there in the internal database, it doesn't allow you to send the e-mail to portal candidates as well in bulk which I believe should be included.

Worth for money
As soon as I took the position at KK Associates as Delivery Head, I have implemented CEIPAL tool in our organization, which really helped us to save so much of cost, where we used loose lots of money on paid job portals. With the help of Ceipal we are running our business smoothly & I recommend this tool for all the Staffing companies for their staffing needs.

Ceipal Talenthire is a great product
Excellent experience. The biggest business problem we solved was one click automatic migration of multiple resumes at a time from various jobboards. Another was one click automatic job posting broadcast to large groups of candidates.
Pros
Easy to use, lot of functionality, excellent customer support.
Cons
Nothing was difficult to use. When we started with them 5 years back, they did not have full integration with some jobboards. However in the recent 3-4 r years they have done an amazing job at integrating with all major jobboards both for job posting and resume migration.

Working on CEIPAL is a fantastic experience, and while working on CEIPAL, job has been simpler.
Working on CEIPAL has solved many difficulties for me. Switching between different job portals has become a simple task because to Ceipal's ease of use.
Pros
Ceipal's Integrated Search has made things easier for me because I now have access to all of the job sites I use, and recruitment has been a breeze since I started using it. Working has been an amazing experience.
Cons
Backend issues with CEIPAL, such as difficulty opening resumes and errors while moving resumes, are considerable. I experienced this a few days ago, and there is occasionally a lag when loading resumes.

Feedback based on 12+ Months of use
Generation of Internal database is amazing feature.
Mail merge, Free job Post, Hot Lists are the powerful functions .
Value for money, ROI is the key.
Pros
Its a 360 degree solutions for Recruitment, all round performance in terms of Bench marketing, Strategic recruitment and Head hunting.
Most amazing part is API integration of Job Portals and job postings, more easier, just one click and your job is on air.
Cons
In applicant search section, in advanced search, sometimes its taking time to fetch the results (this is in internal database search) and the result which we are getting some times its not accurate enough in terms of skill sets.
In case if we are searching resumes on dice through ceipal, then from the search result page we can not open resumes in new tabs, there is an option for that we that is not much convenient.
While Migrating any resume into our internal database from dice or monster, it take bit more time, if that can be reduce that will be much better.

Best ATS Ever Used
Ceipal ATS is very much impressive and less time consuming. it helps the business to grow much faster. and it made our work very easy. best ATS i used ever. i can happily recommend to others.

It was very much useful for our business. Features like having all the job boards like dice, cb, monster and integrated database can be assessed at a same time. Can source the candidates from all the job boards in a single click - That was amazing feature. it helps our business growth and make our work much faster. previously we used job boards separately which is very time consume, but now Ceipal ATS is very helpful.
Cons
I Couldn't see any such dislike. but sometimes hardly we have some server issue with some job boards. that too rarely, once it was done. then it is rocking.

Always best way to work with CEIPAL ATS
Actually, I love to use this Ceipal Ats platform for searching candidate to place the prestigious companies. for reaching the every candidates, they are all more active and currently looking for the Job candidates, I could able to see them. Like Bulls Eye!!!. I submitting all of the profile from Ceipal ATS. and I placed 3 for different prestigious organization, currently they're working with them. within 6 months of experience of my career, I have no previous experience this is my first Job of mine. So, As a fresher I could say Ceipal Ats which is one of the best platform for recruiting & engagement to interviewing & onboarding. Its very easy to use "User friendly" site.Thankyou!

Most of the time, I love use Internal DB that's very useful to reaching the candidates through bulk mail. Once the candidate's are received the mail. They are reply back to me ASAP!, like way I placed 3 candidate from the ceipal Internal DB only. Thank you so much!!!

According to me sometimes didn't see the some niche skills profile. But Okay this is very useful to use more and more. I love to use this and find the candidate easily and placed them for many companies...!

Pros
It can be customized as per our needs. Reports are the best feature for the team manager to track the progress of every team member on a real-time basis. Reports can be subscribed and you will see them in your email with all the required data
Cons
Custom BI needs more improvement. Developers should be open to feedback from end users and inculcate the features as per customer needs; sometimes, we face difficulties in the integration of API from other portals.

Number 1 ATS Platform
Pros
I love how Ceipal ATS helps us to create a large candidate database and keep track of them anytime. Its ability to export lists of candidates and their emails to send mass emails is fantastic, as is the full cycle recruitment management. The user interface is simple and user-friendly, and it has a lot of great features. As a staffing agency, it makes our jobs much easier as we can access all the information quickly.
Cons
I don't have much to dislike about this, but the one thing I don't like is that my activity will be logged without any notification. This slows down the process and makes it difficult to open profiles

Overall the experience using Ceipal was very significant, we are able to add million candidates in our Database.

Using different job boards at once as there is an integration of job boards in ceipal.
Cons
Sometimes we do not get the relevant candidates when we use Boolean String, the results we require do not always match up.

Review for Ciepal
I loved it it's an absolute gem.
Pros
I have been using Ciepal for more then 2 years and absolutely loved since i got to use ciepal professionally. Ciepal is a gem for recruitment industry very convenient, accurate, less expensive(not Cheap product) than others.
Cons
Some time it doesn't function properly gets hang in between the use. It's but complicated in few things or needs to be removed from the ATS.

Perfect Tool for Recruiters
meeting new vendors, probability of increasing submittal process also came across with many options ,which we hired as our own w2 employees. moreover, it keep me updated and help me to focus more on present positions, also its pretty good to organize your to have proper work reports.
Pros
Sourcing talents with best filters which are provided also it saves a lot of time and helps me to do smart work. plus, it gets very easy to maintain a proper database like submissions, placement details. Moreover, the names of consultants are in organized manner. working in group is a great fun, for example everybody can see individual work status, and the status of consultants like his start date, end date, visa details. The main thing which i like is the contact details is well maintained for example their email, LinkedIn accounts, alternate numbers.
Cons
resume parsing should be improved as if i want to upload nearly 50 people with common skill set i cannot. using job portals through ceipal gets slow compared with direct account usage from new window. Many times, it gets stuck and application restarts, because of this again i need to start whole process. plus searching with Boolean strings makes my work bit slow. end of the day all i expect is the speed as using job portals in individual window is much faster which is not that much in ceipal, if this problem is solved, then m sure ciepal will get more accounts users.
