It is easy to assign tasks within the team using ClickUp
ClickUp has been a huge help in terms of keeping track of everything that needs doing within the company, from scheduling meetings and updating calendars to keeping track of individual projects. Our team managers are able to keep tabs on everything with the Watcher function.
Pros
ClickUp is helpful in many ways; for starters, it allows us to create and keep track of projects with ease. It comes with a variety of functions, such as a nighttime mode. Other than that, we have access to a variety of dashboards and layouts. It's one of a kind and simple to use thanks to its built-in calendar and reminders.
Cons
For an untested group, the process of adoption can present several obstacles. In many cases, we still don't know what the optimal course of action is when it comes to automating tasks. There is a wide variety of options for controlling alerts that can be changed or removed.

Effective and scalable project management software
It's convenient to be able to chain actions together and prevent one from being finished until another is. If you want to keep tabs on your team's stats but don't want to spend hours poring through Excel, this dashboard is for you. I hope there will be a wide variety of widgets in the near future.
Pros
Having the flexibility to use Clickup for purposes beyond project management. Using it to oversee several different divisions. For instance, IT management includes overseeing all IT-related roadmaps, assets, procedures, and Software updates. We have automated our systems to the point where we no longer have to bother about routine tasks like ensuring that our contracts are up for renewal.
Cons
Formulas lose some of their usefulness in some contexts, and that bothers me. Having access to a real-time log of automations would also be helpful for testing purposes. The ability to arrange automations rather than just appending them to a list is also desirable.

Was okay
The overall experience using ClickUp was average based 6 months of use
Pros
Clickup was okay to use - it got the job intended done (project management) - good color coding and getting better
Cons
ClickUp took a while to figure out and was not as user friendly as I hopped. I would be interested in other platforms

The Name Says it All
Pros
I not only recommend this to clients as a consultant, I actually use it for managing my own projects. I really love having an all in one solution for managing tasks that allowed for some creativity and versatility. Click up has a great deal of functionality and features, some of which I’m still learning to master so while it can seem overwhelming, they make work flow processes far less daunting. Customer service has been great the few time’s I’ve had issues. Love the integrations available but need to master use.
Cons
The learning curve is a bit more steep if you desire to maximize functionality/use. I have yet to use all of the functions but of what I have used, there isn’t much I don’t like. Learning to manage notifications was key because of the frequency but overall no complaints.
Reasons for Choosing ClickUp

Clickup is a fantastic daily organization tool
I use ClickUp for my own company and in my collaborations with other businesses. With ClickUp, I am able to assist businesses in simplifying their workflow and task management processes. Businesses lose money due to inefficiency when employees spend too much time deliberating what they should do next.
Pros
The simplicity with which I can adapt the basic format to suit the needs of each business I work with. The framework is straightforward and flexible enough to let you design your ideal approach to managing projects.
Cons
Having so many potential outcomes is sometimes overwhelming. Despite appearances, there is often a substantial learning curve associated with using this software. You ought to pause for a while and plan everything out beforehand.

My experience with Clickup
My experience with Clickup is that it's a very comprehensive platform with multiple features that greatly assist our remote company in coordinating, providing clarity, peace of mind, and organization. It empowers us to know what to do and promotes autonomy. In general, all its aspects add significant value to the team. However, I must mention that it's a bit complex to grasp initially and has a steep learning curve. Nevertheless, since we use it daily, users gradually adapt. I understand that organizing so many functionalities can be complex, but I would appreciate a simpler design with less information saturation.

A good option, looking forward to see where it evolves.
A relationship of love and hate. It helps us organise the work of a large group of translators all over the world, but for my own business tasks I find it overly complex and its interface does not help. It is cumbersome for certain tasks.
Pros
I use it daily in a group of translators and it is an indispensable tool. Powerful. Very good alerts to stay on top of the tasks assigned to you.
Cons
An environment that is lagging far behind in terms of user interface. I know they are in beta on the new one, looking forward to seeing it. It gets complex for simple things.

Been using it for about 4 years now. Think that says enough.
Pros
It has an API. For each user you pay for you can have additional guests so customers can log in and manage tasks. The system is generally intuitive
Cons
It's both an up and a down. There are regular updates which is good but then parts of the system that you get used to get updated and change

ClickUp is one of the best and easy project management tools ever I use.
We feel very convenient to use these great tools. In terms of project management, ClickUp can be the best solution for any small, mid-level, or large company. ClickUp is superb in contrast to other project management tools. Even the free version can be okay for any small company. We love these tools. I will definitely recommend it to others to try it.
Pros
We love ClickUp very much. It's really outstanding to manage a project and collaborate with your team. It's lots of features and the functionality is so easy to use, any non-techy person can use it without having a vast knowledge of project management tools. Asana on Steroids
Pros
Features
Not only is ClickUp more robust than other management softwares on the market it is more visually appealing. The commitment to providing different templates instead of taking a silly "minimalist" approach that seems to be trendy everywhere even in areas/industries where it doesn't make sense is great and allows project managers to provide different views of a project to get the full perspective on where the progress is and needs to go.
Transparency and Innovation
The constant improvement and level of transparency they provide in terms of where the product is going along with the genuine consideration they give their users by not only providing a transparent way to make suggestions but also ACTUALLY act on them is amazing.
Reasonably Priced
The best part is that they openly and freely provide a way to negotiate price and provide very reasonable fair pricing that doesn't leave small businesses struggling to stay organized. Many competitors have very rigid pricing that leaves 2 people teams with big projects and tiny budgets SOL. Had we not been able to negotiate we would not have been able to sign up for pro.
As with anything great they're not completely perfect, there's still some features that feel missing (bulk subtask selection, bulk task duplication) but thats OK — its still a company ran by real humans and nobody is perfect. But I do think between the open roadmap, constant improvement, tonne of features and negotiable price they're pretty close.
Cons
Missing Features
Some more seemingly basic features seem to be missing (bulk subtask selection, bulk task duplication)
IG
Instagram integrated view like twitter doesn't exist yet
More is more (things to learn)
If you're like me and not a project manager/ have a clear vision of how you need to set up your views it can be overwhelming - there's definitely a lot to learn

ClickUp Works!
Overall ClickUp is the one-stop shop for all things related to task, time, and project management. Our company doesn't have to go out and get a tool for time management in addition to project management. Nope, everything is all bundled into one large system and it makes it so much easier to become familiar with.
Pros
I love that this tool offers so very many solutions for my company's needs. From employee time tracking to task management to project communication, the platform is terrific! It enables everyone from upper management to entry-level to be held accountable for the overall workflow and success of our clients. ClickUp has so many features that you can get a little lost in the shuffle but it gives the peace of mind that it'll do whatever you need it to so long as you spend a little time in the system setting it up the way you need it.
Cons
It can be a little too easy to get lost if you use a lot of features and boards as our company does. This is why we designated specific individuals to be in charge of the management of that department/ area of service within the ClickUp management system.

My 6 Months Experience WIth Clickup
"I have to say that I am really impressed by ClickUp. The features are really easy and straightforward, making it a great resource for any creative professional."
Pros
1. Up-to-date information: ClickUp's real-time collaboration feature ensures that everyone on the team has access to up-to-date information at all times.2. Automated task reminders: ClickUp automatically sends out notifications and alerts when tasks are due or added, helping keep you and your team organized and on track with projects. 3. Easy sharing of files & documents: You can easily share marketing plans, reports, strategies & other important documents using ClickUp's rich text Docs feature without having to send them via email or file transfers over external sites like Dropbox/Google Drive etc., 4. Advanced search options for quickly finding what you need : With advanced keyword searches in both titles as well as descriptions of tasks , it makes finding what one is looking for a breeze . 5 Secure data storage : All your data stored within Clickup is secure thanks to its advanced encryption protocols which ensure the safety of all your sensitive company data .
Cons
1. Higher Cost than Alternatives: ClickUp's pricing plans are more expensive than some alternatives, making it difficult for small businesses and startups to access the platform’s features.2. Limited Third-Party Integrations: Compared to other project management tools, ClickUp does not offer a wide selection of third-party integrations which makes it harder for teams to sync with other platforms that they use on a daily basis. 3 . Lack of Advanced Features in Free Version : The free version lacks features such as reminders and task dependencies which can be quite useful when managing complex projects or processes with multiple stakeholders involved . 4. Interface Can Be Overwhelming at First : For those who are new to project management tools , the interface may feel overwhelming due its many elements and functions , so there might be an initial learning curve before users can get used to navigating around within the app . 5. Difficulty in Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously : While ClickUp offers great task organization options within each project ,it is not as efficient when it comes down managing multiple projects simultaneously since you have switch between them frequently throughout your work day

A full-featured solution for all your team's project management needs
By allowing our whole team (from marketing and sales to design and development) to manage their projects from one place, ClickUp makes it easy to collaborate across teams and gives everyone visibility on what's going on across the whole company. It has become the "single source of truth" for the team and effectively eliminated the need for using various redundant product management tools.
Pros
I love that it has pretty much all the features that any kind of a team might need, and as such, it can be the one product that the whole team can agree on using. Prior to using ClickUp, our team used Jira, Trello, and a number of other tools for managing products/projects within different areas, which created siloes of information that prevented the team from collaborating efficiently and effectively. Other project management tools that we explored (Asana, Monday.com, Basecamp, and Airtable being some of them) generally faced opposition from our development team because they didn't seamlessly integrate with Bitbucket/Github and lacked detailed features that'd allow them to accommodate it to agile/scrum flows. While these other tools may have offered a simpler, more streamlined experience, what our team was looking for was customizability (without sacrificing on usability) and ClickUp was the perfect balance between the two.
We also love how customer-centric ClickUp is (as you can see from their awesome feature requests page (https://feedback.clickup.com/feature-requests) and how they're so focused on continuously launching new value-add products that their customers really want and need. I'd definitely recommend the tool for startups that are trying to reduce information silos and promote collaboration between teams.
Cons
The complexity of navigating through all its features, which inevitably comes as a byproduct of the breadth of the product's features (which I actually consider to be one of its biggest advantages).
Although I personally find the product quite easy to use, I've heard the feedback from various team members that they find it difficult to understand how to use all the features and that they find it a bit overwhelming at times. There will definitely be a learning curve for some, but it helps for the leadership team (or the team that is implementing it) to first define how the tool should be used and help the rest of the team get onboarded on this recommended way of using it.

An all-in-one marketing and management tool
A simple and easy-to-use package for project management and customer relationship management, ClickUp provides both in one application. The best part is that it is all affordable! It allows us to track all of our data in one place without switching between software programs.
Pros
It is an excellent tool for managing team sprints, progress for development tasks, estimating and comparing effort between teams, producing decent reports, and configuring custom fields across multiple lists. I love how many features it offers. In addition, it simplifies the onboarding and offboarding process by eliminating the need to log in to different programs. A good UI, easy to navigate through, and emails are automatically added as comments so everyone can see what's going on. Lots of small features and automation make a great difference.
Cons
I can't really complain about anything. It's affordable and helps me become efficient in my line of work.

Pros

Great tool for my company.
ClickUp is a powerful cloud-based tool for communication and project management. It can seem intimidating at first, but once you get accustomed to the user interface (especially on the free version), it will become second nature. ClickUp is an excellent choice for businesses and projects of all sizes, in all industries.
Pros
One thing I love about Clickup is the ability to make tasks dependent on others. That way, instead of having to move cards and manually check them off (which can get very time-consuming), you can just mark a task complete and the Clickup system will automatically notify the next person in line to do their part. It's honestly why our team uses Clickup because we have multiple big projects that are often too large for just one person.
Cons
As with any new software, you'll need a bit of time to get used to the interface and start learning all of its features. But don't worry, what you invest in learning now will save you a ton of time in the future. There are still some features that need to be worked on, but the developers are focused and quick with new releases.

Best Project Management Tool I've Ever Used
I use ClickUp exclusively as a solo user for my personal projects at the moment, although I'm trying to sell the idea to my employer to move a small team toward this to replace our current project planning and bug tracking solutions.
I was so impressed that I upgraded to the Unlimited paid plan and intend to be a lifelong customer.
I absolutely love ClickUp and highly recommend it to everyone.
Pros
-Packed with features and options; advanced features are called "ClickApps" and can be turned on/off by an admin, depending on the team's needs.
-Beautiful UI, with relatively intuitive layout
-Lots of view options: by Time (i.e. a calendar), List, Kanban board, Box (cool idea I haven't seen before), Gantt chart (paid feature), and Reports.
-I love how they allow you to minimize a task to pin it to the bottom of your window for easy access. I regularly pin my top 3-4 tasks I need to urgently work on, which could otherwise get forgotten (although their reminders and notifications system is quite robust, those help too).
-The notepad feature is such a great idea. Perfect for having a convenient way to jot down rough notes, which you can later convert to a task if desired.
-Fast development team: features and improvements are rapidly added.
-Unlike a lot of their competition, they listen to users and are transparent with their roadmap: ClickUp uses a feature feedback tool called Canny to let users suggest and vote on features/improvements/bugs (see clickup.canny.io/). They also publish their roadmap, with regular updates, so you know what is coming (see docs.clickup.com/features/roadmap). I regularly check both of these pages and absolutely love this.
-ClickUp's Support team is amazing. Large amounts of written and video content get posted regularly to teach you how to use various features. And if you get stuck, their Support team responds very quickly.
Cons
There is certainly a learning curve to figuring out how best to fit their many levels of hierarchy that groups of tasks can follow: ClickUp offers spaces, projects, project lists, tasks, sub-tasks, checklists, and "checked lists" (an alternative to bullet points within a description box), as well as tags and the newly-introduced goals.
With all these options, it can certainly be confusing on how to structure your to-dos.
My advice is to 1) watch as many of their support videos as you need to understand what they offer and 2) use only what you know you immediately need, then ignore other features until you see a need in your projects.

8/10 — Extensive Features, All In One Project Management Tool, But Small Improvements Needed
Pros
ClickUp is the best task manager I've used. In the past I've used Asana, Todoist, and Trello.
ClickUp takes all the best features of these apps and integrates them into one. It's extremely powerful and likely has many features you didn't even know you needed.
Time tracking, priority, status, dashboards, filters, views, documents, linked tasks, etc. . . there are a ton of features here that you'll find useful.
Cons
1) Because there are so many features, clickup can take some getting used to. It took me 2-3 hours of watching videos and playing around with the software to get comfortable, but this investment was worth it in terms of time the software has saved me.
2) There are some small bugs that are annoying to deal with but not deal-breaking. Hopefully the dev team fixes these soon, and I'm sure they will because they seem to be quite active.
The two bugs that were a pain were as follows:
a - dashboard issues. Sometimes dashboards won't pull in new information, or a block would temporarily break. The dashboards on the iOS app are quite unstable as well.
b - slow performance. The pc app is a port of the webapp, but much slower. The webapp is a bit better, but still needs performance improvements. Side Note: Add the webapp to your desktop so that it opens in a separate window → this is essentially a faster version of the PC app.

Excellent tool for tracking and collaboration
Logistically, it is excellent; we can organize the activities to be completed in a way that is well-balanced. Without a doubt, this enables me to distribute the work in a very favorable way and is crucial for the creation of the targets. The application unquestionably sets up solid standards for how to handle group assignments. The program is simple to use and essential for completing a variety of activities.
Pros
I use ClickUp to manage a university CRM team, and it's a great tool. I've set up a workspace with sections for marketing, customer service, finances, etc. My team project planning, personal task management, notes, calendar, and email are all combined in one practical, shareable application via Clickup. I initially believed that their "save a day a week" campaign was a hoax, but the administrative duplication that has been removed easily generates that savings and more.
Cons
There is a need to address the learning curve. My company's senior project managers struggled to understand workspaces, spaces, and folders. Meeting invitation requests through the calendar would facilitate meetings; nonetheless, this functionality is not essential but would improve its efficiency.

Clickup is packed with features, but it needs some polishing
Clickups main strength is to give the user full control over how they want to manage their tasks and checklists, while also give the option to viw them the way they prefer it. There is a bit of a learning curve with clickup, but one you get the hang of it, clickup has the possibility of saving a lot of time (for example with recurring tasks for us).
For the productivity freaks like me, clickup is an uncut diamond that need a lot of polishing (mainly better styling in terms of visibility of featues - especially for people with bad eyesight like my girlfriend - but also in terms of using the screen space as optimally as possible). I hope that with time the styling gets updated such that new users can get the same enjoyment out of this system as we have when we applied our own styling to clickup.
Pros
I like that there is so many ways you can customize and view you tasks, which was vital for my girlfriend and i who uses clickup for managing our daily lifes together and for our jobs. The primary reason we switched to clickup was the ability to make recurring tasks, such that we could keep track of maintenace tasks in our home that doesn't have to be done every week.
Before i managed this manually for us, but now we have automated this with clickup. In combination with this we wanted to have one system to manage all over our tasks, reminders and notes, which clickup can do for us. We also wanted to be able to switch views, bacause my girldfriend wants to see tasks in a list view, where i prefer a board view, which was what the main thing that convinced my girlfriend to switch over from trello, which doesnt have this feature.
Cons
The main problem we have with clickup is the overall styling and layout of clickup. Mainly many of the colors in the app is too neutral and often just different shades of grey, which makes it hard to distinguish one thing from another.
Also the acitivity overview in each task is WAY to big, and it would be cool if this was made an optional thing to view, which was hidden at default or could be set to hidden in the settings because we rarely use it.
Lastly the individual elements on the views and for each task has way to much padding around them, which makes it such that you almost cant see any of the important (in my opinion) things on each task, whick is the checklists and the subtasks, which gets pushed out of view when you are rolled to the top of the task, especially when viewing things on a laptop. This also applies to list view, where the tags (which is also hard to read for my girlfriend with bad eyesight) could be moved out to the right instead of being underneath the task name to fill less on the screen so more can be viewed.
To try and make up for these problems, i have actually made my own styling to clickup (i am a system developer myself in my daily job) to solve many of the isues we have with it. When these things are solved, clickup becomes much more intuitive and user friendly to us.
We hope that with time the styling will improve such that we dont have to make out own styling, but in the meantime we get around these issues by this method.
