Candidate Management is a breeze!
It helps me with candidate management, job posting and interviews management.
Pros
The Chrome extension is very helpful as it would greatly help me on extracting candidates on Linkedin. Specially for sourcing and volume hiring. It also has an option to extract candidate's contact information and automatically create a profile unto the ATS just by downloading the Linkedin profile
Cons
The evaluation form can probably improve specially for companies who's handling different countries. specially disclosures but you can always customize it so no worries.

Helpful ATS
before using, recruiter need to open all the CVs one by one, and it's not easy to do that, and good candidates might be missed. 100hires help to summary or select the key points, and it's productive to move forward interview and communication with Line Manager.
Pros
The system could grab infromation from LinkedIn, which really help recruiter to save time. Meanwhile, it connects with different job boards, could bring effective way of working in daily job.
Cons
I did not find something that need to be improve at this stage, current function already support the daily work good enough.

I really love the Kanban style of hiring stages, Just drag and drop, select templates, saves a lot of time. So many features available similar to the top ATS like Job diva and Bullhorn for a very reasonable price.
Cons
AI Parsing could have been better, especially for the PDF files.

100Hires seems like a great product. This ATS is probably a "must-have" for start-up recruiting firms. Great functionality, great interface, and the "unlimited users" feature make it a true winner, and it will add value to your firm.
Cons

It allows me to process my candidates quicker and move them through the different stages and it allows for a lot automation of tasks which you can set up once and use forever. And it also aids with sourcing as you are able to upload your candidates quickly either manually or through their chrome extension which picks up vital info from the candidates profile.
Pros
I like the ease of use and the User Interface. It was easy to navigate and the learning curve to use the software was not difficult. It is able to integrate well with linkedin which makes sourcing my candidates easier.
Cons
The search bar could be improved with additional features to search by different fields but apart from that it gets the job done.

Great tool for a small HR team
We have a small team, and some people involved in HR processes have other functionality. However, they
can always keep up and be on the same page with the rest of the team thanks to 100Hires. Before we used
Excel and bow we are amazed by the time saved by automation.
Pros
It can take care of a complete recruiting journey and it equips the HR team with tools to reach the target
with little to no effort. Custom pipeline stages parsed resumes and evaluation forms are on a single
platform.
Cons
The out of the box integration with our internal CRM is missing and requires some extra budget.
Unfortunately, the company can’t afford it at the moment and it takes some extra effort to put the data
into the CRM system.

Pros
The navigation is excellent. An employer can see a range of applicants, their CVs, and E-mail without searching all over the website. The highly automated system with an intuitive interface is really easy to use and time-saving. Ease of use and integration with various job portal is excellent.

A truly game changer!
I used 100Hires for my previous recruitement and it was truly a game changer. I successly hired the perfect candidate in less than 3 weeks. Before I was overwhelmed with CVs and I struggled to involved all my colleagues with our hiring process. 100Hires saved us hours by allowing us to quickly identify best candidates, chat with them and set up interviews.
Pros
100hires is easy to use and very straightforward. It is powerful and it just works without requiring hours of setup.

The pipeline UI could slightly be improved but it works perfectly!

The ATS is fully integrated with social media platforms, the pipeline is customizable, there are a lot of automated tasks and I absolutely love using it.

The software is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It has plenty of features and value add that makes recruitment work very efficient. I also find it easy to do job postings and easily import candidates from various social networks into the tool. It also offers various ways to notify and reach out to candidates as they progress with the recruitment process. Lastly, it is highly customizable and can be integrated in other applications too.

So far there is none. The tool itself has exceeded my expectations on what they can offer. It does surpassed a lot of existing recruitment tools out there.
