Didactic and easy to use
Pros
It is a very well built software, which allows you to easily create content for any level of learning and present it in an easy and didactic way, which can be understood by any user, without the need for prior knowledge. In addition, the software allows you to create content from the beginning, making the learning curve short.
Cons
Integration with other products can be a bit tricky, but it's a minor detail that can be quickly and easily overcome. In addition, the software requires a good internet quality for proper operation.

Fun Interactive Game
Pandemic has made our companies monthly to quarterly meeting including events lame because everything has to be virtual but when we started using Kahoot every online event, the online programs became more interactive and fun. I am working at a bank and every event and meetings we have instead of renting a big place for everyone to gather and enjoy pandemic made us celebrate on each branches so we didnt get to have fun with other people from other branches, that was before Kahoot, now everyone is competitive to win on Kahoot games because our company bosses would send prizes for the winners.
Pros
The best feature i think s the interaction from different places at the same time. Also it's unbelievable that results are finalized real time, it is only a matter of internet speed for each of the participants.
Cons
I hope the developers can add a feature where the host can formulate and customize questions. Aside from that new other games would for sure excite the users more.

After years of asking, Kahoot still doesn't "talk" to google classroom
Kahoot is a great way to build and even ensure engagement. Kahoot games are quite plainly a lot of fun both for hosts and players. Its a great way to gamify training or a classroom.
So I still love Kahoot and I use it often but I could love it more if there were a way to align it with google classroom and if there was an efficient way to track performance.
Pros
I still love Kahoot despite missing features that would make me love it more. Kahoot is so easy to use and a great way to build engagement. There are so many games to choose from and if somethings not quite right, games can be very easily edited or even created. Games are so fun to play and even fun to host. Kahoot makes gamification easy for fun, interactive learning for all ages.
Cons
What kahoot is missing, which keeps me from loving it even more, is a way to track performance via google classroom or other educational management systems. Kahoot can be launched with google classroom, but then the data from the games isn't sent back to google classroom. So classroom talks to Kahoot, but for whatever reason Kahoot doesn't talk back to google. I reached out to Kahoot many times about this and I get the same answer that this is not a feature they are interested in providing. What a shame.
What also happens often is players use hurtful and offensive and inappropriate nicknames. This is quite common in schools but can also happen in the workplace. As far as I know, there is no way to track this. Kahoot offers a friendly nickname generator to avoid this, but then there is no way to track performance. So essentially Kahoot which could be so powerful in assessment and training, is simply reduced to a really fun game or just basic enreichment. Again...What a shame.

What you want is to Kahoot!
For the times I have used it, I have found it appropriate and keeps students engaged. Additionally as a teacher I still have full control of the quizzes and can provide feedback with statistics to the students.
Pros
One of the few things that the students really enjoy and for that reason I am drawn to it. That said, I have found it very easy to use and setup.
Cons
It takes time to customise and setup the quizzes and while it has a question bank, it is always better to set up your own questions and this takes time.
Reasons for Switching to Kahoot!
The students seem to enjoy it more than the others but from a teacher's point of view, Kahoot offered me more in terms of providing statistics and feedback to my students in realtime.- Industry: International Affairs

A fun way to make quizes for the class
I think this tool has helped a lot in the learning process of many courses.
Pros
This tool is dynamic and fun, the image and the song are very friendly to the users.
Cons
I think one unlikely feature is that you cannot change your answer once you chose an option. And also the question doesn't appear on the students' screen.

Kahoot provides a quick quiz solution for teachers and friends game nights
Pros
Kahoot is a fantastic tool for creating quick quizzes anywhere, as participants only need a mobile device or computer to join. It's incredibly useful for teachers seeking engaging ways to teach and is perfect for family and friends game nights. The interface is user-friendly, making it relatively easy to create quizzes.
Cons
Sometimes its not easy and fast for everyone to connect to the quiz. I would expect there to be easier ways.

Students love Kahoot! Teachers love Kahoot!
Creating engaging and exciting assessments for students so that I can check for understanding on key concepts.
Pros
Kahoot is a brilliant creation! If you teach in a one-to-one setting or have access to devices, you need to consider using Kahoot right away! Basically, it's a student assessment tool, but you it's a game-like setting, which makes it fun for the students. Here's why I love it:
- First off, students love playing it! The friendly competition is engaging and they are always excited to share what they know in this game.
- It's so easy to set up for teachers. You can create your own Kahoot question sets in a matter of minutes. In maybe 10 minutes you can create a fun, 10-20 question quiz game for your kids. Quick and easy!
- You have the ability to obtain data on your kids! After the Kahoot, you know what your students do or don't know. And then you can use this data to reteach concepts they're struggling with.
- They offer an online library where you can use other question sets created by other teachers. That's extremely handy! Just review what's been created beforehand to make sure it's appropriate for you kids.
- It's always been reliable and worked. I can't say the same for other edtech tools that I consistently use. Kahoot's website just always works!
- They recently offered a team mode which challenges students to collaborate on quizzes. This is a cool update, and I expect to see Kahoot to continue to be cutting edge with their product.
- It's simple to get students "logged in." All that's required is for them to type in a link, enter a number, and add name.
Cons
I am a big fan of Kahoot, so I have nothing to complain about. I would just recommend users to use it wisely. If you want extremely reliable data with little error, you may want to choose another platform. Kahoot encourages students to think and answer quickly, and they may lead them to occasionally select the wrong answer by accident or because of the time feature. You obviously wouldn't use this for a unit test. Similarly, you probably wouldn't use this to pinpoint gaps for individual students. But it is helpful in getting a big picture of gaps of knowledge or trends, if that makes sense. This is also isn't the best tool for tracking data over a long period of time - this is a tool for quick assessments or check-ups. That's not a complaint about Kahoot, just an encouragement for you to use it appropriately!

Kahoot: The Ultimate Quiz Platform
My overall experience with Kahoot has been fantastic; it is an educational platform that allows teachers and students to build and play engaging and interactive learning games. My favorite feature is the possibility for teachers to personalize quizzes and engage students to encourage active engagement in the learning process. It has aided my colleagues and I in developing quizzes, polls, and debates utilizing Kahoot's user-friendly interface, with participants joining the game using a unique PIN on their smartphones. I always find a way to integrate Kahoot into most of my lessons because it lights up the classroom.
Pros
Kahoot's most powerful features are interactive quizzes, gamification, and connection with other programs such as Google Classroom. Kahoot's integration with our educational business is incredible. Students are kept interested by the programme, which includes discussion and collaboration, discussion and analytics, and self-paced learning.
Cons
Kahoot is fantastic, however several characteristics, such as internet reliance, an overemphasis on speed, and inclusion difficulties, may be improved. During LIVE activity, the platform might be rather difficult for new users. Integration into the business was beneficial to the students, but teachers found it difficult due to the time-consuming necessity of customizing quizzes.

Perfect for my sales role!
Pros
Kahoot has been an absolute game-changer for me in my sales role! Its dynamic platform not only engages my clients but also makes presentations interactive and memorable. With Kahoot's extensive range of customizable quizzes and surveys, I can tailor my pitches to suit each client's needs effortlessly. The multiplayer feature adds an element of fun and competitiveness to meetings, keeping clients actively involved throughout. Furthermore, the real-time feedback feature allows me to adapt my strategies on the spot, ensuring that I address any concerns or questions immediately. In short, Kahoot has revolutionized the way I engage with clients, making every interaction impactful and effective.
Cons
While Kahoot is an incredible tool overall, if I had to pinpoint a dislike, it would be the occasional technical glitches during high-traffic times. These hiccups can disrupt the flow of presentations or meetings, causing frustration for both myself and my clients. Though these instances are rare, they can still be inconvenient, especially when trying to make a strong impression. However, I've found that Kahoot's customer support team is responsive and works diligently to resolve any issues promptly. Despite this minor drawback, the benefits of Kahoot far outweigh this occasional inconvenience, and I continue to rely on it for engaging and impactful sales interactions.

Kahoot: The Interactive Quiz Game
Overall, Kahoot is a fresh way to conduct surveys and presentations and I think that it has a lot of potential. I highly recommend businesses to try out Kahoot and see how fun it is.
Pros
While most people associate Kahoot with school, Kahoot is a fun and interactive way to present information, even in a business setting. Kahoot is surprisingly versatile and can be used for research, business training etc. The simplicity of Kahoot is very appealing both for the creator and players. One of the best things is that the player do not require a Kahoot account; all they need is the game pin. Not only this, Kahoot can also collect open ended answers which can be very useful at times, especially when doing market research. The Pro version is great because it comes with templates, quick polls and puzzles. For business use, you can create a presentation with interactive questions sprinkled throughout, which really adds a fun level of interactivity to the presentation.
Cons
Occasionally, there can be issues if the internet connection is poor which is rather annoying as it can cause disconnections. Kahoot can also be somewhat limiting if you want to make more complicated questions because of the strict character limit.

Kahoot: A Fun and Engaging Way to Assess Engagement and Learn
Overall, Kahoot is a popular and well-regarded game-based learning platform that can be a useful tool for educators and trainers looking to engage and motivate their students or employees. It should be used for quick learning and assessment as it doesn't have the most complex features to analyze user data.
Pros
Kahoot is a fun and engaging way to review and learn, which can make it more appealing to students than traditional methods of learning. The platform is easy to use and has a user-friendly interface, making it accessible to educators and students of all ages. Kahoot allows users to create and customize their own quizzes and games, which can help make learning more personalized and relevant. Kahoot can be used in a variety of settings, including classrooms, meetings, and events, making it a versatile tool for educators and trainers.
Cons
Kahoot requires an internet connection to use, which may be a limitation in some settings. The platform can be slow to load or experience performance issues. Kahoot is not always suitable for more advanced or complex learning content, as the focus is more on review and reinforcement rather than in-depth exploration.

Kahoot: one of my favourite ways to learn, teach and have fun
To sum up, this software is a great way to have fun and play games, but it also fosters great learning opportunities. Apart from a few glitches in the system from time to time, this software is perfect. Moreover, the fact that Kahoot is not only a website, but is also an app, makes it perfect to take on the go and have on you at all times (which is such a helpful aspect).
Pros
The thing that I love most about this software is that users are able to create polls with different types of answers for free. I believe that it is a great way to enhance the learning process. A lot of my teachers in high school, as well as college, have used Kahoot as a way to keep us students engaged. It is a great asset to use in the method of interactive learning. Apart from using it in school, I have also used it to have fun with friends. I have created many quizzes that pertain to me and my friend group specifically which always leaves us having a good time. This leads me to the next thing that I absolutely love about this website/app: it is entirely customizable. I am able to create a quiz based on any topic I like. I also love that there is a search bar where I am able to look up any topic and find quizzes based on that topic (and these are all quizzes made by other users which I think is fantastic).
Cons
I think the thing that I like least about this software is that it does glitch from time to time. For example, when I am answering a quiz live and I have answered a question correctly and within the allocated time given, the system will tell me that I answered the question incorrectly. However, these glitches don't happen very often which is something I am very thankful for.

Best group based learning tool
As a writer, the use of Kahoot is one of the best and cheapest ways of gauging the engagement of an idea from a younger audience. In this respect, Kahoot is a unique and irreplaceable app. In a formal setting, however, steer clear as it is undoubtably inappropriate.
Pros
Accessible in almost every environment. Helpful in a classroom environment or when teaching a large group of younger people. Very useful software to gamify learning and when paired with effective teaching of large content. Great way to receive somewhat reliable data from a young audience in regard to creative themes. UI is colourful and with fun music keeps engagement high in younger audiences.
Cons
Unsuitable for use in a formal business environment. Limited application outside of education or taking "surveys" from younger audiences. When discussing business it is undoubtedly inappropriate. Whilst it is possible to use Kahoot is a way to gauge the engagement of ideas form a younger audience, each idea must be individually entered in the "question bank" which can be time consuming.

Go-To Lesson Activity!
I used Kahoot at least one time each lesson to review vocabulary words, complete fill-in-the-blank questions, and review cultural concepts presented in the lesson. I use the results of this fun quiz-game activity to determine wether the students have mastered key concepts of the lesson or not and I make decisions on future lessons based on that data.
Pros
I love how easy this software is to navigate as a teacher and it's even more intuitive for students. You are able to create your own interactive quiz games to fit your lesson plans, or you can search for games already made by other teachers on the same topic. I have taken advantage of that feature several times when I was lesson planning on a time crunch. You are also able to use fun pictures and the software plays fun game-show music that really contributes to a fun learning environment. Another amazing feature Kahoot offers is an option to look through the results of the quiz game when it is over in order to determine which students have mastered certain concepts and which still need more practice. It helps me greatly with the pacing of my lessons.
Cons
The only complaint I have about this software is that students are allowed to chose their own name. I do like that students are given that freedom, but not all students chose the most appropriate names. So, I would love to see an "assigned name" option for classes that may not handle the freedom to chose their own name as well as others.

Kahoot!
My overall experience with Kahoot is always amazing! Everytime I use it I always do better on my exams, which improves my overall grade in the class! I highly recommend Kahoot and I will continue to use this software.
Pros
A feature that I love about Kahoot is that not everything has to be a competition, this software can be broken down into groups, which is super helpful. This software is really easy to use and I also love that my grades has been improving with this because my professor uses Kahoot to review before an exam, which helps me do better during the exams! I absolutely love this so much!
Cons
One feature I hope to improve in the future is that Kahoot needs Wifi in order to participate, but all schools usually have Wifi so It does not bother me at all. Also, it is understandable that this sotware needs wifi. I still love using this and always recommend this to all my professors when using a software to review exams.

Kahoot has changed classroom learning
It adds an interactive element to the classroom and also gives students a fun language learning tool that they can use outside the classroom via Canvas. It can be used in both a synchronous and asynchronous environment which has really helped students who aren’t able to attend in class lessons. It also needs to be noted that I currently have a paid account thanks to grant money and this has given me a lot more variety and more options in what I can offer students.
Pros
Kahoot is one of my students’ favorite activities to the point they ask to play it. Even though it’s a game it gives me a good idea of what my students know, what we need to review, and which students are getting left behind. There are also options on paid accounts that give me more flexibility in how I assess my students.
Cons
Getting a quiz setup can be time consuming especially if you want it to look nice, complete with pictures. Also, to get the most use out of Kahoot a paid account is required. The basic account has extremely limited options
and when my grant-funded paid account expires I already know I’m going to feel the loss of all the options I currently have access to. I’m also not sure how to seamlessly connect it to Canvas without the Kahoot! expiring if it’s not a paid account.

Best Gamified Learning Platform
I have done 10+ Events with Kahoot, just to make the event more interactive by making the live Quiz game, and every time it added a lot of value to my session. I haven't explored the new features but still the Quiz on is my favorite and the customer support is really great.
Pros
The best platform to make learning fun, Especially the Quiz sections. The level of customization you can do on the platform is really great. This is the major feature I like. Kahoot+ & Drops is an amazing way to do collaborate and learn a new language. Can use this for training in the institution very effectively using Kahoot.
Cons
When comes to subscription it's bit expensive, and loading takes time, would prefer a fast loading mostly. Though you can do most of the customization free version limits users in trying the new features. The new product update blog is great but would prefer step by step instructions.

Great for educational learning
Great platform where one can easily make a Kahoot to play or use an existing Kahoot. I would recommend it to teachers and students who want to make studying a bit more fun!
Pros
The quick paced and catchy music keeps players interested in playing and hopefully winning the game. I feel like the score count after each question motivates students/players to complete their part in studying. The process of making a Kahoot! is very simple and students can make kahoots to share and play with each other. Kahoot! is a great way for students to discover gaps in their knowledge when studying for a test. They can note down which questions they have missed and at a later date go back and review those questions.
In addition, there are already a ton of Kahoots! made on all kinds of topics (science, history, english, math, languages, hobbies) so if a user didn't have enough time to make a Kahoot, they could use one that has already been made.
Cons
I don't really have anything negative to say about Kahoot!! Growing up, my teachers have always used it for my classes and as I have students of my own, I like to create Kahoots or use pre-made Kahoots as a fun way or learning for the students!

Kahoot-A Necessary Tool in the Primary Classroom
If you’re looking to engage students while practicing or reviewing content, Kahoot is it! The gamified point system is fantastic. My kiddos love the little fire emoji or message that so and so is on a streak!
Pros
As an elementary teacher, I’ve been using Kahoot with students for at least 5 years. For me, it is an incredible tool to use in the classroom to boost student engagement. I find the website very easy to navigate. I am always able to find just what I’m looking for within minutes. If I can’t find a Kahoot that fits my needs, I can easily tweak an existing one or create my own. I love the collaboration with companies to provide engaging content, like the Disney Kahoots! I primarily use Kahoot to informally assess student understanding of topics, and I frequent use it as a review tool. Students love Kahoot! They love the point system and the scoreboard. Some of my students even create their own Kahoots to share with one another during recess. I love that a basic account is free, yet also appreciate that a paid plan is affordable. I would definitely consider using Kahoot as an engagement platform when presenting to or teaching adults as well!
Cons
Honestly, I can’t even think of an area in which Kahoot could improve. I will say that over the years I’ve had some students experience glitching on the site or app that ended up freezing their device and thus preventing them from moving forward in our Kahoots. This is rare though and I trust Kahoot is actively working to identify and fix these bugs!

Kahoot Review
I am in a teaching profession and I also work in the HR department, Kahoot has proved to be really helpful to me as it enables me to perform multiple tasks and makes it easier for me to complete my day to day work in less time .
I am a very satisfied user.
Pros
I am an educator and as such I realize the importance of Gamification and interactive learning. Kahoot is exactly that platform, it provides you every necessary feature you can think of, right from making interesting quizzes that helps you and others to learn together and exchange your knowledge in a fun way, to polls that help you collect statistical data and conduct surveys.
Cons
When multiple players are connected to the same platform, the wifi connection must be strong or else it would not work.
