User Friendly Software
Striven has excellent customer service and my account manager is always prompt to reply to my emails and calls.
Pros
I enjoyed the ease of use of the Striven platform as the software is relatively simple. I also like that the dashboard is customizable to find what you need at a glance.
Cons
What the software offers is great, but there are a few other features I would like to see offered in the future.

Lots of Functions All In One Program
Pros
There is a lot to like about Striven. It gives us our sales, inventory, human relations and more all in one spot.
Cons
The issue I have is that if a customer has the same name as another customer you receive a notice about a possible contact already in the database (which is good). However, you are unable to quickly check if it is the same customer or a different one without either opening a new tab or deleting all of the information you have just entered.Joshua Myres

Extremely Robust and Dynamic
Everyone within the company has been extremely helpful and responsive. The different departments worked very well together to pass along information that had been given so that our company did not have to constantly repeat information for the integration. They answer our questions quickly and accurately and we have had essentially zero hiccups along the way.
Pros
This software has everything a business would need all in one place. Too many times do companies find themselves needing a handful of different software programs to organize their different departments. Striven takes all those major departments and stores it in one place, which makes it significantly easier to track, organize, and provide the information needed.
Cons
There are so many features it can be a bit intimidating to learn for a user who is used to much less.

Our parent company is an automotive dealer, which used dealership accounting to manage our books. This was not conducive to our needs and was grossly overpriced for far less options. Striven is an exciting new player in the ERP/CRM space for small businesses.
On a scale from 1 to 10 --- an 11!
Pros
There are so many positives that come to mind about this cloud-based software. First, the Striven employees are amazing and thoroughly know their product/service. Two, the speed of the software is blazing fast! Three, the Customer Portal feature is easy to use and the way it is setup, our employees will be able to assist our customers in navigating the portal. Fourth, the software is extremely robust and not "buggy" at all; it's a solid system. Fifth, the accounting system is easy to use and full of most of the features a small business would need. Sixth, the Striven software is affordable for small businesses.
Cons
Lack of Outlook/Gmail built-in email integration like some of the other CRMs on the market. Hopefully, that will change soon. More interconnectability with other software. Need more merchant account integration choices -- at least 2 or 3.

Revolutionizing Project Management with Striven
My overall experience with Striven has been mixed. On one hand, the software is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to find the tools and features I need. Additionally, the software has a lot of useful features that have helped me to streamline my workflow and be more productive. On the other hand, there are a few things that I did not like about Striven. One of the biggest issues I had was with the software's customer support. I had a few technical issues that I needed help with, and it took several days for them to get back to me. This was frustrating and slowed down my work. Additionally, I found that the software's reporting capabilities were a bit lacking. I would have liked to see more detailed reports and more customization options.
Pros
One of the things I liked most about Striven software is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. The layout is simple and easy to navigate, making it easy for me to quickly find the features and tools I need. The software also offers a wide range of customization options, allowing me to tailor it to my specific needs and preferences. Overall, I found Striven software to be a powerful and versatile tool that helped me to improve my productivity and achieve my goals. The software is packed with features and functions that are designed to meet the needs of a wide range of users, and it is easy to use and customize. If you're looking for a powerful and flexible software solution, I would highly recommend Striven.
Cons
One of the things I liked least about Striven software was its lack of customization options. While the software had a lot of great features, I found that it was difficult to tailor it to my specific needs and preferences. Additionally, I found the user interface to be a bit clunky and unintuitive, which made it difficult to navigate and use the software effectively. Another issue I had with Striven was the lack of customer support. When I had questions or encountered problems, I found it difficult to get in touch with someone who could help me. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility and support offered by Striven.

Striven Works Well for our Company
Pros
One of my favorite elements of Striven is how responsive the development team is to our needs. When we reach out to them about a change or addition to the system that could help us do our jobs better they listen. They continually update and enhance Striven to make it work for their customers, which we really appreciate.
Cons
I wish the Reports element of the system was improved. I've run into issues where I cannot generate a report with all of the information I need encompassed in a single report.

Striven has it all!
Pros
Striven is such a versatile platform. We were able to stop using multiple products and combine all aspects of our business into one location. I love the YouTube videos because they do such a thorough job helping you explore the product.
Cons
Because I primarily handle the finances for our organization, I wish Striven provided a cleaner integration with Quickbooks.

Better & Better...
Striven just keeps getting better and better. Monthly updates come out with little improvements that you never knew you needed or they are updates that are added to Striven based on a suggestion. How wonderful that you say, it would be great if this could happen and within a month or two the change has been made.
The customer service is also second to none. I recently reached out to my go to girl at Striven, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], for an issue that ended up being a gmail issue and not Striven. She patiently worked with me to investigate and come up with a solution for me. The people at Striven are the best part.
Pros
All aspects of our orders/work can be easily tracked and everything is related from invoices to customers, tasks to the work crew, quotes from our vendors, purchase orders, completion documents, etc. It keeps all of our projects and jobs totally organized and it gives us a snapshot of profitability of each job.
The other think is the ease of use. We just bought on a new Project Manager who would prefer never to turn on a computer. We should him what he needed to do on Striven for his work and he was immediately hooked. The nervousness of being on our system went away the first day he was using Strvien
Cons
Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around. We mentioned it to Striven and they loved the idea and now we hope to see this change in an upcoming release.

Very Easy to Use
Pros

Cons

Excellent value
Pros
It has an incredible amount of features for the money and there is no license level, meaning one user license gives you access to everything. Many other products require you to buy additional items to get more features. Having the project management / time tracking system live in the same place as a full accounting product is a *huge* help.
Cons
It could use some UX help as some things aren't always very intuitive. We found a few tasks in our older system were easier to reason about, but overall the UX is decent.

Multi Use Product
I have had a great experience working with Striven. Working with the team is easy. They are open to suggestions and willing to share ideas for enhancements.
Pros
The ability to have my HR, Customer Service and Finance needs handled all in one platform. I can limit access within the settings so each team is only viewing what is absolutely necessary. The constant enhancements that always being done to improve the software.
Cons
Limitations with reporting and ability to search can be cumbersome.

Growing into striven
we just finished our first fiscal year with striven, clients, receipts, jobs are all in and we couldn't be happier. Purchasing Striven ahead of time is going to make it so much easier to grow without data migration and I can grow into additional features/functions to suit my business needs with each growth stage. [sensitive content hidden] was phenomenal through the process and was a huge part of me joining. The level of communication and support has been fantastic. I'm looking forward to reducing my role in other areas of he business so I can spend more time in Striven and how I can better use it to serve my team better.
Pros
The support is next level. Fairly easy to maneuver in Striven and only had to learn a few tasks/clicks that seamed foreign to my experience with other CRM software.
Cons
when choosing a category like clients or vendors it doesn't automatically give you a list. you have to click the search button to populate the list which is an unnecessary step for me.

Using Striven is Super Easy!
Pros
I love how easy the program is to use! I have to submit PO's on a daily basis and Striven allows me to do so smoothly.
Cons
I dislike that Striven will crash sometimes. There have been times where I'll try to submit a PO for processing and the program won't let me submit due to issues on their end. This doesn't happen often though!

Onboarding - No buyers remorse
Second month into the onboarding process and while slow and detailed we can see how good the end result will be. The support team is very dependable.
Pros
There is a ton of functionality that we haven't tapped into yet. Right now we are a month in to the process and the team charged with training us have been very good. It is too early to discuss the benefits but to this point we do not regret our choice.
Cons
There are a ton of features and the set up is detailed. It would be nice if there was a manual that pointed you in the right direction but there support team is incredibly responsive and has answered all of my questions in real time.
