Meaningful full marketing app for startups
As an early startup, i used your product for sending bulk email. So features like bounce rate, click rate helped me to understand a lot
Pros
All the features are useful, especially ability to design email/wa templates.
The learning curve is low, making product usable
Cons
I think if i have the ability to select number of users to bulk send, that would be great

Best choice for woocommerce stores
My overall experience with Brevo has been excellent. It’s the best CRM platform I've used for WooCommerce. I’ve noticed significant improvements and evolution in the platform since its days as Sendinblue, making it even more powerful and user-friendly.
Pros
What I like most about Brevo is the unlimited contacts, the ease of segmentation, and the excellent e-commerce data integration, which works really well as part of a CRM.
Cons
I like least about Brevo is the loading of unnecessary resources in e-commerce, the lack of clarity about the billing process, and the limited automation features for push notifications. Additionally, some features that could be available in the Pro plan, especially those related to e-commerce, are only offered in the more expensive plan.
Reasons for Switching to Brevo
The option to have unlimited contacts and only be charged for the emails sent was a key deciding factor for me. This pricing model is highly beneficial for managing larger lists without worrying about escalating costs- Industry: Fine Art

Solid support and growth potential for independent business owners
I'm very happy to stay with Brevo as my emailing platform, despite the minor issues I've experienced. Customer support is quick to respond and always does their best to understand the problem and offer solutions - even if there is not always an easy resolve. I appreciate the fact that the platform is always improving and takes feedback into consideration. There's a good supply of self-help articles and easy channels for submitting a ticket or chatting to Customer Support. The Dashboard can sometimes be a bit confusing and difficult to navigate but on the whole it is user-friendly. Mostly I appreciate the fact that as a non-paying customer (at present, with hopes to grow a subscriber list so that I can afford a paid account) I have not felt marginalised, and feel equally welcome and supported on the platform.
Pros
Brevo offers a range of options for both free and paying customers to communicate effectively with their clients/subscribers, and manage their contact lists. As an indie business owner, Brevo has made it possible for me to establish a reliable reputation with my subscribers by offering information in clean, fresh designs and with good deliverability rates.
Cons
I've experienced most challenges on Brevo with the automation system. As far as I know, this is constantly being worked on and upgraded - unfortunately, it has led to some deliverability issues, 'broken' chains in the automation flow, and made it necessary for me to find manual work-arounds.
Reasons for Choosing Brevo
Previous product was too limited in terms of email design/templates, did not offer as much range on the free option (especially in terms of the amount of contacts allowed)Switched From

Great value software
It’s great value and facilitates you in creating great campaigns once you get through the verification process which is likely to take time
Pros
It’s bang for its buck and ease in creating campaigns
Cons
I struggled to get verified when creating the account which took a while to get resolved

An excellent alternative to larger brands
We made the switch to Brevo from a well-known large e-marketing platform and we found the ease of use better, the design capabilities better and the quality of customer service better, it was also 1/10th of the price and allowed us to expand our contacts further than the bounds of our previous subscription. Despite it having some way to go in extra features, it is a good starting platform and the customer service team are excellent and efficient.
Pros
Value for money is excellent, the customer support is great and it is really easy to create excellent-looking campaigns, the templates are nice and there is room for lots of customisation.
Cons
I wish they had more functions to separate mailing lists, with the ability to create different brand libraries and have them assigned to certain lists. I run multiple campaigns with different brands and having to re-do the brand library every time is frustrating.
Reasons for Choosing Brevo
Cost, capabilities and design mostly. We were paying lots of money for mailchimp but felt like we weren't getting the level of service we needed. Brevo having no contacts cap and a wider range of design options made it the ideal choice for us. We are a small independent company and value the customer service we get from brevo.Switched From

Best SMTP service ever
I've been using Brevo for a very long time, even before they changed their name (Sendinblue). I’ve tried many other similar services, but every time I faced technical issues (emails not sending, etc.), and more importantly, the services either stopped offering premium accounts or simply reduced their limits. Brevo is one of the only ones that respects its users. Plus, its integration is super easy, whether it’s on WordPress or a regular website.
Pros
Brevo is one of the only providers offering free SMTP with a generous limit! With a free account, you can do a lot of things. I've never had any issues with Brevo, and I say Bravo to them for never changing their pricing for free users.
Cons
I find it a shame that you can't have a single account to manage multiple sites. I would've liked it to be a bit like Cloudflare, where you have one account and can add as many sites as you want, and go premium either for all the sites or per site. Because right now, I have to create a separate account for each site, and it’s not practical.

My digital wingman for smart newsletters and automation.
Above all, this tool has made the creation and management of our newsletter campaigns much easier. No time wasted and it is more accurate.
Pros
Brevo simply delivers. Whether it's about launching a newsletter campaign or managing complex automations. The user interface is so intuitive that even the newest of users can find their way around immediately. When it comes to automation, Brevo really won me over.
Cons
As much as I appreciate Brevo, there are a few things that need improvement. The learning curve for some of the more advanced features should not be underestimated. It would be great if you were given a little more guidance with more complex tasks.

Great, needs to proceed as such in the future
Generally very positive. I'd like to see the ecommerce section functionality expanded more.
Pros
The newsletter editor, and the UI in general is clean and functional. If there are implemented features, they are usually comprehensive.
Cons
I'm not exactly sure if Brevo follows the needs of us, its users, when introducing new features. There are more e-mail oriented features that would be welcome. For example, darkmode e-mail client management.

I use the tool every week. It is fast, intuitive and efficient. It meets my needs.
Pros
I like the facility to use. It's very easy to learn how to use Brevo, and it's efficient.
I like the designer tool for emailing campaign. It's intuitive.
Cons
I find that the unsubscribe options are too limited. I would like it to be possible for those who receive our emails to unsubscribe from one list, without unsubscribing from another. Rights management could also be improved.

Game Changer
Overall, SendinBlue has been a huge game changer for our company. I have been doing the email marketing for over 5 years and with our previous provider it was a time-suck for little result. I'm happy that there are constantly updates and changes being made to stay current and enhance the features available. Not only has SendInBlue saved me a ton of time, it has really increased the value of our email marketing program.
Pros
It's overall ease of use was a big pro when I first saw it, but I think the selling point for me was the contact management capabilities. The ability to keep all of our lists in one place and be able to filter for certain contacts has changed the way that we market and has made the process of personalizing one hundred times easier.
Cons
Being the analytics person for the company, I am disappointed with the limited abilities of pulling our results.

The best choice when it comes to small business email marketing
The software works well, the price is fair, I haven't had any issues at any point. Previously, I have used another (very popular) software with some earlier projects, and it was a nightmare to find what I wanted from their interface. Send in Blue interface is simple and well-thought.
Pros
We use Send in Blue to send occasional e-mail newsletters and marketing campaigns. The campaign builder works well; everything is easy to understand. I really appreciate the segmentation possibilities, that are even available for free accounts. Previously, I had to pay a lot to another software manufacturer due to ridiculous limits regarding segmentation and lists. I rather pay for the emails I send. Send in Blue is perfect from this point of view.
Cons
The software could have more integration options to the other tools I use, but I am aware that those are not the most common so I understand.
Reasons for Choosing Brevo
Mailchimp interface is a UI nightmare, you cannot find anything unless you are constantly using it and remembering the hierarchy of the submenus. Especially some settings are buried so deep that I much rather pay for a consultant than do it by myself. On top of that, there were some (in my opinion) ridiculous limitations when it comes to segmentation, lists and email amounts. I was super-happy to leave Mailchimp behind for good.Switched From

Excellent choice for light use email marketing
I was delighted with my experience using sendinblue, their customer service is absolutely amazing, professional and personable.
The affordability made it an ideal choice for our firm as we do use email marketing, however we don't use it frequently enough to justify paying a high subscription price.
Sendinblue is easy to use.
We do not have a dedicated marketing team so it's vital that my team and I can easily learn to use the software, and use it well enough to see results.
Sendinblue is the best low cost software I've used in this category, again my experience was wonderful.
The only drawback is that if you're a large company, or use this service quite frequently or heavily, you may be disappointed by the services offered.
Pros
Sendinblue is affordable and easy to use. I was able to set up sendinblue with ease.
For businesses who don't use a great deal of email marketing it is ideal and convenient.
It offers email automation, email templates with drag and drop, and online learning tools to help you get the most out of sendinblue.
Helpful insights and detailed analytics are available and allow us to improve our email marketing.
Another great tool is contact management.
Overall sendinblue has all the tools for our business needs.
Cons
The only con is that it lacks some of the extra services that other products offer. While this is not a concern for us at this time, in the future that may change and of course some businesses need those extra features.
Reasons for Choosing Brevo
When comparing the setup and ease of use for both products, plus how well it suits our needs, sendinblue was the clear choice.Switched From

Sendinblue. For those that want an all in one solution for mail, marketing, list management
Before Send in blue I had dabbled with mailchimp and found it so hard to do anything and all the time being punished with the financial hits of the charges. Once I signed up for Sendinblue the whole mailshot, landing page, website to data opt in became a breeze. Anytime I faltered I went back to the sendinblue videos or course. Everything is a delight to do and creating a campaign less painful than before and the deliverability is high. A true winner of an experience.
Pros
Send in Blue makes is easy to mark out and make a plan of action so you know what you want to do. From the campaign email through to the landing page, to the sign ups and all integrated nicely with my wordpress website and Elementor. As it is all in one place you can skip in and out and work on components and filter and sort the emails. Make a list of what you want and Send in Blue has it somewhere. I even took a certified course in send in blue on marketing automation using send in blue (free course).
Cons
The only downside to Sendinblue for me was my lack of knowledge. However Sedin blue top the rescue with their free courses. Now I invested a few days of y time doing them and in the process the light bulb came on on what I needed to do. Once I got it, those training courses were the perfect tutor, they not only taught me automation and everything else, better, they did it so I could do what I learnt in the Sendinblue dashboard. Brevo: Is it worth the Investment or No
Well in summary, Brevo, formerly known as Sendinblue, presents a compelling solution for businesses that are in dire need of versatile marketing automation and an email marketing platform. I'm also one of the owners of a business in need of this service.
With its user-friendly interface, robust automation capabilities, and competitive pricing, Brevo seamlessly caters to a broad spectrum of users. Despite the minor drawbacks that I mentioned earlier, Brevo's strengths make it a strong contender in the market, especially for organizations looking for an affordable and feature-rich marketing solution.
If you ask me, Brevo is a well-rounded platform that maintains a balance between functionality and accessibility. This makes it a solid choice for businesses aiming to elevate their digital marketing efforts.
Pros
User-Friendly Interface:
First of all, I love the simplicity of the design of the new user-friendly and intuitive Brevo interface; particularly the light-green feel of the Homepage and dashboard.
Another striking thing there is their deliberate use of abundant white spaces; this does not only make the platform appear super-classy but it also makes it very easy for both beginners and experienced marketers alike to easily understand the system and make proper use of it. The drag-and-drop editor simplifies the process of creating engaging email campaigns without requiring extensive technical skills.
Email Deliverability:
One of Brevo's standout features is its robust email deliverability- anyone who uses the platform can attest to this. I've been using Brevo for over 3 years now (from when it was still known as Sendinblue). The platform employs advanced algorithms to optimize email delivery, minimizing the chances of messages ending up in spam folders (provided you use a custom email eg info@yourwebsitedotcom, and also verify you domain). This is crucial for ensuring that your messages reach the intended audience.
Automation Capabilities:
Brevo excels in automation, when it comes to automation, I give it to them. The system allows you to set up workflows for various scenarios. From welcome sequences to abandoned cart reminders, the automation features enable businesses to streamline their marketing processes and engage with customers at the right time. What's more interesting is the fact that even if you don't know how to use Brevo and need a little help, you can access training videos on Brevo's YouTube channel to help you get started.
Affordability:
The platform's pricing structure is competitive, especially for small to medium-sized businesses. Brevo also offers a free plan with basic features and affordable paid plans that scale with the user's needs even though that amount (Starter $25, Business $65, and BrevoPlus placed at custom price) is still a bit on the high side for some of us in Africa due to exchange, inflation and a whole lot of other pressing factors.
This makes it an attractive option for budget-conscious organizations (especially those in the big 5).
Comprehensive Marketing Suite:
Brevo is not limited to just email marketing; it's a comprehensive marketing suite with an array of marketing tools. Users can leverage features such as:
- SMS marketing
- Chat
- & CRM integration, creating a unified platform for managing various aspects of their marketing strategy.
Analytics and Reporting:
The platform also provides detailed analytics and reporting tools, offering insights into the performance of email campaigns. Users can track key metrics in real-time, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Cons
Learning Curve for Advanced Features:
It is true that Brevo is user-friendly, however, mastering its more advanced features may take some time (this is the reason I'll advise avy new user to get some help from their YouTube channel. Users looking to harness the full potential of the platform may need to invest additional effort in learning and experimentation.
Limited Design Flexibility:
Although the drag-and-drop editor is very convenient, some super-creative users might find the design flexibility limiting. Customizing templates beyond the provided options may require HTML/CSS knowledge, which could be a drawback for those without coding expertise.
Contact Management Complexity:
Managing contacts and segmentation could be more streamlined. Some users may find the contact management interface less intuitive compared to other platforms, especially when dealing with larger contact lists.
Template Selection:
While Brevo offers a variety of templates, the selection might not be as extensive as some other competitors. Users who are keen on getting some highly specialized or niche templates may find themselves needing to create custom designs; this is exactly what I do any time I want to create a campaign.

Brevo uses hidden policies to decide who gets to be a customer
Brevo was easy to sign up, pay, and set up the SMTP links, but then a huge frustration to communicate except through a support agent that always had to send the information to another team. I understand the need to ensure email quality - but refusing to work with a client in any way is a horrible practice. It shows me that even if we had been a client for months, years, or since their inception (without any reason shared with us) that we could just be cut off and shunned.
Pros
Brevo appeared to have all the features we wanted
Cons
Brevo blocked us within hours of using the service without much of any notice sent to our administrator. They reviewed our email content with scrutiny and sent us screen shots asking what the intent of a specific email - which clearly based on its headers were sent to us and forwarded to a gmail account for a particular user. We also host an addiction recovery client whose emails may contain private and sometimes descriptive information about an addiction - we were also asked about those emails.

Best decision we've made!
Moving to Sendinblue has been the best marketing decision we've made in the last 2-3 years. Our delivery rates have improved, retention has gone up and we've averaging an open rate of 58% compared to 36% when we were using our previous platform (Mailchimp).
On a few occasions we've needed to contact support, for advice. The support function at Sendinblue has been faultless. Responses are fast and they can't do enough to assist you... again unlike 'other' platforms where you wait up to 72 hours even for an initial response!...Which really hinders marketing
We recommend Sendinblue to any/all organisations, regardless of size, who want a self-intuitive marketing platform, that does everything you want it to with a support department that ARE actually there everyday to support you
Pros
The Dashboard is excellent, giving a complete overview of all your campaign statistics as well as single line clickable 'top line stats' of your individual campaigns
Creating a campaign could not be simpler, with very easy click & drag modules to build your campaign exactly how you want it
Once you have sent your campaign, with either a 'send now' or a scheduled time/date send, the reporting is excellent. The usual stats are included, for example total sends, successful sends, opens, click throughs, soft/hard bounces, click throughs etc. But the addition of metrics such as average time to open, average time to click, total and unique clicks plus a timeline gives you everything you would want to see. The reporting for us is one of the strongest features
Automation is a great addition, where workflows can be created that trigger actions such as send email or sms based on conditions or events - Sendinblue even includes an sms engine to engage with clients even more
Cons
Having sent numerous campaigns, trying different formats and schedules, we are yet to find anything we don't like or think that could be improved

Great UI, rock solid functionality and features
SendInBlue is a swiss army knife multi-tool that gives small businesses access to marketing, FB campaigns, Chat, Transactional, List Management and CRM all in one package.
Pros
What I love about SendInBlue is the ease of setup. Once you register, you can easily find what you're looking for. We do a lot of email marketing for our law association but do a lot more transactional emails. The SMTP features are easy to find and implement.
Cons

All-in-one email marketing tool for Small Businesses.
The general encounters with them are extraordinary, I generally find new things and figure out how to give the best for myself and my customers. The great encouraging group of people gives me the certainty that I can proceed to develop and develop together, in the organizations I do and the administrations I offer to different organizations.
Pros
Sendinblue premium engages the business to grow new associations through auto publicizing, email advancing, esteem based messages, messages, visit customer associations with the heads, Facebook notices, and retargeting advancements. It's constrained by a-list customer gatherings and offers to assess plans. It's created on me who I to some degree like the finished thing - the clean, dependably checked messages that go to my patients to banter with them reasonably. I like how basic it's to make messages and incorporate contacts. We basically required the best way to deal with talk with our customers even more effectively. It is anything but difficult to use with a minor expectation to absorb information. At whatever point you are trapped, client assistance has been astounding every single time! Normally, message them through FB Messenger and they have answered inside a day. That is truly what separates them as I would see it! May be "less expensive" choices around yet this is priceless!
